Offset Sued by Jeweler ... I'm Still Waiting on $47,000!!!

UPDATE

7:21 AM PT -- A rep for Coach K tells us he's absolutely perplexed as to why he's included in the lawsuit. We're told he had absolutely no knowledge of the sale and wasn't involved in any capacity, nor does he know who Peter Marco is -- the rep says K rarely even buys jewelry for himself -- other than the occasional vintage watch from a seller in Atlanta.

Offset got the drip from a popular jeweler in L.A. but hasn't squared his tab with the guy in over a year ... according to a new suit.

Peter Marco of Extraordinary Jewels Beverly Hills is going after the Migos rapper for $47,000, for what he claims are unpaid fees from an October 2018 transaction at his store.

The legal docs -- obtained by TMZ -- include a copy of an invoice allegedly showing Offset bought some bling for $110k, but only paid $63k at the time ... leaving the balance of $47k.

According to Marco ... his legal team sent Offset a letter in early December demanding the payment within 7 days, but it looks like they didn't get it. So now, the jeweler wants the full amount ... plus interest and attorney fees.

The lawsuit also lists Quality Control Music COO Kevin "Coach K" Lee. The record label reps Migos.

We've reached out to Offset and Coach K ... no word back so far.

YK Osiris I'm Not Missing Any Recording Sessions ... Despite Assault Arrest

YK Osiris won't be missing out on any studio time on the West Coast as he deals with the aftermath of his arrest for aggravated assault on the East Coast.

The singer says he needs to travel back and forth from California to Georgia over the next three months for recording sessions ... and, according to new legal docs obtained by TMZ, a judge in Atlanta just gave him the green light to travel outside the state for work.

As we first reported ... YK Osiris was arrested last month after allegedly beating the crap out of his girlfriend at his own birthday party. Osiris maintains his innocence and claims he never touched the woman, adding he has witnesses to back him up.

YK has NOT been charged with a crime, but he's still got an open court case stemming from the alleged incident ... and that's why he needed a judge's permission to leave the state.

Go west, young man.

Too Short Accuser Drops Sexual Assault Lawsuit

Too Short's rape accuser has officially dropped her lawsuit against the rap legend ... TMZ has learned.

Teana Louis had sued Too Short claiming he sexually assaulted her on multiple occasions in Los Angeles between June and October of 2016.

In her lawsuit, Teana claimed the attacks included forced oral sex, vaginal sex and sodomy.

Too Short had been adamant Teana's allegations amounted to an extortion attempt.

Now, Teana has filed new court docs calling off the suit -- asking to dismiss it with prejudice, which means she can't refile it.

Unclear if Too Short and Teana struck a settlement -- but it's not uncommon in situations like this.

The L.A. County District Attorney investigated the allegations ... but the D.A.'s office rejected the case, saying there was not enough evidence to show she didn't consent to their sexual encounters.

Antonio Brown Sues Baby Mama ... Get Out Of My House!!!

Antonio Brown really wants his ex out of his house ... and he's doing everything he can to kick his baby mama to the curb.

The unemployed wide receiver is suing his ex, Chelsie Kyriss ... claiming she's refusing to leave his home after he served her with an eviction notice.

Antonio just filed legal docs in Florida, obtained by TMZ Sports, claiming Chelsie is a guest in his home and is ignoring his notice to vacate the premises ... he says she was supposed to pack up and leave by Dec. 16, but claims she's still living in his Fort Lauderdale estate.

The lawsuit is the latest in a nasty spat between the former couple.

A VISIT FROM POLICE

As we reported ... earlier this month, cops were called to Antonio's crib because Chelsie didn't think it would be a good idea to pick up their kid's clothes by herself -- and Brown recorded his interaction with police.

Miley Cyrus, Liam Hemsworth Divorce a Done Deal

Miley Cyrus and Liam Hemsworth have worked out all the details of their divorce ... TMZ has learned.

Sources directly connected to Liam and Miley tell TMZ, her lawyer will file legal docs Tuesday declaring the 2 have reached a settlement in their divorce.

The divorce was marked by significant bitterness on both sides, but that seems to have subsided as they decided it's better to move on than fight.

It really wasn't that difficult to ultimately settle up. They have no kids, she'll keep the animals and our sources tell us there's a prenup so dividing property wasn't all that tough.

The lawyers behind the settlement -- disso queen Laura Wasser repping Liam and Judith R. Forman repping Miley -- were able to quietly work through the stumbling blocks and submit the paperwork to the judge.

Liam's the one who filed for divorce back in August, citing irreconcilable differences. The divorce won't become final for 6 months after filing ... so they should be single in March.

Lil Wayne Passenger on Plane Searched by Feds ... 'Cleared' Says Attorney

UPDATE

9:10 PM PT -- According to The Miami Herald, guns and drugs were found on the plane. Wayne's attorney, Howard Srebnick, said his client was "cleared" to leave the scene. It's unclear if anyone else was arrested after the search.

