A couple renting a home in Michigan say their landlord came over to do some repairs while they were gone, and he ended up redecorating a woman's walls ... they say they have him on video having sex with a woman in their living room!!!
Javon Crawford, the tenant, told FOX 2 Detroit he was at the hospital with his wife when they started getting notifications on their home security camera ... they checked the footage and saw their landlord in the nude, banging a woman on some furniture.
Javon says he and his wife watched in horror as their landlord made himself very comfortable ... they say the sex lasted for about an hour and the guy even went into their kitchen and made himself a sandwich ... all while in the buff.
2:07 PM PT -- A Google spokesperson tells TMZ ... the technical issue has been fixed ... and "post-fire imagery is rolling out again now across Google Maps and Earth."
Google Maps appears to have rolled back parts of Los Angeles to pre-Palisades Fire imagery ... making burned-down neighborhoods suddenly look untouched again.
Users, including Spencer Pratt, noticed the change Monday after updated satellite views on Google Maps appeared to restore homes, streets, and landmarks that were destroyed in the devastating wildfire.
A Google spokesperson says the change was accidental ... telling TMZ, "This is a technical issue triggered by a recent, routine update to satellite imagery in Google Maps and Earth, which accidentally restored old imagery from before the fire. We’re fixing it ASAP."
Dianna Russini appeared unbothered by the recent controversy involving New England Patriots head coach Mike Vrabel, spending Saturday evening out in New York City with her husband before attending a Bruce Springsteen concert, according to reports.
Per photos published by the Daily Mail, Russini and her husband -- Shake Shack executive Kevin Goldschmidt -- spent the evening dining with a large circle of friends at Bourbon and Branch Bar in Midtown before making their way to Madison Square Garden.
One eyewitness source told the outlet, "They were having a great time." The source continued ... "They were having a blast with a big group of friends. Lots of food and drinks ordered to their table and they were very carefree given everything that has gone on."
Seth Rogen's not letting ChatGPT pen his next hit ... and he says anyone willing to do so isn't cut out to be a writer.
The actor-writer went off on scribes looking for a technological boost during an interview with the outlet Brut. ... saying he truly doesn't understand when people share A.I. content like it's as good as what a human being can make.
Rogen says most of the A.I. slop he's seen online is "stupid dog s***" ... and, if a person’s instinct is to use A.I. to write anything, then they shouldn't be a writer.
Spencer Pratt and Chelsea Handler are in a war of words on social media over Spencer's race to become the next mayor of Los Angeles — and things have gotten pretty ugly in an Epsteinway.
Yep ... that's right ... Spencer pulled the ol' Jeffrey Epstein card after Chelsea crapped all over his mayoral campaign, which he launched largely in response to his house burning down during the 2025 Palisades fires. Spencer called out the local politicians -- namely Mayor Karen Bass -- for their purported failures to manage the wildfires.
Waiting for your permission to load the Instagram Media.
Chelsea posted a video on Instagram reminding everyone that Spencer is a "straight, white male former reality star" with no previous government experience, which does not make him a legit candidate to replace Bass.
Here's the skinny, Azealia Banksis going heavy on the insults at Lizzo, referring to her now as "Fat Lizzo."
But Lizzo doesn't seem bothered one bit by the nasty remark, taking to X on Friday to let Azealia know she doesn't mind being called "fat."
And the plot gets thicker than Azealia Banks says Lizzo is, with the two singers continuing there's back and forth on social. Here's how that went down ...
A woman was shut down in her effort to obtain a restraining order against streamer Chud the Builder, TMZ has learned.
According to court docs, obtained by TMZ, a woman named Yashmine Shauntea West filed a petition for a protective order against Chud in November 2025.
Yashmine claimed that Chud -- legal name Dalton Eatherly -- had committed "racial violent behavior." She said he "exposed me on social media ... has created a harassment following."
Gypsy Rose Blanchard is spreading some wealth to the woman who was allegedly laid off by Spirit Airlines ... who was very publicly slammed by James Charles for asking him to donate to her own GoFundMe.
The 'My Time to Stand' author put in over $500 to the GoFundMe page for Amber Lendof Vargas ... after Vargas and about 17,000 other people were let go when the popular budget airline shuttered earlier this month. You can see Gypsy's donation in the screenshot below -- Gypsy introduces herself as an influencer and offers Amber her best wishes.
Gypsy tells TMZ she thought the message was private and would be sent to Amber directly ... but regardless, she is happy to assist the former flight attendant after seeing James -- a makeup influencer -- relentlessly mock her in a brutal social media post. Gypsy also shared the GoFundMe link on her page so her followers can help out.
Karen Read's infamous SUV -- the one she was accused of using to kill her Boston cop boyfriend -- didn't even make it to bidding ... 'cause someone swooped in with an offer before the auction could officially kick off.
