Mama June's granddaughter, Kaitlyn Cardwell, is now bandage-free and showing off her solo thumb.

TMZ broke the story ... Kaitlyn's mom, Anna, made the decision last month to have an extra thumb surgically removed from the 4-year-old's right hand. The surgery went off without a hitch, and Kaitlyn's recovery went faster than expected ... so she got to ditch her cast early.

Kaitlyn's extra digit was a big talking point on the show, but we're told it won't be missed. Most importantly, she's feeling great after the surgery.

Kaitlyn -- Mama June's 4-year-old granddaughter -- was born while the show was still on-air ... and her extra digit became a big topic of conversation. Kaitlyn's mom, Anna, tells us she made the decision to have the thumb removed to thwart medical issues and bullying.

Kaitlyn will wear a cast for 6 weeks ... but it's definitely worth it.

It could have an adverse effect on her cheese ball intake ... just ask Honey Boo Boo.

Kim Kardashian and her family just dropped the hammer on a plastic surgeon who's been cashing in with something called the "Kardashian Facelift."

According to docs obtained by TMZ ... the Kardashians sicced their attorney on Dr. Gary Eldridge, demanding he quit using their name to promote his product, or else.

TMZ broke story ... the Australian doc had filed docs to trademark the fibrin protein treatment in the U.S. He even claimed it was named after his family dog, and NOT Kris Jenner's krew.

But the letter to Dr. Eldridge informs him the family already holds countless trademarks on its name for beauty, cosmetics and all sorts of advertising, upon which he is infringing.

In plain English: Beat it, doc ... we're working this corner!

The Kardashians' faces have inspired a new cosmetic procedure which bears their name ... even though they're not the ones cashing in on it.

That honor goes to Australia's Dr. Gary Eldridge, who just filed for a U.S. trademark on his "minimally invasive face/neck lift" ... which he calls the "Kardashian Facelift." He says it's a painless injection of fibrin protein that forces skin to repair and rejuvenate itself naturally.

Despite the name, Kris Jenner and her flock aren't getting a penny from Eldridge's practice. In fact, he cleverly says his procedure is named after his daughter's dog ... Kardashian.

If you wanna bark up that tree ... it'll cost you $1,870.

Kim Zolciak is coming to her daughter's defense, denying rumors surrounding 19-year-old Brielle's face in a family vacay photo.

Kim tells TMZ ... Brielle's face has NOT been under a scalpel, and the ONLY work she's had are the lip fillers she got during a mother-daughter trip last year.

Kim deleted the IG pic with Brielle and hubby Kroy Biermann after trolls went off about Brielle's face ... which mom insists only looks different because of the angle, and Brielle's lack of eye makeup.

In her defense, Brielle does look a little different in this video from the same night.

"16 and Pregnant" star Lindsey Harrison is now 21 and STACKED after getting the biggest breast implants available in the US.

Lindsey, who appeared on season 4 of the show, got the boob job done by Dr. Michael Salzhauer, aka Dr. Miami -- the same doc who transformed "Teen Mom 3" star Briana DeJesus' top and bottom.

Lindsey was an A cup before the doc put in 800cc silicone implants ... the maximum silicone implant available stateside. Doctors believe risk factors outweigh the benefits with anything bigger than 800cc.

As for her new cup size -- Lindsey's DDelighted with her alterations.

There's more of "Basketball Wives LA" star Sundy Carter to love now ... she just got a new set of boobs.

Carter went to Beverly Hills plastic surgeon Dr. Sheila Nazarian for her first set of implants. We're told she jumped from an A-cup ... all the way to a D.

Carter appeared on the recent season of 'Marriage Boot Camp' and it must've worked. She's set to renew her vows with hubby Cedric Carter.

"Teen Mom 2" star Kailyn Lowry took her brand new doctor sculpted butt out for a spin, and her first order of biz was scarfing down some greasy fries and frozen cocktails.

Fresh out of a recovery room -- Kailyn hit up Columbus Restaurant in Miami Beach. She must be feeling confident about diet choices after Dr. Miami shifted her fat cells around to give her a Brazilian butt lift.

Hmm ... this is definitely one way to enhance her surgical enhancements.

Briana DeJesus from "Teen Mom 3" is showing off the new junk in her trunk, and her supersized rack ... courtesy of Dr. Michael Salzhauer, aka Dr. Miami.

We got the before/after pics from the epic plastic surgery Briana got just over a week ago. She got 3 things done in one fell swoop -- a Brazilian butt lift, new breast implants (from 375cc to 650cc) and a labiaplasty.

The enhancements are obvious, and although we can't show you the hoo-ha work ... we're told all parties involved are happy with the final product.

As we reported, Dr. Miami Snapchatted all his 'Teen Mom' related work -- which earned him a nomination for a Shorty Award for "Snap Chatter of the Year."

What can he say -- the guy does full c-cup work!

"Teen Mom 2" star Kailyn Lowry could get a spot in Nicki Minaj's "Anaconda" video after her surgery Sunday -- she got a whole new booty.

As we reported, Michael Salzhauer, aka Dr. Miami, gave Lowry a discounted Brazilian Butt Lift (BBL) procedure. Glad that tattoo stayed intact.

Paul Nassif -- the star of the TV show "Botched" where he corrects gnarly plastic surgeries -- is being sued by a patient who says his eyes won't blink after going under the good doctor's knife.

Eric Klein claims he went to Nassif in Sepetmber, 2014, because he was having trouble breathing. He says he went under the knife in November, when Paul performed a rhinoplasty -- a nose job.

Klein says it did not go well. He says his eyelid was not closing properly when he went for the post-op visit and they passed it off as a result of swelling. Time passed and Klein says his condition got worse, so Nassif referred him to some colleagues, who blamed it on a pre-existing condition.

The patient says he finally got to the bottom of it ... he says a medial canthal tendon was displaced during the surgery when Nassif broke his nasal bone.

Klein alleges Nassif's colleagues tried to cover up the botched nose job to preserve the TV star's reputation.

They say no beauty without pain, but Gretchen Rossi barely broke a sweat going under the laser.

It's crazy to watch ... you can see the before and after instantly as she undergoes a procedure called coolaser. It looks like it's gotta hurt -- as the beam wipes away sun damage -- but Gretchen barely flinches.

Dr. Simon Ourian, who did Gretchen's treatment, tells us it took about 10 minutes and will take 2 days before she's camera ready. Several other 'Housewives' -- Lisa Vanderpump, Lisa Rinna and Kim Zolciak -- have gone under the beam.