Lil Wayne is being held up at an airport in Miami right now as federal agents search a plane he was a passenger on, but he's got legal help at the ready ... TMZ has confirmed.

Miami Herald broke the story ... Weezy was one of a few different people aboard a private jet Monday that was stopped by the feds after it landed at Miami-Opa Locka Executive Airport. The paper says it was on its way to California after a stop in Florida.

For now, it doesn't appear anyone's been arrested for anything -- the Herald reports a search is currently underway and that Wayne and co. are being held at the airport. Per the outlet, agents got a tip on possible drugs being transported ... and obtained a search warrant.

One thing we do know for sure ... we're told Wayne -- who's a Miami resident -- has already contacted his lawyers in the area, and they're on the scene with him now.

Law enforcement sources also confirmed the details of Miami Herald's reporting.

MH also notes that if any arrests or charges stem from this ... it could mean someone's gonna be behind bars for Christmas. Apparently, the federal courts won't be open on Christmas Eve or Day, and the earliest a person's case could be heard would be Thursday.

That aside, the search echoes of one that recently ended in tragedy. Of course, we're talking about Juice WRLD ... who suffered a fatal seizure at an airport in Chicago 2 weeks ago.

Federal agents were also there waiting to search the private aircraft he was in, and we're told folks saw him ingest a number of unknown pills after realizing what was happening.

He later died after life-saving efforts were made on the spot.

Mariah Carey Nanny Sues ... All I Want for XMas Is My Unpaid Wages!!!

UPDATE

4:03 PM PT -- A rep for Mariah tells us, "This is a legally and factually baseless claim that will be defended with vigor."

Mariah Carey works her hired help to the bone, and then kicks 'em to the curb when she's had enough ... so claims her ex-nanny in new legal docs.

MiMi's being sued by a woman named Maria Burgues, who claims she worked for Mariah between late 2017 and early 2018 ... watching over her two kids and, allegedly, flying all over the world with them without getting paid her fair share for the job she was doing.

Burgues alleges in her lawsuit -- obtained by TMZ -- that Mariah and co. wouldn't let her take required breaks she's supposed to get under California law, including rests and meals. Burgues says those just weren't a thing while she was employed.

Burgues doesn't get specific about what exactly her schedule or allotted hours for each week were, but she makes it sound like she was working round the clock for Mariah, often on non-nannying duties and tasks that allegedly didn't involve the kids at all.

Adding insult to injury, Burgues claims Mariah had a bodyguard she reported to who was a scumbag and allegedly treated her like dirt out in the open on more than one occasion. She even alleges the guy almost got them into a major traffic accident for being on his phone.

Britney Spears Conservatorship Wins Court Battle ... In Free Britney Movement

Britney Spears and company mean business when anyone insinuates her conservatorship is secretly harming her ... because her people just nailed a hater with a big, fat injunction.

Britney's dad, Jamie, just got the order, prohibiting a guy named Anthony Elia from talking smack about the conservatorship. As we reported, Elia created the "Absolute Britney" blog suggesting Jamie and his team were manipulating Britney's Instagram account to make it look like she needs help when she did not ... in other words to make it look like she needs a conservatorship.

Elia went so far as to call the treatment of Britney "a human rights violation." What especially enraged Jamie ... that Elia says he came to the conclusion on a "gut feeling."

Jamie and his lawyer, Larry Stein, claimed this is defamation, pure and simple, and went to court to muzzle Elia.

The judge saw it Jamie's way and ordered Elia to immediately stop his claims ... especially those suggesting the conservatorship is harming Britney.

One of the reasons for the injunction ... the blog triggered a number of death threats against the folks involved in the conservatorship ... some of which cops took seriously.

Joe Horn Facing 10 Years Behind Bars ... After Pleading Guilty To NFL Health Care Fraud

Joe Horn is facing 10 YEARS in prison after the ex-NFL star just pled guilty to scamming the NFL's retired player health care plan out of nearly $150,000.

The former New Orleans Saint was one of several ex-NFL players -- including Clinton Portis -- who was charged by federal prosecutors earlier this month with defrauding the Gene Upshaw NFL Player Health Reimbursement Account Plan.

Officials say Horn, along with 10 other ex-NFLers, sought reimbursements for things like expensive medical equipment and prescriptions that they never bought in the first place.

But, instead of fighting the case in court, 47-year-old Horn agreed to plead guilty on Thursday to one charge of conspiracy to commit health care fraud.

According to court docs obtained by TMZ Sports, the charge carries a sentence of up to 10 YEARS behind bars ... as well as fine of up to $250,000 -- plus probation.

But, it seems Horn took the plea deal with the hopes a judge will take it easy on him at his sentencing hearing later next year.

As for the details of the plea agreement -- according to the docs, Horn admitted to submitting two false claims that totaled up to $149,775 ... and will have to pay that back.

Horn is one of the greatest Saints of all-time ... logging 7,865 receiving yards and 51 receiving TDs in his 7 years in a New Orleans uniform.

