Ron Perlman Free to Remarry ... Judge Stamps Single Status

Ron Perlman's a single man again, legally speaking, but likely not for long ... because he already has plans to get hitched again.

According to new legal docs obtained by TMZ ... the judge signed off on the "Hellboy" star's request to be declared single in his divorce from Opal Stone Perlman, leaving the rest of the details of the divorce to be handled down the road. It's called bifurcation in the divorce biz.

We broke the story ... Ron asked the court for single status in October, saying he's engaged to actress Allison Dunbar and ready to walk her down the aisle.

Ron filed for divorce from Opal in November 2019 after 38 years of marriage ... months after getting in a relationship with Dunbar, his costar on the TV show "StartUp."

Though the judge is restoring Ron's status as single, he and Opal still need to resolve the rest of their divorce issues ... like spousal support and division of property.

As we first told you ... Opal's seeking spousal support, claiming the stress of her marriage suddenly ending after nearly 4 decades resulted in her needing to see a psychologist and life coach.

Dr. Dre Nicole Wants To Question Alleged Mistresses ... Did He Buy That House?!?

Dr. Dre's estranged wife is looking into whether the mogul is funding the lifestyles of his alleged mistresses ... and she wants to talk financials with them.

Nicole Young wants three women whom she claims were intimate with Dre during their marriage to sit for depositions ... and according to new docs, obtained by TMZ, she's looking to ask them if Dre lavished them with money and gifts.

In the docs, Nicole claims the women's lawyer is trying to delay their depositions until the validity of the prenup is decided ... but Nicole wants answers sooner rather than later, because she says it could affect spousal support and the validity of her prenup itself.

Specifically, Nicole says one of the women bought a $2.15-million house free and clear in 2019 ... and she wants to ask if Dre provided the dough for the purchase.

As we reported ... Dre recently agreed to cut Nicole a $2 million check for temporary support, on top of the $293,306 a month he's already dishing out.

It would appear Dre has more than enough money to provide support to Nicole regardless of whether he's paid money to any other women ... but the depositions could be relevant if a judge were to invalidate the prenup -- then any money that might have gone to these women would be community property and Nicole presumably would demand her half.

Lots of the family drama went down in Los Angeles and Las Vegas, and it seems Ray's leaving their baggage back West -- because they're in Miami now and loving the vibe.

As for the 'L&HH' family reunion mini-series, premiering tonight on VH1, Ray says it's going to be like an atomic bomb with so many outspoken personalities from all the franchises under one roof.

Watch what he says here, because it sounds like he might be thinking about jumping to a new 'L&HH' address.

'Buffy the Vampire Slayer' James Marsters Getting Divorced

James Marsters -- best known for his role in "Buffy the Vampire Slayer" -- is about to be single again ... his wife has filed for divorce.

According to court records ... the actor's wife, Patricia Jasmin Rahman, filed divorce docs Wednesday in L.A. County Court. Their split comes 10 years after the couple tied the knot in a private ceremony in L.A.

Patricia and James had what used to be called a May-September relationship -- he's 23 years older than her -- but that's not all that uncommon in Hollywood these days. They didn't have any children together.

James -- who played the British vampire Spike and who also appeared in the 'Buffy' spin-off "Angel" -- has been down this road before. He'd previously married Liane Davidson back in 1989. They got divorced in 1997, and have one son.

Chester Bennington Widow Files for Divorce ... 1 Year After Tying the Knot

Talinda Bennington has filed for divorce 1 year after tying the knot again ... TMZ has learned.

Chester Bennington's widow filed her divorce petition Wednesday in L.A. County Court ... according to court records. As you know by now, she got married to L.A. County firefighter Michael Fredman around New Year's Eve 2019 at Turtle Bay Resort in Kahuku, Hawaii.

Talinda already took to Instagram to announce the news too ... saying, in part, "Divorce is never easy, but in our case it is for the best. We have remained good friends and he continues to be an important part of my children's lives."

Talinda and Michael had no kids together during their short marriage. She and Chester had 3 children -- son Tyler and twins Lily and Lila. The children were also part of Talinda's wedding to Fredman.

