Fraudster Nicholas Bryant Anny Delvey's Got Nothin' on Me!!! Posed as Oil Baron Heir to Steal a Fortune

A 26-year-old man is the new Anna Delvey Sorokin ... because he assumed the role of an oil baron heir and chartered a slew of private jets, rented homes that went for $30k a night and a lot more ... until he was nailed by authorities.

Nicholas Bryant defrauded 50 people and maybe more, stealing around $1.5 million in his criminal scheme.

It was humming along nicely for Nick, until he stiffed one of the jet charter companies to the tune of $76k. The company called authorities and Nick was nailed. He pled guilty earlier this month to wire fraud, which carries a maximum of 20 years behind bars.

Bryant says he feels remorse for what he did, and admitted he never intended to pay his victims.

Bryant told The Daily Beast the allegations "are pretty much true."  He went on to say, "I took private jets and stayed at the most expensive AirBnbs and hotels. Went deep sea fishing and toured everything that was possible. I bought and drove five different high-end cars. By far my most favorite trip was to [Turks] and Caicos. I spent two weeks on the island from fishing to sailing yachts. I stayed in a $30,000-a-night house. It was amazing."

And he makes a pretty stunning confession ... "The serious consequences had zero impression on me."

He's behind bars awaiting sentencing.

University Of Idaho Murders Videos Pouring In ... What They DON'T Show Could be Key

PIECING IT ALL TOGETHER
TMZ.com

Idaho detectives say they are piecing together a story of what happened inside the house where 4 students were slaughtered, and they say video could be key, and not just what the videos show ... but what they DON'T show.

Aaron Snell from the Idaho State Police tells TMZ, his department is combing through videos which he suggests could provide clues, but then goes on to say, "What we need people to recognize is that often times what's not in the video might help us just as much as what is."

He goes on to say, "We can really create that whole picture based on what is there, what isn't there and be able to follow that through."

Snell would not get specific, but it raises the question ... is there an absence of third parties coming in and out of the murder house? As you know, police say the 2 surviving roommates are not suspects.

Police are looking at video the night before the murders, the night of the killings and what followed.

Snell says their hunt for evidence has been "very successful" ... video tips have been pouring in.

As we reported ... the 4 University of Idaho students were stabbed to death as they "likely" slept inside an off-campus residence. The assailant or assailants were armed with a combat knife similar to the one used by Sylvester Stallone's "Rambo" character in the '80's film, "First Blood."

Police have not located the murder weapon or released a motive for the attack.

Actress Keyla McNeely Dahmer Show's Educational ... Learn from the Horror

DO IT THE RIGHT WAY
TMZ.com

Keyla McNeely says she's proud of her work in the Jeffrey Dahmer series even though some folks are upset over it ... because she thinks there are important lessons to learn.

We got Keyla, who plays Dorothy Straughter in the Dahmer docuseries, at LAX, and she pointed out what she believes are some useful takeaways.

Keyla says she knows lots of folks who didn't know a thing about Dahmer, his crimes or his victims before the docuseries exploded on Netflix ... and says the show shines a light on racial and homophobic bias from cops, which she believes is still present.

As folks who had the stomach to watch "Dahmer - Monster: The Jeffrey Dahmer Story" know, there's a narrative about police ignoring obvious clues when it involved gay and/or Black people.

ANIMAL OBSESSION

As we reported ... some of the families of Jeffrey's victims think Netflix painted a sympathetic image of the serial killer, and some of the survivors are calling BS on Dahmer's father Lionel telling Dr. Phil he missed the warning signs with his son.

In any event, Keyla says the Dahmer story needs to be told ... if for no other reason than to educate and prevent something similar from happening again.

VIRGINIA WALMART MASS SHOOTING Gunman Kept Manifesto On Phone

The Walmart manager who fatally shot six people inside the Virginia department store kept a manifesto on his phone -- complaining about his job and other coworkers.

Andre Bing reportedly wrote in his manifesto that he was upset about a recent, unspecified change in his employment status. He also claimed he was being harassed about the change by his fellow employees ... according to NBC News affiliate WAVY.

BING AT WORK
Facebook / Draayia Janaee

The report, which cites a law enforcement source, stated cops found the manifesto in Bing's phone after he killed himself following Tuesday's massacre. First responders also discovered an apparent "hit list" near Bing's body with the names of employees the killer presumably wanted to eradicate.

One of Bing's colleagues told WAVY she believes he planned the shooting, claiming he had issues with other workers.