Tekashi 6ix9ine I'll See Y'All in Summer 2020!!! His Lawyer Thinks So

Tekashi 6ix9ine could catch an even bigger break -- getting out of prison much sooner than the end of 2020, if a few small stars align for him.

Tekashi could be back on the streets by early August based on the good behavior guidelines established by the Bureau of Prisons ... according to his lawyer, Lance Lazzaro, who's taken a closer look at the numbers.

6ix9ine got 24 months, but with 13 months credit for time served ... leaving him with just 11 months remaining. That would get him out around November 2020, but then the BOP math kicks in, and the potential sentence starts shrinking.

BOP guidelines call for up to 54 days per year to be shaved off IF inmates show good behavior. So, with the 2-year sentence, he's eligible for up to a 108-day discount.

'The Walking Dead' Stuntman John Bernecker Estate Awarded $8.6M ... In Wrongful Death Suit

The family of "The Walking Dead" stuntman John Bernecker scored millions in a wrongful death lawsuit but it was significantly short of what they wanted.

A jury on Thursday awarded the estate $8.6 million after 2 days of deliberations ... this according to a report. AMC Networks was found NOT to be negligent, but the show and its production company, Stalwart Films, were found liable. Stalwart was found 40% responsible and the show is 25% responsible.

The jury ruled the victim -- Bernecker -- was 6% liable for his own negligence. There were others found liable as well, but it appears none will have to pay out of pocket. Insurance will cover the judgment.

Mel B No UK Christmas with Daughter ... Judge Sides with Belafonte

Mel B's ex-husband just got an early Christmas present ... compliments of a judge who's blocking the Spice Girl from taking their daughter to the UK for the holidays.

Stephen Belafonte filed docs asking the court to allow their 8-year-old, Madison, to stay put in L.A. as opposed to traveling with her mom, and court records show the judge signed off on that.

As for why -- Belafonte reportedly claims Madison is afraid Mel B will hurt her. According to Daily Mail, Madison was allegedly "traumatized" during their last mother-daughter trip to England.

It's unclear what allegedly happened between Mel and Madison -- but Belafonte claims Mel asks their daughter for dirt on him.

The L.A. Superior Court judge ruled in Belafonte's favor, reportedly saying he wouldn't put the child in harm's way. Mel B's lawyer says the singer's set to arrive in L.A. soon to pick up Madison and their other daughter to take them back to the UK. Clearly, those plans will have to change.

Her lawyer also claims Belafonte had already approved the Christmas trip, and only recently changed his mind.

As we've reported, the ex-couple settled their heated divorce in 2018, but custody and child support issues have continued.

Jake Paul Sued You Jacked Music in 'Litmas' From Us!!!

1:43 PM PT -- A rep for Jake Paul tells TMZ, "This is absolutely without merit and once again, a feeble and disturbing attempt at using the U.S. legal system to gain notoriety and relevance through frivolous legal claim."

UPDATE

They continue, "Jake's legal team is handling the situation and looking forward to exposing the frivolous action for what it truly is."

Jake Paul is a conniving music thief ... so claim a team of music producers alleging in a new lawsuit the YouTube star jacked their work.

Producers Erik Belz, Jonathan Pakfar and Shane Abrahams are suing Jake claiming the entire backing music in Jake's popular "Litmas" track was stolen right from under them.

In docs, the producers claim they produced a track dubbed "Bad Santa" back in 2015. They claim they were in the same studio as Jake on multiple occasions and alleged Jake heard the track. The producers say lo and behold ... 2 years later, Jake released "Litmas."

Specifically, the producers claim their work is original, unique and specific in terms of pitch, register and overall use, which they claim can be entirely heard in Jake's track.

The group says Jake never asked for permission to use the music and has never compensated them ... even after his track racked up nearly 17 million views on YouTube.

The plaintiffs are suing for copyright infringement and want the court to order Jake to pull his song and fork over a slice of the profits. We've reached out to Jake for comment, so far, no word back.

Tekashi 6ix9ine Likely to Shed Tears at Sentencing ... So Say Oddsmakers

Tekashi 6ix9ine's in for a very emotional day when he finally learns his fate in his federal racketeering case, but odds are no matter what happens ... he'll cry about it.

The folks at sportsbetting.ag have released the betting lines for the rapper's sentencing hearing on Wednesday ... and they set it up for some exciting courtroom drama.

First of all, the oddsmakers don't expect 6ix9ine to get out anytime in 2020 -- they've set the "No" on that prop bet as the heavy favorite at -1000 ... meaning a bettor has to drop a grand to win $100.

However, anyone who bets on Tekashi to get released from prison in 2020 will get a 5/1 payout ... the "Yes" is currently +500.

As for the length of his prison sentence ... the line is set at 5.5 years, meaning bettors can take a shot at betting either over or under that length of time and hope the judge rules in their favor.

But, here's the really good stuff -- will Tekashi 6ix9ine cry after sentencing? The oddsmakers think it's likely ... "Yes" is favored at -300 while "No" is a +200 underdog. It doesn't matter if they're happy or sad tears either ... it cashes the same.