Interestingly enough ... Talinda and Chester were also married on New Year's Eve in 2005.

As we previously reported ... Talinda and Michael got engaged back in April 2019 ... just over 2 years after the Linkin Park singer committed suicide.

After the news about her engagement broke ... Talinda said, "I can find love after tragedy" and added, "To all suicide loss survivors, you CAN be happy again. You CAN have space in your heart for grief, joy, happiness, sadness and love."

Tim Robbins Files for Divorce After Secretly Marrying GF

Tim Robbins has filed for divorce, which comes as a surprise ... because we didn't know he was even married.

The "Shawshank Redemption" star filed legal docs Wednesday in L.A. to divorce Gratiela Brancusi ... who he'd been rumored to be dating for about 3 years now.

The 2 were first linked publicly when he brought her to the premiere of his HBO show, "Here and Now," in February 2018, but they attended several more events together in 2019 ... including a family outing at a hockey game in Dec. 2019.

It's unclear when they got hitched ... but he's seeking a dissolution of their marriage now. According to his filing, they don't have any kids together.

As you know ... Robbins was previously with Susan Sarandon. The famous Hollywood couple began dating in the late '80s after meeting on the set of "Bull Durham" and were together for 2 decades, until their split in 2009.

They were never married, but have 2 adult sons together.

Phil Collins' Ex Auctioning Off His Stuff for Cheap .... Gold LPs Starting at $100!!!

Phil Collins and his ex have not had a groovy kind of breakup, and it seems she don't care anymore ... because she's damn near giving away his awards and gold records.

Orianne Cevey has put multiple gold LPs and "Assorted Phil Collins Awards" on the auction block in the latest bitter development in their legal war ... which has already seen Phil evict her from his Miami Beach mansion.

Now that Cevey's moved out, she's unloading items that no longer "spark joy" in a Marie Kondo-esque move ... and those items include a gold record of Robert Plant’s "The Principle of Moments," which Phil got because his label, Es Paranza, released it.

There's another Gold LP Award for the Plant album, "Pictures at Eleven" -- on which Collins played drums -- and all the records have an opening bid price of $100. According to the auction site, Kodner, which was first reported by Page Six, 10 percent of the proceeds will go to the Never Give Up Foundation.

If this seems like a super bitter ex move ... Cevey's rep says it's just downsizing. Orianne's moving to a smaller home, and is also getting rid of some of her clothing and jewelry. Not sure that'll make Phil feel better, but we're pretty sure she's not thinking about that.

As we've told you ... things went south for Phil and Orianne near the end of 2020, when he decided to kick her out of his house after she allegedly secretly remarried another guy in Vegas in August.

She later claimed he promised her 50/50 ownership -- while also accusing him of living like a hermit and having poor hygiene -- but he accused her of lying to try to extort him.

Despite all that, she's moved out now ... with less stuff of his to remind her of their time together.

Elliot Page Files for Divorce

Elliot Page, the star of "Juno," has filed for divorce after just 3 years of marriage.

Elliot just filed the legal docs in Manhattan seeking the dissolution of his marriage to Emma Portner, whom he married around January 2018.

The couple had announced their surprise wedding on Instagram, with Page writing at the time ... "Can’t believe I get to call this extraordinary woman my wife." Page began sharing photos with Portner in summer 2017.

Emma, a dancer and choreographer who teaches at the Broadway Dance Center in NYC, was also featured in Justin Bieber’s “PURPOSE: The Movement” music videos and tour performances.

The split for the couple comes just 2 months after Elliot came out as a transgender male, after previously coming out as gay in 2014.

Ron Perlman Divorce Ex Says She Needs Psychologist ... Seeks Spousal Support

Ron Perlman's estranged wife says she was so devastated when he called it quits on their marriage, she needed mental health support ... and she's seeking spousal support from the actor to cover her expenses.

According to new docs filed by Opal Stone Perlman, and obtained by TMZ, the stress of her marriage suddenly ending after 38 years caused her to become extremely depressed and anxious ... resulting in her needing a psychologist's help to cope.