Other colleagues told CNN Bing allegedly said he would retaliate and be remembered if he ever got fired. They described Bing as "condescending" and "quite mean" to other employees. They also said Bing was paranoid the government was watching him.

As we reported ... Bing was armed with a pistol when he entered the employee break room of the Walmart in Chesapeake, VA. He opened fire at the other workers before turning the gun on himself.

SWAT teams raided Bing's home this week ... and despite the manifesto, cops say they are still investigating a possible motive.

Colorado Mass Shooter Father Concerned Son Was Gay ... 'We Don't Do Gay'

The person who committed mass murder at an LGBTQ+ bar in Colorado Springs has not told authorities what motivated them, but if it's what lots of people suspect -- homophobia -- then the apple might not fall far from the tree.

Aaron Brink's first reaction when he learned his son had slaughtered 5 patrons at Club Q ... "I was scared. I was like, 'Oh my god, s***, is he gay? And he's not gay,'" Brink told a reporter sighing with relief.

He wasn't done ... Brink said, "I'm a Mormon. I'm a conservative Republican and I don't do gay. I don't do gay. We don't do gay."

Anderson Lee Aldrich says they're nonbinary, but not everyone believes them. Several friends have come out and said they never even hinted they were prior to the murders. Some believe they're saying this to avoid being hit with hate crimes in addition to murder and other charges.

Brink, who is a porn star who goes by the name Dick Delaware, did express remorse for what his son did ... "There's no excuse for going and killing people. If you're killing people, there's something wrong. It's not the answer." he went on to say, "I'm so sorry for your loss."

It's unclear when the 2 became estranged, but Brink says Aldrich got a name change after he became involved in porn. He also said he was falsely informed by his ex-wife Aldrich committed suicide in 2016.

Aldrich has been charged with five counts of first-degree murder and five counts of a bias-motivated crime causing bodily injury. They appeared in court for the first time Wednesday with their face battered and bruised from the beatdown they received from heroic patrons who disarmed and restrained them.

Moscow PD Shuts Down Online Rumors ... Regarding Student Murders

STILL SEARCHING

The Moscow PD just gave a much-anticipated update on the brutal killing of the 4 University of Idaho students ... and while a lot is still unanswered, cops used the time to shut down rumors that have been floating online.

Moscow PD Captian Roger Lanier spoke to the public Wednesday -- saying his team has started to cross names off the suspect list -- as many online begin to point fingers at multiple people surrounding the incident.

Captain Lanier says investigators are officially ruling out the 2 surviving roommates as suspects, same goes for the man seen in the food truck video that's been circulating on social media.

11/23/22
SURVEILLANCE FROM FOOD TRUCK

Also removed from PD's watch -- the drivers who took the victims home from their events hours before the slaying, and the friend who received frantic calls from 21-year-old Kaylee Goncalves before her death.

Lanier also said they have yet to determine if Kaylee ever had a stalker -- but adds they are still looking into these claims. Rumors about victims being tied or gagged were also found by police to be false, too.

WORLD SHATTERED

Moscow Mayor Tyler Palmer spoke during the press conference ... but began to get emotional, having to pause when talking about the 4 students.

Still a bunch of unanswered questions, the suspect has yet to be found, and cops still won't say who made the 911 call to police, but add dispatch spoke to multiple people on the phone.

Michigan State Football 7 Players Hit With Criminal Charges ... Over Tunnel Brawl

A whopping SEVEN Michigan State players have been hit with criminal charges for their alleged roles in a stadium tunnel fight with Michigan players following a loss last month.

The Washtenaw County Prosecutor's Office just announced the charges ... saying they're now looking to prosecute Spartans cornerback Khary Crump, linebacker Tank Brown, defensive end Zion Young, safety Angelo Grose, defensive back Justin White, defensive end Brandon Wright, and pass rusher Jacoby Windmon over the Ann Arbor altercation.

Five of the players -- Brown, Young, Grose, White and Wright -- are facing one count of misdemeanor aggravated battery. Windmon is facing one count of assault and battery.

Crump, meanwhile, was charged with one count of felony assault.

The charges were handed down after a lengthy investigation into the Oct. 29 incident ... where multiple MSU players were seen on video roughing up a couple Wolverines after a disappointing 29-7 loss at Michigan Stadium.

One of the videos showed Spartan players punching and kicking a UM player. Another clip appeared to show Crump swinging a helmet at Wolverines defensive back Gemon Green.

According to Green's attorney, Green suffered a concussion and other injuries in the incident.

All MSU players were suspended from the team indefinitely following the altercations.

For his part, Michigan head coach Jim Harbaugh was disgusted by it all afterward ... and had hoped the scuffles would result in criminal charges.

