Cody Simpson and Miley Cyrus are either playing with our hearts before Christmas, or these signs are being misread. Regardless, allow us to ask ... everything alright here?

The Australian heartthrob singer was spotted out Saturday in NYC, walking alongside Playboy model Jordy Murray -- who's actually the December 2019 Playmate. So, yeah -- she's a hottie herself. What's even more curious ... no sign of Miley anywhere for this SoHo stroll.

Speaking of MC, she posted a message discussing a song she wrote about being lonely for the holidays, but it had a positive vibe ... which encouraged folks to love themselves.

Miley wrote, "In ways that still feels relevant and someone reading this right now could possibly relate! If you feel lonely this season just know YOU ARE COMPLETELY MADE OF MAGIC!" She added, "You are as special as a snowflake , beautifully unique and I hope inside your soul feels light, hope , peace and joy knowing how singularly amazing YOU are!"

She finished her heartfelt message with ... "Love always wins!" Seems simple enough, but in light of Cody surfacing with another woman the same day, it sorta reads differently now.

As for when we last saw these two together in public, it appears to have been about two weeks ago in L.A. -- where Cody tagged along with Miley to a youth homeless shelter.

We also know they might be starting a band, but when it comes to social media -- Miley and Cody haven't appeared much together in couple-y photos for a while. The last thing Cody posted with Miley was on Nov. 23, and Miley put something up in late Oct./early Nov.

They started getting romantic soon after Miley and Kaitlynn Carter broke things off, and they were hot and heavy for a minute, especially as Miley underwent some medical procedures.

Bill Hader and Rachel Bilson are kicking their relationship up a notch with a heavy dose of caffeine ... and, apparently, a side of meet the family.

"Barry" the hitman was grabbing coffee -- and Rachel's hand -- Saturday at a Starbucks in Tulsa, OK. There have been rumors for a while the celebs were dating, and this seems to confirm they're pretty serious.

Some other overpriced coffee lovers in Tulsa tell us Rachel and Bill weren't flying solo -- they were with his family members. Bill is from the area, so it makes sense he's home for the holidays.

Bringing Rachel to OK sure seems like the 'SNL' alum is taking their rumored relationship to that next level. Nothing says you're serious like fighting off Christmastime mall crowds. Oh, and meeting the fam's big too.

Teresa Giudice is cozying up to a new man after breaking things off with her husband, Joe -- but the question now ... is this just friendly, or signs of a new match?

The 'Real Housewives' star was spotted walking into a breakfast joint Saturday morning in NJ with a hunky guy by her side the whole time. And, by that we literally mean he had her wrapped up close as they made their way in to eat ...  laughing all the way.

The flirtatious touching didn't end there ... Teresa and this fella were seen hugging a couple times during their outing, and she was hanging off his arm as well as they stood outside.

Now, the one thing they didn't do was kiss ... which would've all but confirmed she's moved on from Joe. And, yes, this might've just been friends palling around ... not unheard of.

To us, though, it appears like these two are more than just friends -- and if that's the case, you can't really blame TG. In the wake of splitting up, word has it Joe's already been on a few dates himself in the motherland ... so obviously, it's NBD if Teresa did the same.

One big consideration though ... how would the kids react to a new man in the house??? Time will tell, we suppose.

Kourtney Kardashian and Younes Bendjima have become pretty much inseparable ... and if you don't believe it check out their trip to Disneyland.

Kourt and Younes hit up The Happiest Place on Earth Tuesday for a good 'ol fashion date. She didn't try and keep things on the DL ... looking pretty recognizable in a yellow sweater. Younes wore a bucket hat ... but his good looks made him instantly recognizable.

Witnesses tell us there was PDA ... kissing and whatnot. In between moments of affection they hit up Toy Story Mania ... the interactive ride where the best and fastest aim makes you a winner.

TMZ broke the story ... Younes and Kourtney have been seeing each other for several months. We were also told it's been very private and things are moving slow. But, they are quickly making whatever their relationship is public. They hit up Miami just a few weeks ago for Art Basel.

Her baby daddy Scott Disick and Sofia Richie have been inseparable for more than 2 years.

Kiara Mia is a porn legend ... not just for her work on-screen but for pulling Jimmy Garoppolo, one of the biggest stars in pro sports -- and now she's revealing her secrets!

Victor Oladipo got booted off "The Masked Singer" on Wednesday ... but don't feel bad for the guy, 'cause he landed a date with Nicole Scherzinger!!

The Indiana Pacers superstar -- AKA "Thingamajig" on the anonymous singing show -- pulled up from half-court to let the judge know he's interested right after getting voted off.

