Kanye West isn't done taking shots at companies he's helped to make billions of dollars ... now setting his sights on Adidas CEO Kasper Rorsted, with a phony newspaper headline declaring him dead.

Ye fired up his IG account Thursday to post the fake NYT page which says, "Kasper Rorsted Also Dead at 60." Kanye's caption on the post reads, "God Loves Us" ... which doesn't make a whole lot of sense considering the message certainly isn't true, or very holy, for that matter.

There's also a sub-headline on the article that says, "I know what you're thinking ... who is Kasper? but even less importantly who is Kid Cudi?"

If you haven't followed along, Ye has major beef with Adidas lately, who he has his Yeezy shoe line with -- he's pissed at the brand for a recent "Yeezy Day" launch that he allegedly didn't have creative control over. Yeezy Day allowed fans of the shoe to get their hands on previously-released variations of the shoes that may have sold out in the past.

Kanye has also had issues in the past with Adidas, accusing the sportswear giant of stealing design ideas he's used for Yeezy shoes.

You might remember, it was last month when Kanye posted a similar NYT headline, declaring Pete Davidson, who he refers to as "Skete" dead after he and Kim Kardashian split.

This marks the second company in as many days that Kanye's had beef with ... on Wednesday he went on the attack against GAP, accusing them of keeping him out of meetings, stealing design ideas and cutting his kids out of a photo shoot.

Gospel star Earnest Pugh is feeling the wrath of Dionne Warwick this morning after he incorrectly announced the death of Whitney Houston's mother -- someone who's very much alive, according to Dionne.

Earnest shook up the Internet Wednesday with a now-scrubbed post about the "passing" of Cissy Houston, who is also Dionne's aunt ... so, it didn't take long for Dionne to call BS and throw some serious shade.

Dionne told the world Cissy is still with us, adding "This Earnest Pugh needs to get a life and stay out of other peoples lives!"

Friend of the Houston family and fellow Gospel singer Kim Burrell echoed the good news, minus the sass ... saying, "Please respect her life as she continues to live. She's home. Thank you all🙏🏽"

Good to hear Cissy's alive and well after all -- and, not shockingly, Earnest has yet to respond to Dionne.

Iggy Azalea and Nicki Minaj may not have any songs together ... but that doesn't mean there's any beef to be found either!!!

While perusing through her Twitter feed Sunday, Iggy was annoyed after stumbling upon a New York Post article that chronicled a beef history with Nicki Minaj ... prompting her to rip the claims to shreds, writing, "Why am I in this? We've never said anything bad about one another. Y'all weird."

The article detailed Nicki's well-known clashes between stars such as Mariah Carey and Cardi B ... but Iggy wasn't buying it and called the publication weird, noting there were never any unpleasantries exchanged between the two famous artists.

During Nicki's 2014 BET Awards acceptance speech, it was initially perceived Iggy's rap skills were being targeted for allegedly using a ghostwriter.

Nicki told the audience she was her own music's primary pen ... which sparked beef rumors as Iggy was running the charts with her monster single "Fancy" at the time.

Nicki would go on to shoot down the rumors she was talking about Iggy ... a point the Australian rapper doubled down on Twitter ... shooting the article full of holes in the process.

When fans dug up on an old "Power 106" interview where Iggy picked Cardi B's music over Nicki, Iggy again swatted down the clickbait ... keeping her opinions musical and not personal.

Meek Mill said there was no bad blood with Jay-Z when he left Roc Nation management … and now, Jigga is backing that sentiment in a new track.

Jay is one of many major guests on DJ Khaled's "GOD DID" album, and doesn't mince words when talking Meek on a track also titled "GOD DID."

"Me and Meek could never beef, I freed that n**** from a whole bid, Hov did," Jay raps .... referencing the 2018 "Free Meek" campaign he helped orchestrate where he spent millions of dollars and even wrote an op-ed in the New York Times.

The song also features Rick Ross, Lil Wayne, John Legend and new singer Fridayy, but Jay clearly got the bigger piece of the pie ... rapping for nearly 4 minutes straight.

Meek was signed to Jay's RN imprint in 2012 -- up until just a month ago when he departed and eventually signed with WME -- sparking drama rumors.