KOBE BRYANT'S DAUGHTER NATALIA GETS PROTECTION FROM GUN-OBSESSED STALKER

UPDATE

12:33 PM PT -- Threat assessment professional Jeff Dunn joined us on "TMZ Live" Wednesday, telling us Natalia Bryant made the right call speaking up about her alleged stalker ... and the TRO is just one of the many ways she can continue to protect herself.

UPDATE

Jeff says the restraining order often is effective in backing potential dangers off ... although that isn't always the outcome -- especially when situations are highly complex, like Natalia's. He adds it's a great step in the process, and it's something PD often advises.

Kobe Bryant's 19-year-old daughter is getting court-ordered protection from an alleged stalker ... who her team says has an obsession with her and with guns.

Natalia Bryant got a judge to sign off on a temporary restraining order against 32-year-old Dwayne Kemp.

TMZ broke the story ... Natalia claims Kemp has been under the delusion they're in a relationship ... she says the harassment has been going on for 2 years, and escalating. She says he recently showed up at USC, creeping around buildings where she's taking classes. He's even shown up at her sorority house.

What's especially scary ... according to court docs, Kemp has been convicted of at least 4 crimes, including one involving a firearm. Cops say he's in the process of buying a gun, and he's made clear on social media he's interested in an AK-47 and/or a fully automatic Glock.

Natalia says Kemp once sent her a DM with an image of her late father Kobe and wrote, "Thankful For Him Birthing You, Hopefully We Can Birth Him… 'Kobe,'" adding a red heart to the message. The docs say Kemp had the hopes of having "a Kobe-like child together."

Natalia's restraining order calls for Kemp to stay at least 200 yards away from her, her school, sorority house, car, home and job.

Virginia Walmart Mass Shooting Gunman Kills At Least 6 People ... Takes His Own Life

Another mass shooting has claimed the lives of at least 7 people -- including the gunman -- this time at a Walmart in Virginia.

The shooter was an employee, possibly a manager, who entered a break room in the department store in Chesapeake, VA, Tuesday night, a law enforcement source told ABC News. He reportedly opened fire at other people before turning the gun on himself.

WORST NIGHTMARE

When the smoke cleared, 6 victims had been shot dead by the pistol-packing assailant, police said. At least 4 others are now being treated for injuries at local hospitals. Their conditions are not known.

Chesapeake Police Chief Mark G. Solesky gave a briefing Wednesday morning ... he said officers discovered the carnage at around 10:12 PM after responding to a call for an active threat situation. The scene was deemed secure about one hour later.

WHAT WE KNOW ...
WAVY

Solesky confirmed the shooter used a handgun to take his own life. Detectives executed search warrants at the man's home.

Investigators have not identified the victims or the shooter, whose motive is unclear.

U.S. Senator Mark Warner (D-VA) tweeted about the bloodshed ... "Sickened by reports of yet another mass shooting, this time at a Walmart in Chesapeake. I'll be monitoring developments closely."

The attack comes on the heels of another mass shooting in Colorado over the weekend. 5 people were killed and more than 20 wounded at a gay bar in Colorado Springs. Several patrons restrained the gunman, who is now facing murder and hate crime charges.

Cleveland Browns Stadium Field Wrecked ... After Alleged Joyrider Break-In

As if Cleveland's season couldn't get any worse -- some rando allegedly broke into FirstEnergy Stadium and took a joyride on the field just days before the Browns' next home game ... resulting in a bunch of damage.

The incident reportedly went down early Tuesday morning ... forcing the Browns' grounds crew to rush to repair the grass before Sunday's matchup against Tom Brady and the Tampa Bay Buccaneers.

Pictures captured by News Channel 5 show tire marks throughout the field ... with a road roller working to improve the home turf.

Luckily, the team told the outlet the damage is superficial ... which means there's a good chance Sunday's game will go down without any hiccups.

Police believe the joyride occurred after someone broke into the stadium and got ahold of a golf cart. The whole thing is currently under investigation.

“We are aware of the incident that occurred early Tuesday morning at FirstEnergy Stadium and have provided the Cleveland Division of Police with all relevant information," the team said in a statement.

"Based on our internal evaluation, there was some superficial damage to the playing field that our grounds maintenance team is currently working to repair."

"We take great pride in the strong reviews and reputation of our stadium’s playing surface, have been in touch with the NFL on the matter and are confident after repair our field will be ready for Sunday’s game vs. the Tampa Buccaneers."