Opal says she also hired a life coach to help her make decisions moving forward as well, because for the past 30 years Ron was the sole breadwinner for their family ... while she was mostly a homemaker.

According to the docs, the psychologist and the life coach cost Opal $4,500 a month, and she's seeking spousal support from Ron to ensure she can continue to afford all her expenses.

Opal claims Ron made more than $1.6 million in 2018 and more than $1.1 mil in 2019, and though she acknowledges his income has been affected in 2020 by the pandemic ... she suggests he's still got plenty of money to pony up some support.

She also claims she and Ron have been paying their 2 adult children $5,000 per month to pursue their careers, but she claims Ron's stopped making those payments since filing for divorce in late 2019.

Opal also wants Ron to kick in $100k for her legal fees.

We broke the story ... Ron filed docs in October seeking to be declared legally single so he can marry his fiancee, Allison Dunbar. At the time, he said he and Opal could work out other divorce issues -- like spousal support and division of property -- later.

Jay Cutler Chatted Up Hot Blonde in Miami Days Before Kristin Pic

Jay Cutler's cryptic photo with his ex, Kristin Cavallari, appears to have been a red herring after all ... because the dude was getting his flirt on with another hot blonde just a few days prior, and definitely looked single.

The former QB was spotted chatting up a mystery woman last Wednesday at the 1 Hotel in South Beach, where he was sitting poolside and talking to her for hours. BTW, this wasn't Kristin ... who posted that weird pic of the two of them just three days later.

Eyewitnesses tell us Jay was with his buddies up at the rooftop pool for a bit, only to go back inside ... and he emerged with this woman. They pulled up a couple of chairs and ordered more drinks -- clearly enjoying each other's company.

No signs of PDA ... but we're told Jay and the woman looked very friendly, in more than a "we're just pals" kind of way.

As for the hot blonde, she could be Madison LeCroy, with whom Jay recently had a fling.

Now, as for where this leaves things on the Cavallari front ... it's still a little unclear, but the photo this weekend at least proved the two are still close.

Kristin's caption read, "The world is full of users. 10 years. Can't break that" -- which is about as confusing a statement one could make on where things stand ... especially since they've already filed for divorce.

Jay certainly looks very much unattached, and ready to dance.

Kristin Cavallari, Jay Cutler Post Photo Targeting 'Users' Back Together???

Kristin Cavallari and Jay Cutler are telegraphing things are copacetic with them, and maybe even more than copacetic ... and they're suggesting their divorce has somehow been mischaracterized.

Kristin and Jay each posted this pic of the 2 of them hanging out together, with the caption, "The world is full of users. 10 years. Can't break that."

There's a lot that's unclear here. Are they back together? Are they just saying they're still a family and will happily co-parent? And, who exactly are the "users."

It seems the "users" comment is directed at the media/social media, which characterized the divorce as contentious. If that's the case, it's a little bizarre.

As we reported, Jay filed for divorce back in April after 7 years of marriage. He asked for joint custody, but when Kristin filed her answer, the bitterness was apparent. She alleged "misconduct" on Jay's part. Her answer read, Jay "is guilty of such inappropriate marital conduct as renders further cohabitation unsafe and improper."

Kristin then insinuated Jay had accused her of "inappropriate marital conduct." Her lawyer wrote, "any misconduct alleged or implied against her in the complaint for divorce was in response to and/or as a result of misconduct on behalf of the Husband." That's weird, because Jay never mentioned misconduct on Kristin's part in his divorce petition.

Kristin had initially asked for sole physical custody of their 3 kids and only wanted Jay to have visitation.

Fast forward to September, when Kristin said there was NO scandal regarding Jay, saying it was simply a case where the marriage "just didn't work out."

It did seem like they were getting over the anger, because they agreed in September to joint custody and seemed to lower the temp.

Kristin had been linked to comedian Jeff Dye since October, but their latest post now suggests ... well, actually, we're not sure.

Christina Ricci Husband Claims She's the Abuser But Judge Denies Him Restraining Order

UPDATE

4:31 PM PT -- The judge rejected Heerdegen's request for a restraining order against Christina. The judge said there was no basis for an emergency order before their next court hearing in March.