Magic Johnson just shot down a rumor claiming he recently donated blood ... with the Hall of Famer calling the story a flat-out lie.

A Twitter account posted what appeared to be a picture of Magic donating blood back on Aug. 18 -- and it quickly went viral, as it claimed the Lakers legend, who was diagnosed with HIV in the early 1990s, was giving blood in order to help those affected by COVID.

But, Johnson said Tuesday it's all completely fabricated.

"I'm aware of the false story circling the internet," the 63-year-old said, "and to be clear, I have never donated blood."

Johnson initially went public with his HIV diagnosis in 1991 -- announcing he was retiring after contracting the virus.

The former point guard did ultimately come back to play in the 1992 All-Star Game, and he also returned to the Lakers in the 1995-96 season.

Machine Gun Kelly and Megan Fox haven't called it quits despite breakup reports, TMZ has learned ... in fact, he still refers to her as his wife.

Sources close to the couple tell us ... they're doing just fine -- no big issues. They obviously can't be together 24/7 -- both of them work and have kids, but we're told they're solid.

Megan's been posting pics online without MGK recently, with their last upload together back in June -- fans took his absence as a sign they're dunzo.

She also didn't show up to his hometown show in Cleveland over the weekend, and that fueled the breakup rumors.

We found this video from MGK's Cleveland concert where he said he talked to Megan before he got on stage, calling her his wife, which he's said before. The video was posted by a fan account who only has a few thousand views, so it didn't really circulate. If it did, it probably would have laid the breakup rumors to rest.

He went on and on about Megan. Earlier in the show he got so amped up he smashed a wine glass on his face, creating a bloody mess.

Sounds like all is well for the bloody lovebirds.

Tennis superstar Naomi Osaka and her rapper boyfriend, Cordae, are going stronger than ever and have NOT broken up ... despite reports claiming otherwise.

The rumors began to swirl on social media this week ... when one blog stated the two 24-year-olds had called it quits.

Sources close to the couple tell TMZ Sports the Japanese pro and "Chronicles" MC are actually doing better than ever ... and they're most definitely still "happily in love."

In fact, we're told Cordae and NO have been spending even more time together recently ... which makes the initial report even more of a head-scratcher.

As we previously reported, the duo first started going public with their relationship in 2019 ... and have been each other's biggest supporters during album releases and tennis matches.

Speaking of, Cordae is fresh off a buzzing performance at Lollapalooza ... and Osaka just made her first return to the court since May, winning her first-round match of the Silicon Valley Classic.

Osaka said after the match she was "really happy" to be back on the court ... so it sounds like everything's going well for the superstar.

Ansel Elgort seems to have a new lady in his life -- at least based on these shots of him sucking face in public with a gal who's definitely not his longtime dancer girlfriend.

The "West Side Story" star was feeling cozy in Capri Monday, but wasn't alongside Violetta Komyshan ... with whom Ansel's been romantically involved for years. Instead, this appears to be a mystery woman who's grabbed the attention ... of his hands and lips.

These pics, obtained by TMZ, show Ansel getting a handful of his lady friend's backside as they get ready for a dip in the ocean. They had company too ... another unidentified woman who joined them at the beach and a restaurant.

As you can see, the brunette and Ansel locked lips in the water as she wrapped her legs around his waist.

There have been rumors for months now that VK and Ansel split, and it's possible his Italian vacay without her confirms that. We've reached out to his reps, but no word back yet.

Ansel and Violetta were out together in NYC for opening night of the play "Funny Girl" back in the spring -- and they also reportedly bought a pad together in NYC.

Taylor Swift is getting torn up after everyone learned her private jet has been getting used A LOT, but one fan tried deflecting the outrage ... by posting an apparent false claim.

A self-described Swiftie threw up a couple tweets Friday that got a ton of traction online ... this as the backlash against TayTay continues to mount amid news that her jet has been dumping CO2 emissions all over the place for several months now ... just the latest celeb to be called out for what many label a massive carbon footprint being left on the environment.

The woman -- who goes by Britt, with the handle @taysrep89, and devotes a majority of her feed to singing TS's praises -- wrote, "TAYLOR SWIFT JUST OFFERED TO DONATE 10K TO MY ENVIRONMENT ORGANIZATION?? THIS IS BIGGER THAN ALL OUR DONATIONS FROM THE PAST 3 MONTHS THANK YOU SO MUCH @taylorswift13."

