Kim Zolciak says there's a hard line she won't let her daughters cross when it comes to cosmetic enhancements. Sorry, Rob Riggle but ... NOT IN THE FACE!!!

We got Kim and hubby, Kroy Biermann, at LAX Friday and our camera guy wanted to talk cosmetic surgery ... particularly when it comes to her 18-year-old daughter, Ariana. Kim tells us her kids gotta wait till they turn 18 to get anything done.

Seems she won't cop to Ariana already getting lip fillers ... but a month after turning 18, Ariana took to Instagram and posted a video where everybody noticed her lips were ... full.

Kim tells us Ariana's gonna do what a girl's gotta do but check out the vid ... seems there's still guidelines the girls gotta follow even if they have the green light. As you may know by now ... Brielle, who got her lips done at 18, has now removed all fillers and embraced her natural look ... captioning a recent pic "2020 new year new me!"

Ronnie Ortiz-Magro's baby mama, Jen Harley, is in the market for more junk in her trunk ... and she's gonna do it with the help of some fat donations.

Harley's set to get fat injections early next month, however, it won't be her own blubber. We're told doctors take fat cells out of other patients, clean them up, and then inject them into folks looking for a thicker caboose.

L.A. Dr. Jaime Schwartz will do the honors ... he specializes in performing the procedure on women who don't have enough fat in their bodies to move around.

We're told the process takes about an hour and a half and is pretty much pain-free. Jen will be awake during the whole time.

BTW the procedure costs around $25k.

When all is said and done, Jen's ass will be fuller, rounder and better sculpted.

The timing makes sense for someone looking to move on ... Jen and Ronnie just had a nasty breakup after a domestic incident in L.A. Ronnie's been charged with 5 misdemeanors for the incident, including domestic violence and child endangerment.

Cardi B's lingering side effects from her recent plastic surgeries should be setting off alarm bells ... so says Dr. Terry Dubrow.

The "Botched" star came on "TMZ Live" Wednesday and weighed in on Cardi's super swollen feet and ankles ... telling us the swelling could be indicative of much larger health issues than CB is letting on.

Cardi posted this graphic pic over the weekend, blaming her swollen feet on flying and further showing fans the toll her recent boob job and liposuction is taking on her body, which forced her to postpone some shows.

The rapper says she got her boobs done sometime after giving birth to baby Kulture last July ... and in early May she told a crowd in Memphis she should have canceled the show because "moving too much is going to f*** up my lipo."

Dr. Dubrow says he's concerned Cardi is still dealing with swelling this far removed from going under the knife ... and he's advising her to see a doctor pronto!

Cardi B is showing rather than telling us what sort of toll her recent cosmetic surgeries are having on her ... in the form of a foot flash that's pretty damn shocking to see.

The rapper posted a photo Saturday of her two feet side-by-side, and they looked like straight-up cankles, on account of how swollen they appear to be. She captioned her photo, "Look how swollen my feet get every time I take flights my stomach gets even more puffy."

Cardi went on to explain that the swelling is just one reason her docs have recently told her to lay off of performing because "my feet and stomach burn when I get puffed up."

She also seemed to be taking a shot at a story we did about the complications she was dealing with from her liposuction and breast augmentation procedures -- in which we pointed out that her having to cancel a show actually increased ticket sales for the rescheduled booking. Cardi wrote, "NOT due to ticket sales. Stop fakin s*** f*** outta here."

For the record, TMZ never directly linked Cardi's surgery complications to ticket sales -- we simply pointed out that one thing fortuitously happened after the other ... that's all.

And, ticket sales did, in fact, go up for an event she was supposed to perform at in Baltimore this Spring. After pulling out and the gig getting postponed ... we're told an additional 4,600-plus tickets were sold, on top of what had already been issued.

Liziane Gutierrez's plastic surgery nightmare is getting worse by the day ... and things are so bad, she's in need of MORE cosmetic procedures to fix her botched Botox damage.

We got this graphic footage of the Brazilian model getting her lip fillers sucked out with a needle at a doctor's office in Las Vegas. Clearly, painful for her, but also hard to watch. Warning ... it ain't for the squeamish.

Liziane tells TMZ ... after Friday's procedure in Vegas, her face went completely numb. And, as you can see in this pic, her lips are extremely discolored.

As we reported, Liziane recently went for botox and lip fillers in Brazil, but the doc did such a terrible job, she felt like her face was going to explode. She was later diagnosed with a bacterial skin infection.

Liziane tells us her Vegas doctor is afraid she was injected with silicone or another dangerous substance during her operation in Brazil ... and if her condition doesn't improve, she's staring down additional plastic surgery to fix the damage.

Liziane's already cheated death after botched liposuction ... and her fingers are crossed once again.