UPDATE

This means Heerdegen must stay away from Christina and their son at least until then ... under the terms of her restraining order against him.

UPDATE

11:44 AM PT -- Christina's legal team was also in court Friday to file an opposition to Heerdegen's request for a restraining order. In the docs, obtained by TMZ, she says there is "overwhelming evidence" that he is the abusive one -- even beyond the photos she already filed with the court.

UPDATE

She says she has an audio recording from his alleged attack on her on June 25, 2020. According to the docs, James can be heard "terrorizing Christina, spitting and screaming at her, admitting to violence, following her from room to room, chasing her and then violently assaulting her." She says the recording ends abruptly with her in tears, saying she's going to call the police.

Christina Ricci's husband agrees quarantine's been a dangerous time in their household, except he claims she is the one who's the abuser.

James Heerdegen filed Friday to get a restraining order against the actress, claiming alcohol and substance abuse is fueling her allegedly abusive conduct.

In his court filing, James claims Christina was boozing hard during quarantine and would routinely abuse him physically and verbally while she was intoxicated. He says she would often hit and scratch him with her arms, hands and nails.

According to the docs, obtained by TMZ, Heerdegen also claims Christina would habitually follow him around their home, screaming and yelling profanities at him in front of their son. He says her alleged outbursts are causing their child emotional distress.

James says Christina attacked him back in October 2019, claiming she grabbed his throat while he was on the toilet. He says she "squeezed and pushed on my throat with her left hand using her right hand to gain leverage by propping it up against the doorframe" ... according to the docs.

Heerdegen's filing comes 48 hours after Christina was granted a restraining order against him, claiming he'd beaten her multiple times and she now fears for her life and their son's. She filed to divorce him in July.

In his docs, James claims Christina filed false domestic violence allegations against him to "leverage" her control over their son and prevent Heerdegen from seeing the kid. He also claims she filed a false police report.

James says Christina was sober during her pregnancy but claims she started abusing alcohol and pills when she began breastfeeding, and things got to the point where he was throwing out some of her breast milk for fear of alcohol polluting the milk ... according to the docs.

Christina's attorney, Samantha Spector, tells TMZ ... "This filing is nothing more than a transparently abusive attempt to silence my client. It will not work. Christina will not be intimidated by Mr. Heerdegen and his barrage of misleading claims – and she remains determined to protect her family."

The judge has not yet ruled on Heerdegen's request to restrain Christina.

Christina Ricci Claims Husband Abused Her in Lockdown ... Gets Restraining Order

Christina Ricci says quarantine's been a dangerous time in her household, because her husband's allegedly beaten her multiple times, and now she fears for her life and their son's.

The actress filed Wednesday to get a restraining order against James Heerdegen, who she claims started abusing her in December 2019. In her court filing, Christina claims he beat her, spit at her and made pig noises in her face. She says that incident, during which she suffered multiple bruises, convinced her she needed to leave him.

Christina says she told James she wanted a divorce, but that was derailed when the COVID-19 quarantine began in March, and she "found herself trapped in a house with a violent abuser."

In docs, she claims Heerdegen attacked her twice in June, while still in lockdown ... chasing her around the house, trying to prevent her from calling 911 after an argument. He allegedly dragged her by her wrists into their yard and threw her into a fire pit ... leaving her cut and bruised.

During the second attack, she claims he spit on her and threw coffee and a chair at her -- all while their 6-year-old son was watching.

Christina filed several photos with the court, showing injuries she claims to have suffered at Heerdegen's hands.

Christina filed to divorce him after those alleged incidents, and her attorney, Samantha Spector, was in court Wednesday to file the restraining order.

According to those docs, obtained by TMZ, Christina also fears Heerdegen's abuse could turn deadly. During a car ride in late 2019, she claims James "said something that made me think that [he] could kill me. He said the only way he could feel sorry for me is if I were dismembered into small pieces."

Christina says she immediately hid all the knives in the cabin where they were vacationing.

Late Wednesday, the judge granted a domestic violence restraining order ... which requires Heerdegen to stay 100 yards away from Christina and their son, and have no contact with them.