BTW, Britt claims she's the head of an environmental charity of some sort called the National Environmental Protection Agency -- which, as far as we can tell, doesn't exist. The EPA sure does, but there aren't a lot of legitimate hits with the word "National" at the front.

In any case, the woman doubled down on her claim that Taylor had sent her/her supposed org $10,000 ... not just showing a screenshot of what appears to be a DM from the singer ... but going on to post more interactions that seemingly show the convo continuing.

This gal said, yes, this is real ... but her tweets since suggest the whole thing's a hoax. Tweets she posted Saturday allude to some sort of lie, and how she can't be held accountable. And, if you dig through her replies, you'll see people acting shocked to learn this was all a prank ... with this woman apparently confirming that, albeit sorta cryptically.

If you look at her responses and tweets from today, you'll see she apparently doesn't mind if folks are calling her out for putting forth a false narrative about Taylor ... because this fan thinks she's actually doing Taylor a huge favor by playing crisis PR manager on her behalf.

Elon Musk's alleged mistress's attorney is calling bull on the affair story ... and kinda seems like he might be threatening legal action as well.

Bryan Freedman, who reps Nicole Shanahan, tells TMZ ... "Make no mistake, any suggestion that Nicole had an affair with Elon Musk is not only an outright lie but also defamatory." Freedman first spoke to DailyMail.

There's no further elaboration, but his statement says enough -- and that final line certainly suggests she might be considering her options right now ... attorneys don't use legal terms like "defamatory" unless they're mulling over a lawsuit.

As you know, Elon also denied the story outright after it was published this weekend by the Wall Street Journal -- taking to his favorite platform to bat it down in a variety of ways ... including suggesting it couldn't have been true, because he hadn't had sex "in ages."

He also said he'd just seen Nicole's husband, Sergey Brin, at a party recently ... and posted a photo of the two of them looking cool together. Until now, both Sergey and Nicole have been silent ... which wasn't helping Elon with his case.

Now, though, Nicole's officially weighing in -- and she, too, is claiming the whole thing is made up. It'll be interesting to see if anything more comes of this from either the subjects of the report or WSJ itself.

Elon Musk is denying a report claiming he had an affair with a fellow techie billionaire's wife -- and claims the truth is ... he hasn't banged anyone in a while.

The Tesla chief responded to a WSJ story from this weekend, which cited sources saying Elon had hooked up with Nicole Shanahan, the wife of Google co-founder Sergey Brin. The paper says they had a fling in December 2021, when Nicole and Sergey were separated.

But, Musk's calling BS -- he tweeted Sunday he'd just seen Sergey at a shindig this weekend, and that he'd only encountered Nicole a handful of times in person ... none of which he says were romantic in nature.

Elon also says he's so damn busy lately, working long hours, that he doesn't have time for "shenanigans" -- also noting to some in his Twitter replies that he hasn't had sex "in ages."

We're not so sure about that -- fact is, dude is popping out kids left and right these days.

In any case, Elon says the entire rumor is nonsense and chalks up the Journal putting this out as another effort to hurt him and his company, calling it a short-selling ploy.

Nicole and Sergey haven't commented on the story -- another factor Elon says is suspicious ... namely, no one going on the record or being interviewed for the piece.

Henry Cavill was rumored to possibly be a presence at Comic-Con this weekend on behalf of Warner Bros. -- but its time came and went ... and there was no red cape in the sky.

A Deadline report suggested there were rumblings Cavill might actually be appearing this weekend down at the event to talk more "Superman" during the WB/DC panel, which just wrapped ... and no sign of HC anywhere (unlike in 2012, where he was front and center).

So, yeah ... the rumor and/or report was BS -- which is a bummer, because fans were juiced about the possibility of Henry being announced for more movies in the titular role.

It's not in the stars, though, it seems. This would've been a perfect opportunity to signal some sort of plan about what Warner -- now fused with Discovery -- is going to do with their biggest IP ... but it sounds like they're still unsure of where the brand is going. That, or they're sure they're done with Cavill. Of course, some have already seen that coming.