Remember, the Pussycat Dolls singer had been crushing hard and flirting with the blue and yellow creature all season ... so when Vic came face to face with the panel, Jenny McCarthy asked him if he was down for a date.

"Of course," the All-Star said. "We can go anywhere, any time, any place."

Oladipo -- who was able to participate on the show because he's been sidelined with a serious knee injury since January -- got real for a second, saying, "It has been a rough year for me."

Sports reporter Holly Sonders and high-stakes gambler Vegas Dave have only been dating for 1 WEEK ... and they're already dropping L-bombs and talking marriage!

"It's love," Dave told us while out with Holly in Bev Hills ... "We're getting married in Cabo."

Seems like he's joking about the quickie marriage, but they're super into each other and have been virtually inseparable since they started dating last week.

"Our first date was at a strip club in Vegas and it was on Thanksgiving," Holly says with a smile.

"We had a good time," Dave adds ... "We both got our hustle on, we both got our millions so it's like we're a good power couple."

The two have been strip club regulars since they hooked up -- hitting up Crazy Girls in Hollywood this week where they were seen throwing tons of cash at the dancers.

"If we spent $15,000 at a strip club last night with no lap dances, we're doing well," Dave explained.

So, what's the plan moving forward ... Dave says he's bringing Holly as his date to the Lakers game, where he spends a FORTUNE to sit in Jack Nicholson's floor seats.

Dave says he spends more than $20k on those 2 seats -- and usually leaves one empty as a resting spot for his Birkin handbag.

"But, now I get to go," Holly brags.

DJ Pauly D's giving it another spin with the chick he sent packing on 'Double Shot at Love' ... which makes sense considering their recent make out session in Vegas.

The "Jersey Shore" star had a set at Avalon in Hollywood Saturday night, and Nikki Hall was with him in his DJ booth and beyond. Our sources say the 2 were very flirty, all over each other, and just like at the Vegas club in October ... spent a lot of time smooching.

We're told it definitely seems like the 2 have rekindled their dating show relationship and are officially together.

For the uninitiated ... Nikki was a finalist on Pauly's reality show with his boy, Vinny -- "Double Shot at Love with Pauly D & Vinny." The good vibes ended there though because Nikki was sent home in the season finale when Pauly decided to go it solo.

After the show, they reportedly dated anyway, but things got nasty when Pauly blocked Nikki on social media for sharing text messages he allegedly sent her.

Must be water under the bridge -- as we first reported, they were back together at Drai's Nightclub in October, getting handsy and making out alongside Vinny and Maria Elizondo.

Seems like those good times in Sin City carried over. Maybe this third shot will be the charm.

Kourtney Kardashian keeps her friends and family close and her exes closer ... partying it up behind the DJ booth with Younes Bendjima.

Kourt was spotted at LIV in Miami Beach around 2 AM Thursday with her ex-boyfriend, and we're told they were together and very cozy the entire time at the nightclub.

One witness says they looked very much like a couple -- talking, laughing and enjoying the music -- but also seemed like they were trying to avoid being seen ... they mostly remained in a little corner of the club.

This isn't the first time they've been back together since their August 2018 breakup though ... we got them at a coffee shop earlier this year, and they appeared to be on very good terms then too.

Kourtney and Younes are in Miami for Art Basel. They also both attended the Dior Men's Fall 2020 fashion show Tuesday, though not together.

Of course, Kendall Jenner and Bella Hadid are also hanging out in Miami this week ... and both ladies were partying at LIV as well. They also were spotted eating at Swan restaurant and hanging out at E11even nightclub.

Kendall even got on-stage and took control of the DJ booth for a bit. We're told she chose some hits by Miley Cyrus and Travis Scott ... but didn't play "Reunited" by Peaches & Herb for her sister and Younes.

Missed opportunity.

Here's sports reporter Holly Sonders hittin' the strip club with notorious high-stakes gambler Vegas Dave ... begging the question -- you guys a couple or what?!

Sonders and VD have been pretty tight recently -- she's been promoting him like crazy on social media ... the assumption is that she was doing paid promo work for the guy.

But, Wednesday night Holly and Dave were holding hands on the way into Crazy Girls in Hollywood ... and inside she was kissing the guy on the face while throwing stacks of cash.

So ... dating?

FYI, Vegas Dave -- real name David Oancea -- is currently on probation stemming from a federal criminal case where he was accused of using other people’s Social Security numbers to open player accounts at casinos.