Christina claims Heerdegen leaves the dog leashed to his living room coffee table when he has visitation with their son -- and under the terms of the restraining order he has to stay away from the dog too.

Although he's already moved out, Christina wants a formal court order blocking James from returning.

And, there's this ... Christina is afraid her estranged husband -- who she married in 2013 -- will release private audio and video of her to "humiliate and embarrass" her, or use it to extort her. She wants the court to block him from releasing it, and force him to turn it over.

Heerdegen's attorney, Larry Bakman, tells TMZ they will file for their own restraining order against Christina "detailing her abusive conduct fueled by alcohol and substance abuse. His papers will also include documentation that Ms. Ricci advised law enforcement in December 2019 that there had been no prior incidents of domestic violence between the couple, thereby calling into question her credibility."

He also says his client "unequivocally denies all allegations of abuse made by Ms. Ricci as having occurred in 2020."

Earl Thomas Wife Claims He Terrorized Her In Drunk Xmas Attack ... NFL Star Denies Allegations

Earl Thomas' wife claims the NFL star went ballistic the day after Christmas ... attacking her and her family and punching through a window in a drunken rage -- and she says it isn't the 1st time he's completely lost it.

But, Earl is denying all of the allegations ... we spoke with a member of his camp who says the claims are false and that the couple is on good terms.

Nina Thomas spelled it all out in court documents, obtained by TMZ Sports, saying she's "scared" of the 31-year-old former Baltimore Ravens player following what sounds like a terrifying Dec. 26 incident.

In the docs, Nina -- who filed for divorce from Earl in November -- says she agreed to spend Christmas with Earl at her parents' house in Orange, Texas so he could be with their children.

Nina, though, says Earl "chose to stay out all night drinking" on the holiday ... and came back the next morning and flew off the handle.

Nina says after sending "harassing text messages" to her phone, Earl showed up to the house "visibly intoxicated."

Nina says he told her to "suck my d***" in front of their daughter at the residence ... and then followed Nina outside after she went to get some things for her children in the car.

Nina says Earl screamed at her in the front yard ... so she says she locked him out of the house -- and that's when she claims he snapped.

Nina says Earl "was irate and beating on the windows of the house." She claims she then called Earl's mother to try to get him to calm down, but when she arrived, Earl was "still in front of the house screaming obscenities and clearly enraged."

Nina says Earl then put his fist through one of the house's windows ... causing blood to spill all over the front porch.

Cops were called to the scene in reference to a disturbance, according to police docs obtained by TMZ Sports, and officers say they were able to question Earl a short time later at the hospital over it all.

Officers say Earl told them he admitted to putting his hand through the window ... though they say Earl "reported no crime was committed to cause his injuries." The police docs list the case as "inactive."

But, in the court documents, Nina says Earl's aggression toward her and her family didn't stop there ... she says Earl "threatened to come back to my parents' house, to burn all of my things if I came back to our house in Austin, and to kick my 'ass.'"

Nina says Earl "then sent an intimate video of him and me in a group text to my parents and to our nanny." She added, "To further torment me, Earl sent an intimate video of himself and another woman to my phone."

In the docs, Nina says the whole incident was just one of several times in the past few months where Earl had terrorized her.

The 31-year-old says in June 2020, she and Earl were at the Golden Nugget in Lake Charles, Louisiana when Earl began "acting belligerent" at the casino.

Nina says she was able to convince him to come upstairs with her to avoid any conflict with security ... but she claims once they got back to the room, Earl "decided to direct his anger towards me and started mumbling insults and calling me names."

Nina says it all escalated very quickly ... claiming, "At one point Earl threw me into the bath tub and turned the hot water on me." She says she suffered "bruising to my torso and back that required medical attention to ease the pain caused to my back."

On Oct. 9, 2020, Nina says she and Earl were celebrating her birthday when he "flew into a fit of anger and called me a 'bitch'" after she had left him to go to brunch with some of her girlfriends.

In the docs, Nina says Earl grabbed her by the back of her neck and threw food and drinks at her "while hurling insults and telling me that I am worthless." Nina says all of it caused her to have bruising on her body, which she claims to have photographed.