Liziane Gutierrez is in the middle of another nightmare beauty procedure ... a procedure that went so bad, it could require major surgery to get it right.

The Brazilian model tells TMZ ... she went for botox and fillers for her face and lips last Tuesday in Brazil, but by that Sunday night, her face started feeling numb. When she woke up, her face blew up ... the pain was so intense, she thought her face was going to explode.

What's almost unbelievable ... Liziane cheated death last May when she went to Turkey for lipo and the surgery was botched so bad she was put in a coma for 5 days. She barely made it out alive.

As for her recent brush with the Almighty, Liziane tells us a doctor diagnosed her with a bacterial skin infection ... she was pumped full of antibiotics, to no avail, so a doctor's in the process of removing the fillers and botox.

If the swelling doesn't significantly subside and if she's still in pain, Liziane tells us she's going to need more surgery to completely 86 the "enhancements" from her body.

UPDATE: 5:23 PM PT -- Dr. Dubrow sent us his statement, saying it is "incredibly rude of TMZ to run a story like this on Xmas Eve. The bad karma is incredible."

Dr. Terry Dubrow is famous for fixing plastic surgeries gone wrong on his reality TV show, but one of his recent patients claims he's responsible for screwing up her breast implants ... this according to a new lawsuit.

According to the suit, obtained by TMZ, Tina Andrade claims the "Botched" star performed her breast implant surgery in October 2016, but Dr. Dubrow did such a poor job she's in need of a second surgery to fix the damage.

In the docs, Tina claims she went to Dr. Dubrow's practice in Newport Beach for the surgery, and instead of getting a better bust, Tina claims Dr. Dubrow improperly placed and installed her breast implants.

Tina is suing Dr. Dubrow for negligence and medical malpractice, and she's seeking damages for lost wages, physical and psychological damages, and medical expenses.

Liziane Gutierrez -- the woman who accused Chris Brown of punching her in a Vegas hotel -- is lucky to be alive after a botched liposuction procedure that put her in a medically induced coma for several days.

Gutierrez flew to Istanbul last week to have a gastric balloon inserted into her stomach. We're told after an evaluation, docs decided that procedure was too risky -- so they went with liposuction instead.

We're told when she woke from the procedure, Liziane could barely breathe and docs discovered she'd developed a blood clot in her lung, so they decided to place her in a coma. A friend of Liziane's took to her Instagram page to let her fans know something had gone very wrong during the surgery.

Gutierrez tells us she was in the coma from Wednesday until Monday, when docs finally felt she was healthy enough ... she says she's still dizzy, but happy to be alive.

Gutierrez settled with Brown for the alleged punch after a nearly 2-year-long legal battle. Sources close to the model said it was for as much as $70k, but sources close to Brown heavily disputed that.

Dr. Terry Dubrow thinks Donald Trump not only acted un-presidential by calling out Mika Brzezinski for allegedly showing up at Mar-a-Lago on New Year's Eve and bleeding from plastic surgery ... he says it's flat-out body shaming.

The "Botched" star makes it clear ... Trump has no evidence Mika had plastic surgery. What's more, he says someone showing up bleeding from the face is dealing with issues other than plastic surgery.

On all counts, Dr. Dubrow joins the chorus slamming Trump for his tweets.

A Beverly Hills plastic surgeon -- who boasts a number of celebrity clients on his roster -- has had 15,000 medical files compromised ... as well as before and after pics and photos of unconscious patients during surgery.

Dr. Zain Kadri, who practices on Rodeo Drive, claims a disgruntled former employee has copies of the files, which also include medical and other personal information.

The former staffer allegedly has posted some of the pics on social media ... presumably as revenge.

Dr. Kadri's bio says, "His Medical Office is located on the famed Rodeo Drive in Beverly Hills, home to A-list celebs and Kadri's high-profile clientele."

Corey's sister, LaToya Davis, is out in Philly with a bunch of proud family members -- and they are PUMPED for the former Western Michigan star ... considered the best WR in the draft.

She makes it very clear she's not expecting a dime from her bro ... but if he's feeling generous, she'll gladly take something new to recline on ... and it ain't a couch.

UFC strawweight Michelle Waterson -- aka the Karate Hottie -- doesn't like that fellow UFC fighter Pearl Gonzalez had to jump through hoops to get cleared to fight with breast implants ... and says all women with fake boobs should be allowed to fight.

The NY State Athletic Commission conducted a review into Gonzalez before UFC 210 once they learned she had implants -- but ultimately cleared her to fight.

Waterson -- who's fighting Rose Namajunas this weekend at UFC on FOX -- says breast implants are no big deal ... and as long as the fighter makes weight, she doesn't think there's any real problem.