Colorado Shooting Army Vet Hero Breaks Down ... 'I Did What I Had to Do'

THE REAL HEROES ARE ...
TMZ.com
UPDATE

12:40 PM PT -- We spoke to Richard Fierro on Tuesday's "TMZ Live" and he not only continued shying away from the "hero" label ... but he told us who he truly considers heroic. Richard said, "Kids coming out, kids declaring what they want to do, making their goals ... that's heroic."

UPDATE

He also shared a touching story about a neighbor he'd never met ... and gave us an update on the injured couple whose hands he placed together in the moments after the shooting. This guy ... one in a million.

COMBAT MODE
CNN

The Army vet who stepped up and took the Colorado shooter down this weekend is still reeling from the massacre -- breaking down in tears as he recounts the blow-by-blow.

Richard Fierro was on CNN Tuesday to discuss his heroism in Colorado Springs Saturday, where he subdued suspected gunman, Anderson Lee Aldrich, with the help of other patrons at Club Q ... an LGBT-friendly establishment.

Check out how he describes the harrowing story in his own words -- it's incredibly dramatic, and it clearly still has an effect on him ... because Fierro cried several times in the interview.

Like he'd previously mentioned, RF says his military training kicked in and he went into combat mode as soon as shots started being fired ... charging the shooter and pulling him down, where they tussled on the ground until other club-goers stepped in to help.

Fierro says he told the gunman he was going to kill him as he beat him with his own gun ... furious that the guy had jeopardized the lives of his loved ones. He also describes, in tragic detail, immediately rushing to help others who'd been shot after Aldrich was arrested.

In the end, the boyfriend of Fierro's daughter, Raymond Green Vance, was one of the victims who died that night. Fierro -- who's still obviously processing his emotions -- can't believe it.

TUESDAY MORNING
'YOU'RE AN ANGEL"
CNN

It's heartbreaking to hear Fierro's account firsthand ... he says he never wanted to do this type of thing ever again postwar, noting he gave it up for a reason, and is outraged he had to enter combat here in the States, where he says people should feel safe and secure.

There was another moving moment during Fierro's CNN interview this morning ... he talked to Club Q co-owner Nic Grzecka, who thanked him for being there and doing what he did, which undoubtedly saved countless other lives. He and Fierro talked business and inclusivity.

Five people were killed during the shooting, and dozens of others were injured. Aldrich remains hospitalized in the aftermath, but he's already facing serious charges ... including several counts of first-degree murder, among others.

A motive has yet to be ascribed, and the case is under investigation.

'Chrisley Knows Best' Future Of Series Unclear ... After Todd & Julie's Prison Sentences

The show "Chrisley Knows Best" is up in the air following Todd and Julie getting their lengthy prison sentences ... but we're told the network already has some new episodes in the bag that will air next year.

Sources tell TMZ ... no official word has come from NBCUniversal on the future of the show yet, despite reports Monday of the show getting the axe.

We're told a handful of episodes were shot prior to the trial and will air sometime next year. The crew didn't film at all during the trial, which started back in May.

Our sources say it would obviously be very challenging to continue filming the project with both of them behind bars ... but no word yet on if the series is getting 86'd.

As we reported, the judge gave Todd 12 years in prison after his conviction for bank fraud and tax evasion, while Julie was sentenced to 7. They both will also have 16 months of probation.

You'll recall, they were found guilty on a slew of federal charges back in June, and they were holed up in their Nashville mansion on house arrest as they awaited sentencing.

If things don't work out with the network, they could always make a cameo on "60 Days In!"

Colorado Shooter Video Urged Cops to Breach Home ... So He Could Blow It Up

STREAMING THE SWAT
The Daily Beast

The Colorado gunman who shot and killed 5 people at a nightclub egged on cops to enter his mother's home back in 2021, but vowed to blow the place sky high -- further begging the question: why wasn't he disarmed under the state's red flag law???

In the video, Anderson Lee Aldrich can be seen pacing in the house wearing tactical gear -- claiming he'll set off the alleged explosives if officers breach the building.

He then shouts out, urging cops to enter -- adding, "Let's f***ing see it!" -- as we reported, Aldrich later exited the house and turned himself over to cops. No bomb was found in the home.

JUNE 2021
PREVIOUS ARREST

Aldrich was initially charged with 2 felonies, which were later dropped ... though it's unclear why.

Incredibly, Colorado's red flag law was never enforced ... which gives authorities the power to obtain "extreme risk protection orders" and take any weapons from a potentially dangerous person.

Many are now saying the law being enforced last year could've prevented the deadly massacre at Club Q over the weekend.