What's interesting is Earl had penned a love note to Nina and posted it on social media that same day.

On Oct. 22, Nina says she and Earl were at a hotel in Dallas when Earl "started mumbling rude and obscene things to me" after a night of drinking.

Nina says she went to get up to pack her things and leave, fearing escalation ... and that's when she says Earl "grabbed me by the pony tail, threw me onto the bed, and he pinned my body down."

Nina says she was eventually able to escape ... and filed for divorce just days later.

In her court docs, Nina wrote of it all, "I am scared of Earl and believe that there is a clear and present danger." She requested a restraining order, writing in the docs that she feared "both me and the children will be harmed."

According to court records, a judge granted Nina's request last week ... and ordered Earl to stay at least 400 feet away from Nina's Austin, Texas home and the children's schools.

Earl has been ordered to appear before the judge via videoconference later this month for a hearing on the matter.

Earl, meanwhile, is still in the process of trying to find an NFL home after the Ravens cut him in August after he reportedly punched a teammate on the practice field.

Dr. Dre to Estranged Wife Here's $2 Mil in Temporary Support ... But You Have to Pay Your Lawyers

UPDATE

1:22 PM PT -- According to docs, obtained by TMZ, Dre has also just agreed to pay Nicole $500k for her attorney fees.

As if Dr. Dre's week wasn't rough enough ... he's agreed to pay his estranged wife $2 million in temporary spousal support -- but he's not coughing up the $5 mil she wants for her divorce attorneys.

The music mogul and Nicole Young struck the deal that calls for Dre to write a one-time check for the $2 mil. That's all he'll pay ... at least until the next divorce hearing in April. Now it will be up to Nicole to decide how much of that amount she forks over to her lawyers.

As we reported, Nicole was demanding $2 mil per month, PLUS another $5 million in attorney's fees.

Our sources say Dre will continue to cover Nicole's living expenses at her Malibu pad, as well as her mother's Pacific Palisades home for the next several months. However, Dre will NOT cover Nicole's security costs ... she'll have to pay that from the $2 mil.

Dre and Young's lawyers struck the deal in court, but we're told Dre had to sign the agreement from his bed at Cedars Sinai Hospital.

Remember ... he's been dishing out $293,306 a month in temporary support. Now, he can focus on his recovery.

Waiting for your permission to load the Instagram Media.

TMZ broke the story ... Dre suffered a brain aneurysm earlier this week and he was rushed by ambulance to Cedars-Sinai Medical Center in L.A. He was taken directly to ICU. Dre later thanked his fans for their support and said he's doing great and getting excellent care.

Kim and Kanye Marriage on the Rocks ... But Christmas Sure Wasn't!!!

Kim Kardashian and Kanye West are in marriage counseling with their relationship on the rocks, but it didn't stop them from lavishing each other with over-the-top Christmas gifts.

Sources close to the couple tell TMZ, the 2 spent Christmas together at home with their 4 kids. Kanye gave Kim 5 ... count 'em 5, of the new 2021 Maybachs!!!

It's a pretty expensive gesture from Ye ... the starting price for the Maybach SUVs are just under $200,000 a pop, so figure about $1 million.

Kim returned the favor too ... our sources say she gave Yeezy several James Turrell pieces worth north of $1 million.

Kanye's a huge Turrell fan ... we're told the artist's work has been a leading inspiration behind the visuals Ye uses in his Sunday Service projects, including blue and red lighting and the fisheye camera lens used during the Easter service at Coachella.

Kanye also shot his "Jesus is King" film at Turrell's Roden Crater project in northern Arizona.

Absurdly expensive gifts aside ... the fact they spent the holiday together makes sense. As we told you ... Kim and Kanye remain in lockstep when it comes to their family and parenting, and doing Christmas BIG is a sign of that.

But, of course, while they're in marriage counseling, we're also told divorce is on the table.

Our sources say the Kim and Ye are still on speaking terms as they try to work through their issues and figure out the next steps, which could possibly include divorce papers.

With the lavish Christmas gifts in mind, ya gotta wonder what's in store for Valentine's Day should they make it that far.
