Bill Gates wasn't afraid to shoot his shot among subordinates at work, and even scored at least once during his marriage to now-estranged wife, Melinda ... this per 2 new reports.

The NYT published a story Sunday alleging the Microsoft chief had on at least two occasions -- and possibly more -- asked a couple of women who technically worked for him out on dates, but apparently wasn't all that pushy ... and ultimately failed in both instances.

Bill is described as once attending a presentation in 2006 held by a female Microsoft employee -- who must've left quite an impression ... because it's alleged, based on NYT sources familiar with the matter, that he emailed her right after to ask her to dinner.

He allegedly followed up with this, "If this makes you uncomfortable, pretend it never happened." Turns out, the woman did exactly that ... ghosting him and never responding.

There's another alleged incident the Times describes, in which Bill traveled to NYC with a woman who worked for the Bill and Melinda Gates Foundation ... where the two of them attended a cocktail party. The woman claims Bill lowered his voice and said, "I want to see you. Will you have dinner with me?" She says she laughed it off to avoid answering.

The Times -- citing current/former Gates employees -- goes on to describe general clumsy approaches toward women at work overtime, at times making people a little uncomfortable ... but noting he never seemed predatory with his advances, or abused his power.

On the flip side ... WSJ has its own report, claiming Bill was essentially forced to step down from Microsoft's board in recent years because of an extramarital relationship that came to light with a Microsoft engineer, who claimed to have hooked up with Bill for years.

Brandi Glanville says Denise Richards has completely cut her out of her life ever since Brandi revealed their hookup to the other 'Real Housewives of Beverly Hills.'

The reality TV star claims she has not seen or talked to Denise since she notoriously exposed their alleged tryst at Kyle Richards' house on Season 10 of 'RHOBH' ... and says Denise is ignoring her emails too.

If you don't recall ... Brandi shocked the Housewives, and viewers, when she told them she had an intimate affair with Denise. She also claimed Denise and her husband, Aaron Phypers, had an open relationship.

Denise denied the affair and the open marriage allegation, and then left the show after 2 seasons.

Khloe Kardashian isn't shocked Lamar Odom's ex-fiancée is on Tristan Thompson's hook up list ... she knew already, and Tristan's tryst with Sabrina Parr happened way before they even met.

Lamar spilled the beans on Tristan's hook up with Sabrina to Wendy Williams Thursday, but he wouldn't give a timeline. The announcement had many believing it was one of the factors that led to Lamar and Sabrina's split ... and the first time that Khloe was made aware of the situation.

Sources with direct knowledge tell TMZ ... Tristan and Sabrina hooked up nearly a decade ago, during Tristan's rookie season in the NBA. TT was 20 years old at the time and was playing for the Cleveland Cavaliers, Sabrina's hometown team.

Our sources say when Lamar and Sabrina first went public with their relationship in 2019, Tristan told Khloe about his past with Sabrina ... so Lamar's bombshell is nothing new to Khloe.

While Lamar hinted Sabrina's fling with Tristan was recent, we're told Lamar actually knew about it before Nov. 2019, when he proposed.

Just a few days after Megan Fox's estranged hubby addressed marriage trouble rumors -- she's the star of Machine Gun Kelly's steamy new music video.

Yep, it's true ... Megan's in MGK's new vid for his song, ''Bloody Valentine,'' where he and she play some sort of a couple who seem to be cooped up in his crib -- and there's a whole lot of sexy outfits and partial nudity in bed to go around.

The video's very intimate, and MF sure seems comfy in Kelly's company here -- which makes sense, we suppose, since they've been hanging out a lot lately. Photos of them riding in Machine Gun Kelly's car surfaced this weekend, which raised a lot of eyebrows.

This is also tough to watch -- especially if you're Brian Austin Green -- considering Megan's gung-ho about this collab herself. She plugged it on her own IG as well.

Of course, Brian -- who Megan is still technically married to, with no current divorce filing -- dished on how they recently grew apart, and how Megan ended up meeting MGK in the first place. It was a sad tale ... he says he had a dream she became distant after returning home from a movie shoot with the guy, and it became reality.

Megan Fox is getting chummy with Machine Gun Kelly ... and it's just the latest sign there might be trouble at home.

The actress was spotted with MGK Friday grabbing some coffee and grub to-go near L.A., then hopping in his whip and leaving together -- presumably back to her place in Calabasas, or so we've been told. They seemed super friendly in the car ... and super caj.

It's just the latest sign that something's probably amiss with Megan and her husband, Brian Austin Green, whom she married in 2010. Meg's recently been seen not wearing her wedding ring ... ditto for him. Reports say they're even living separately during quarantine.

Their relationship has famously been on and off throughout the years -- they once called off their initial engagement before getting back together and finally pulling the trigger. Megan also once filed for divorce a few years back, but they got back together yet again.

Megan and Brian made a red carpet appearance together late last year -- the first time they'd done so in a while. They share three children together ... all of them are young.

Ryan Cabrera is spending more and more time with WWE superstar Alexa Bliss ... and we've learned they're together ... as in, together.

Our sources tell us the singer and wrestler first met back in October at the Smackdown on FOX premiere in Los Angeles, with Ryan's buddy The Miz seemingly playing matchmaker while they all hung out backstage.

Seems Ryan and Alexa immediately hit it off, because a few weeks later they were spotted together in Chicago. Ryan was in the Windy City for a concert and Alexa was wrestling in a WWE PPV event.

The Ryan and Alexa tour picked up again in St. Louis, where they were once again were spotted, this time on New Year's Eve ... a tell-tale sign of a couple, right?!?