Instead of 'Superman' news ... WB trotted out new trailers for 'Shazam! 2' and 'Black Adam' -- with The Rock actually making allusions to the Man of Steel in a hypothetical match-up.

Johnny Depp seemingly had a new female companion in his life, which is true ... but there's nothing romantic about their relationship, TMZ has learned.

Depp, unsurprisingly, made headlines over the weekend when he was spotted in Italy accompanied by the redhead. Johnny was in town for the Umbria Jazz Festival -- where he played with Jeff Beck -- and fans speculated the woman might be Depp's new girlfriend.

However, it's just not the case ... we've spoken to sources who tell us the woman is working on Depp's upcoming movie "Jeanne du Barry" as a French teacher.

Makes a lot of sense to bring your teacher on the road if you're Johnny, and live a lifestyle of constant travel and performance.

The movie will mark Depp's first in 3 years, he's playing Louis XV in the project, which centers around the life of Jeanne Bécu, Louis' mistress when he died.

Johnny Depp is a man about town -- perhaps even more so now that the Amber Heard drama seems to finally be in his rear-view ... and on the horizon, maybe a new flame!

JD was seen stepping out in Italy Sunday, where he's in town to perform for the Umbria Jazz Festival alongside fellow rocker Jeff Beck. As you know ... the duo are kind of a two-man band right now -- and they've been ensconced in performance for a month-plus.

Here, we see Johnny getting out of a van on his way to rehearsals, ahead of his set -- and would you looky here ... he's got an attractive female companion tagging along for the ride.

Indeed, this mystery gal seemed to be the only one cruising with Johnny here ... handing him a bag at one point. Could just be a staffer/roadie who's working with him on tour -- or, of course, it could be a love interest ... although there isn't too much evidence to prove that.

There's no clear PDA we can see, but this woman does look to be happy to be in Johnny's presence. Everyone seems to be fascinated by who Johnny may or may not be dating these days -- first it was the Camille Vasquez speculation, which was BS, and now ... this.

In any case, it's great to see Mr. Depp is still in good spirits -- frankly, he has every reason to be. Amber's plea to have the verdict set aside was just shot down by a judge ... so if she wants one last chance to fight this thing, she'll have to appeal -- which will cost her money.

Nick Cannon's sending shockwaves through social media feeds, appearing to propose to one of his lady friends ... just days after he openly yearned for his ex-wife Mariah Carey.

This hugged-up pic with someone who looks a little like Bre Tiesi -- although, we're told it's not her -- included the caption, "I said I would never do it again but…Finally doing what the world wants me to do…"

His post also had a shot of a massive diamond ring.

The post threw Lil Jon and even Nick's former publicist for a loop in the comments section ... especially since Nick recently admitted all his baby mothers don't always see eye to eye.

Of course, Nick being the ultimate hustler of promotion, is more likely simply setting the stage for his "I Do" single rollout, which features Chris Brown.

Released in May as part of his latest album "The Explicit Tape: Raw & B," the song opens up virtually the same way with Nick admitting his dreams of marriage haven't completely faded and Breezy crooning heavy in the melody.

Nicki Minaj says she was just trying to make a funny ... and instead made all her fans believe she's pregnant again. Spoiler alert -- she's not.

Here's how it all went down ... before Nicki got on stage at London's Wireless Festival, she went Live on Instagram for a little pre-show chat with the Barbz. When one of them asked if she and Kenneth Petty were expecting their 2nd baby, she immediately responded, "I'm not fat, guys, I'm pregnant. Sorry" ... and then she rolled her eyes.

Of course, her screen was immediately flooded with congratulations and that's when Nicki realized ... "Oh wait. Did I say it wrong? I'm sorry. I think I said it wrong. I meant to say, I'm not pregnant. I'm fat."

Hmmm ... we're thinking Nicki's too social media savvy for that kinda screw-up. We smell a troll job, but a funny one. Nicki and her husband had their first kid, a baby boy, back in September 2020 -- and they still haven't revealed his name.

As we reported, Kenneth is gonna have a lot of face time with the kid, as he was sentenced to one year of home confinement -- in their luxurious Calabasas mansion -- for failing to register in California as a sex offender.