University Of Idaho Murders Dog Found Alive At Gruesome Crime Scene ... Now Living With 'Responsible Party'

The savage killer/killers of 4 Idaho college students spared the life of a dog at the house where the frenzied attack unfolded.

The Moscow Police Department released a statement Monday night, explaining the pooch was found uninjured the night the University of Idaho students were fatally stabbed with a combat knife. The dog was initially placed in the care of Animal Services, and then handed over to a "responsible party." Further details about the canine were not disclosed.

Meanwhile, police dismissed media reports theorizing that the quadruple homicide might have a connection to the recent killing -- and skinning -- of a mini Australian shepherd named Buddy, miles from the crime scene.

Dead animals were also discovered on another residential property, but they were victims of "wildlife activity," cops said.

Moscow PD investigators have been working with the FBI and Idaho State Police to identify the still-at-large assailant/assailants. They opened an FBI tip line requesting anyone with information on the slayings to contact them immediately.

As we reported, police found the bodies of the students inside the home after responding to a 911 call on November 13. Two surviving roommates were also present, but they were apparently asleep and not involved in the attack.

They later called friends to the house because they thought one of the victims had fallen unconscious and wouldn't wake up. Multiple people inside the house spoke with the 911 operator, using one of the roommates' cell phones.

The authorities have maintained the attack was targeted, but they have yet to pin down a specific motive. They also have not located the murder weapon, which is believed to be a military-style knife similar to the one used by Sylvester Stallone's character, Rambo, in the 80s film, "First Blood."

Kobe Bryant's Daughter Natalia Gun-Obsessed Stalker is Terrifying Me Seeks Court-Ordered Protection

Kobe Bryant's 19-year-old daughter is scared, and so is the LAPD ... they say a stalker with a criminal history involving guns has been doing everything he can to find her.

Natalia Bryant beelined it to court Monday to get a restraining order against 32-year-old Dwayne Kemp, whom she accuses of stalking her.

In the docs, obtained by TMZ, Natalia says Kemp attempted to contact her 2 years ago -- when he was 30 and she was 17. She says he's under a delusion they have a romantic relationship. Natalia says she has never met or otherwise had contact with him.

She says he has done everything he can to find her ever since, and she is living in constant fear. He showed up at her sorority house at USC. Sources with direct knowledge tell TMZ he also allegedly showed up at one of her classes and was roaming the building (Photo above).

It gets much scarier. According to the docs, Kemp is in the process of buying at least one gun -- the docs say the sale is imminent. The docs go on to say he has threatened to buy both an AK-47 and a fully automatic Glock.

The docs say Kemp is a gun enthusiast who has been arrested and/or convicted of at least 4 crimes, including one involving firearms.

Natalia claims the man once sent her a DM with an image of her late father Kobe and wrote, "Thankful For Him Birthing You, Hopefully We Can Birth Him… 'Kobe'", adding a red heart to the message. The docs say he had the hopes of having "a Kobe-like child together."

The LAPD is involved in the case and clearly wants a restraining order in place.

Natalia's asking the court to order the man to stay at least 200 yards away from her, her home, her job, her school, her sorority house and her car.

Colorado Shooting Trans Woman Stomped Gunman With Heels ... During LGBTQ Club Shooting

UPDATE

7:47 AM PT -- 11/22 -- A drag queen who says she was performing at Club Q the night of the shooting has tweeted out and corrected Richard's story, saying it was a trans woman, and not a drag queen, who stomped Aldrich out. She continues, "I also want to make it clear, I don’t think Richard knew that she’s not a drag performer. But now that we know, let’s correct it."

UPDATE

A drag queen is one of the heroes who saved an untold number of lives after a gunman opened fire at a Colorado gay nightclub ... stomping on the gunman with her high heels.

Army vet Richard Fierro -- who'd gone to Club Q in Colorado Springs with his family Saturday -- pounced on suspected shooter Anderson Lee Aldrich when the bullets started to fly ... this according to the NY Times.

Fierro clearly knew the drill -- subdue and disarm. As he struggled with Aldrich on the ground, he screamed for backup.

That's when a drag queen at the club ran over and began pummeling the shooter with her high heels. This gave Fierro a clear path, beating Aldrich with his own gun and repeatedly punching him into submission.

Fierro told the NYT he thought he killed him.

Cops swooped in and took Aldrich into custody. Fierro was also taken into custody amid the chaos, but was released an hour later. By all accounts, he's a hero, as is the drag queen.

And there's a tragic twist ... Fierro's daughter's boyfriend Raymond Green Vance, was killed in the massacre.