When the Grammys rolled around last month, Ryan and Alexa posed for a ton of pics together at a gifting suite ... adding more fuel to the dating fire.

Demi Lovato is NOT striking up a romance with Machine Gun Kelly ... even though they were spotted leaving a club together in the wee hours of the morning.

Here's the deal ... Demi and MGK were photographed leaving Soho House West Hollywood around 2 AM Wednesday, walking out from the members-only club in lockstep. This IS Hollywood, so of course, this sparked dating speculation, but we've learned the rumors have no steam.

Sources close to the situation tell TMZ ... there's nothing romantic going on between Demi and MGK, and they were at Soho House to hang out with a mutual friend. Yes, they walked out together, but we're told they departed in separate vehicles.

So, to any interested parties out there ... Demi and MGK are both very much single.

As you know ... Demi's fresh off a couple of milestone performances, singing the National Anthem at Super Bowl LIV in Miami and premiering her new single "Anyone" at the Grammy Awards.

MGK was most recently linked to Kate Beckinsale, but she denied they were dating. Ditto for Demi.

Ronnie Ortiz-Magro knows that the early bird gets the worm -- and in this case, it seems he snagged two.

The "Jersey Shore" star was spotted Sunday morning leaving E11EVEN Miami at the ass crack of dawn around 6 AM ET. Looks like he was raging the night away with some good company -- a couple of baddies were kinda flanking him as he made his way out of the club.

No PDA here, but all signs point to these two lovely ladies rolling with our man. He's leading the way, and they're all giddy following close behind ... casting their gaze on him.

It's a good sign for sure to see Ronnie moving on and away from his on-again, off-again girlfriend and baby mama, Jen Harley, who recently got into another alleged snag with her ex. Ronnie claims she attacked him with eyeliner ... just the latest episode between them.

"Storage Wars" star Darrell Sheets is finally ready to settle down after getting out of the storage locker biz ... and he might've found his one true love when he least expected.

Darrell tells TMZ ... after recently retiring to Lake Havasu, he went to check out a boat for sale and that's when he met a woman named Patty Rich. Turns out, the boat was hers and they've been inseparable ever since.

Sounds like Patty is quite a catch ... Darrell tells us his she owns a string of vineyards and restaurants. Add in the boat and her classic blonde looks, and it's easy to see why Darrell fell head over heels.

Darrell says Patty wasn't starstruck when they first met, she actually had no idea he was a celeb. She's well aware of his TV fame now though, and Darrell says it's been great to have a companion now that he's in his 60s.

TMZ obtained footage of Ty getting close to a smokin' hot blonde in Hyde, whom he later wrapped up in his big hunky arms and brought in for a kiss -- maybe a butt grab too. There's no question it's him playing Romeo, but the big question is ... who's Juliet.

Based on some circumstantial evidence we've combed through, it appears this might very well be Kylie's good pal Anastasia Karanikolaou ... otherwise known on IG as Stassiebaby.

She's in Kylie's circle of friends and often tags along for girls' trips across the world with KJ and co. More importantly though, she was also at the Clippers game last night in a private box -- and appears to have been wearing something very similar to our mystery chick here.

At least from the upper half,  anyway ... which seems to resemble Stassie's outfit for the night. Besides that, eyewitnesses are telling us it definitely looked like AK to them. Our sources say Tyler and this gal showed up together around midnight, grabbed a table and were pretty much inseparable the whole time until they left around 1:30 AM.

The next TV bachelor to make the ladies swoon as they compete for his love is none other than ... Dennis Graham! Dennis Graham??? You're damn straight.

It makes sense if you think about it -- he's single, rich, lives in L.A., loves to party and ... oh yeah, his kid is one of the biggest performers in the world. Who's not lining up for a shot at being Drake's stepmom???

Sources close to Dennis tell TMZ ... at least 2 TV networks agree he's quite the catch -- he's in serious talks to land a show chronicling his search for a soulmate.

We're told viewers will also get a glimpse of Graham's life of luxury ... clubbing, driving expensive cars and of course, all the fringe benefits of being Drake's pops.

Our sources say Dennis had multiple meetings -- with his partner and reality TV guru David Weintraub -- last week to pitch the project, and there's strong interest from Vice and WE tv. He's expecting a signed deal sometime next week.

As for potential contestants on Dennis' dating show ... he's famously ducked revealing his age, so the ladies will have to be cool with that. Also, we're not saying this is a lock but remember ... Drake is consistently single. Ya can't rule out a mother-daughter double date.

Pete Davidson is taking full advantage of his single life, grabbing a bite with a smoking-hot model ... who happens to be Cindy Crawford's not-so-little girl!!!

The comedian was spotted Tuesday at Sadelle's in New York City ... grabbing lunch with 18-year-old Kaia Gerber.

We know, we know -- no food on their plates. Spare us the model jokes ... their grub probably hadn't come out yet. But yeah, models aren't known for massive appetites.

The lunch outing is interesting because Pete was reportedly seen leaving Kaia's apartment Wednesday. We don't know yet if it's a romantic hook-up or just a friend-zone thing -- but either way, Pete's been doing just fine since his split from Ariana Grande.

As we've reported ... Pete and "Once Upon a Time in Hollywood" actress Margaret Qualley were super tight in Italy last month. They've since broken up ... if you can call it that after just 2 months of dating.

Before that, Pete was all boo'd up with Kate Beckinsale -- so yeah ... he's good.

Ditto for Kaia ... Cindy and Rande Gerber's daughter's blown-up in the modeling world in the last year. It makes perfect sense she and Pete would, at the very least, be running in the same circles.