Dave denied the allegations but ultimately cut a plea deal with prosecutors and was sentenced to 3 years probation, community service, ordered to stay out of Vegas sportsbooks for 3 years and he also had a complete a gambling treatment program.

But, apparently, he's still cool to hit strip clubs and date celebrities!!!

For the record, we've reached out to both Dave and Holly for comment -- so far, no word back.

Tyler Cameron is not concerned about things like potentially being tapped to be a TV 'Bachelor,' or his new It guy status ... he's just focused on Tyler's status.

The heartthrob model and former 'Bachelorette' contestant was at LAX Monday afternoon when he got peppered with questions about his love life -- a hot topic in Hollywood lately as his list of hot dates grows.

As we've reported ... he's gone from Hannah Brown to Gigi Hadid, and he's been recently linked to Kylie Jenner's pal, Stassie Karanikolaou.

Cameron doesn't seem like he really wants to talk about it, though. Like a true playa, he's trying to downplay the fact he's kind of a big deal right now.

Instead, he gives props to Peter Weber -- the current 'Bachelor' -- and says he's still trying to figure out all the other stuff people want to know ... just like the rest of us.

As for Stassie ... he doesn't want to divulge much about that situation either.

Two of reality TV's biggest factions came together in L.A. this week -- the Kardashian-Jenners are mixing with guys from "The Bachelorette" ... and they're all looking pretty chummy.

Kendall and some of her girlfriends -- including Stassie Karanikolaou -- all hit up the Rams game Monday night, and at one point ... a bunch of fellas who've been booted in "The Bachelorette" world showed up and joined down in their private, enclosed area.

Tyler Cameron, Peter Weber (the current 'Bachelor') and Dylan Barbour from 'BiP,' as well as some other dudes and other gals were all enjoying a front-row view to the blow-out.

Later on, it looks like at least a few of these pretty people stuck together and met up with Kylie to hit the town -- bouncing around to different clubs in WeHo, including The Nice Guy and Poppy.

We ended up getting Tyler and Stassie leaving the former together, and it all but confirms what we saw this weekend ... a very likely new couple. Paps tried peppering them with questions, but they stayed quiet and hopped into the backseat of a waiting car.

Eventually, the whole gang landed at Poppy to wrap-up the night -- where Tyler and Stassie were yet again seen hanging off each other's hip. Kylie was there too, and while waiting for their rides in the garage ... she got in (and lost) a few games of roshambo with a dude.

Pete Davidson and Kaia Gerber are coming out of the shadows and into broad daylight with their relationship ... sealing it with not just a kiss, but a full-blown tongue war.

The couple was spotted Saturday in a heavy make-out sesh down in Miami, where they were lounging poolside at a hotel and passing the time with mouthfuls of kisses. They were both covered up too -- seems the only the heat rays they need these days are from each other.

After some lip-locking Kaia caressed Pete's head, whispering sweet nothings to him, which prompted him to give her another peck. They look good as a pair, no doubt.

This outing -- literally and figuratively -- comes just a few days after they were seen smooching at a music venue in NYC, where they had the cover of darkness to somewhat conceal what they were doing. Before that, they'd been seen all over Manhattan together.

Secret's out now though ... they're boo'd up and apparently lovin' it. Especially Kaia, who's 8 years younger than the 26-year-old 'SNL' star, but possibly even more famous than him.

As we reported ... the rapper left Delilah restaurant in WeHo Saturday night in a fire red Ferrari with a fire date who looks a lot like his ex. We've learned that's Ana Beatriz Boaretto.

Our sources say the 2 met through mutual friends and have been hanging out since May ... though it's unclear if they're officially dating or not.

Ana's listed as a creative director on Yella Beezy's new music video for "Restroom Occupied," which features Chris Brown. From the looks of it ... she's also an aspiring model.

As for Tyga ... he's been linked to the actual Kylie a couple times lately. The 2 were spotted together at Hyde nightclub on the Sunset Strip last month, and were also in Vegas together at the end of summer.

Pete Davidson and Kaia Gerber are making it official -- unintentionally, we think, but they're finally at the kissing in public stage of their situtationship.

The 'SNL' star and model, who's 8 years younger than him, were out Monday night at Webster Hall in NYC to catch singer Charlotte Lawrence in concert. Pete and Kaia had a great view from the balcony, but their eyes were mostly on each other.

At one point, they went in for a smooch -- and were standing with each other pretty much the entire time. It looks like they came back for seconds later in the show.

Pete was rocking his signature hoodie look, but when he kissed Kaia he lost the hood ... meaning he ain't being shy about them being a couple.