The Lexus was set to go up for auction at Manzi Appraisers in Woburn, Mass. ... where bidders had to prove they had at least $20K in the bank just to register.
A few people showed up ready to throw their hats in the ring -- including two spotted holding bidding signs -- but the whole thing was abruptly halted after an outside group made an offer behind the scenes.
So much for toning down the rhetoric after last month's assassination attempt ... messages are pouring into congressional offices with cries to kill all the Jews.
TMZ has obtained several voicemails from people who called Congressman Jared Moskowitz's Washington, D.C. office ... all diatribes on Jews, Israel and how both should be exterminated. We're told this is a "small sampling" of voicemails with the same message and tone.
A celebrity wellness guru and MTV personality is standing firm ... after a firestorm of criticism was unleashed when she admitted she doesn't have a license to practice therapy.
Here's the deal ... Cheyenne Bryant, who claims to hold a Ph.D., has been at the center of controversy since she made the lack of a license news known while on Joe Budden's podcast... leading to scrutiny of her education and qualifications in general.
Now, Cheyenne is pushing back, telling Fox5 DC ... if she believes she's a doctor, then that should be good enough ... 'cause she's done plenty to help people, including Nick Cannon,Cam Newton and Shannon Sharpe.
Kanye West just got hit with another major blow ... 'cause an upcoming concert in India has been suspended over security fears.
The controversial rapper was supposed to perform May 23 at Jawaharlal Nehru Stadium in New Delhi ... but organizers White Fox announced Friday they're axing that date after government and police warnings tied to the capital's current high-alert situation.
The organizers said safety comes first ... especially after spending months prepping what they claimed would've been one of the biggest live productions India's ever seen.
Kevin Hart should've slammed the brakes on the roast -- like Will Smith did at the Oscars in 2022 -- after hearing Tony Hinchcliffe crack a George Floyd joke ... so says Floyd's brother.
Terrence Floyd sat down for an interview on "The Latest with Loren LoRosa"... and he was asked who should've stepped in to stop Hinchcliffe from mocking Floyd's murder by saying he was "looking up at us all, laughing so hard he can't breathe."
Floyd says his family was especially hurt by the joke because Hart attended Floyd's funeral in Minnesota back in the day ... and he feels Hart should've stepped up in the moment and cut Hinchcliffe off.
Jimmy Kimmel let the jokes fly at Disney's upfront event on Tuesday ... telling the advertisers he was just as surprised to see them as they were him, given all the recent drama with President Trump and the White House.
According to multiple people at the event ... Kimmel also quipped that the only way to get tossed off the air at ABC was to throw a chair at your Mormon boyfriend -- an obvious shot at Taylor Frankie Paul's drama that led to her season of "The Bachelorette" being pulled.
As we reported ... Trump and the First Lady once again pushed for ABC to pull Kimmel from the air for a joke he made about Melania being a widow ... a joke he made days before a suspect opened fire at the White House Correspondents' Dinner. Kimmel clarified his joke was about the couple's age difference.
Despite the outcry ... ABC stuck by Kimmel ... and the drama has since fizzled away. Kimmel being at the upfront event on Tuesday is just business as usual.
Tony Hinchcliffe made a WILD George Floyd joke while roasting Kevin Hart 💀
“The Black community is so proud of you… right now George Floyd is looking up at us all laughing so hard he can’t breathe.” pic.twitter.com/33T2anzhja@KillaKreww
Tiffany told us she was preoccupied, having to pee, and didn't catch it when Tony Hinchcliffe made a crack about Floyd -- who was killed in 2020 when a Minneapolis police officer knelt on his neck until he couldn't breathe.
TH claims she didn't hear the joke, so she didn't comment on the controversial quip itself. But she did note that people who seem to be complaining are comedians who weren't invited to the show.
And that looks she gives the camera at the end tells you exactly how Tiffany's feeling about the criticism.
'That-that don't kill him' can only make him stronger, it seems ... Kanye Westsat stone-faced through Pete Davidson's set at the Kevin Hartroast on Sunday ... even when he was the butt of the joke.
Pete Davidson made a Charlie Kirk joke toward Tony Hinchcliffe and calls Ye a ‘gay Nazi’ during Kevin Hart’s roast.
“Tony reminds me of Charlie Kirk, and that’s he’s definitely been on camera letting a guy unload in his throat. Oh you don’t know me? yeah ‘Kill Tony.’ Please… pic.twitter.com/JGmZMX2AAk@FearedBuck
Well, TMZ obtained video of Ye's reaction to getting called out -- it happens right before Pete quips about Lizzo's weight loss -- and, as you can see, he looks pretty unbothered.
