Kevin Jonas and his wife Danielle are calling it quits ... on their giant New Jersey home -- listing the property for $2.2 million -- and sources tell TMZ, it's all because they want more privacy.

KJ and Dani purchased the home in 2011 for $1.19 million -- so if they get anywhere near their asking price (with the help of Terrie O’Connor Realtors Amy Werner and Celia Riggio) they'll have earned a nice little profit. Not bad for just two years.

We're told the couple plans to start showing the home to potential buyers next week at a private event -- and they've already purchased property nearby to start building an entirely new place to live.

According to sources, it's not about the size of the property -- the couple just feels their current home is too exposed ... it's already famous from their show "Married to Jonas," it's visible from the street ... and they're not comfortable with that. Especially because Danielle is pregnant now.

Maybe Kevin and Dani should start a band ... at least they can stay together.

Another strong sign of the apocalypse ... if you're a Jonas Brothers fan -- the band has deleted its Twitter page right on the heels of pulling the plug on their tour.

Fans who went to @JonasBrothers this morning got a "Sorry, that page doesn't exist" message -- and even though they haven't officially announced they're done for good ... this is pretty strong evidence.

As we reported ... Kevin, Joe, and Nick canceled their tour last week ... just days before it was supposed to begin. Reps say they were having a disagreement over music.

Since then we've spotted Joe Jonas twice around town with renowned addiction specialist Mike Bayer -- fueling concerns Joe has a substance abuse problem.

Jonas Brothers reps remain silent on the issue -- but we saw Joe yesterday in Hollywood (sans Bayer) ... and asked him about the band's future. Sorry fans, but it ain't looking good.

The famous sober coach who was tagging along with Joe Jonas last week fueling rumors that possible substance abuse may have caused the band to teeter on the edge of breaking up resurfaced last night with the boys.

TMZ broke the story ... Mike Bayer -- the CEO and founder of Cast Recovery Services -- left Chateau Marmont in West Hollywood with Kevin Jonas, after Bayer met with the entire band.

As we reported, Bayer is known for dealing with "crisis situations," and it appears the band is in crisis after cryptically cancelling 19 concerts a week ago.

We got Kevin at LAX earlier in the day and he was mum on everything.

Joe Jonas has a new guy in his entourage -- a well-known addiction specialist who once worked with Demi Lovato, TMZ has learned.

We noticed the guy hanging with Joe as they walked out of a recording studio together in West Hollywood Thursday afternoon.

His name is Mike Bayer -- the CEO and founder of Cast Recovery Services.

According to his profile on the company website, Bayer is described as being "well known for quickly responding to crisis situations" ... typically of the substance abuse/mental health variety.

It's unclear why he's with Joe -- but when photogs tried to talk to the rock star on his way into the building, he made it clear he was not down for a conversation.

As TMZ previously reported, sources connected with the band are saying a possible breakup was tied to a conflict over musical direction, but who knows ...

With the future of the Jonas Brothers in peril ... and a big decision looming ... Joe Jonas ventured out alone today -- rollin' solo in L.A.

As we've reported ... Joe, Nick and Kevin are deeply divided musically and are expected to decide the fate of the band this weekend -- whether they'll stay together ... or go their separate ways.

24-year-old Joe -- the middle brother -- hit up SoHo House in West Hollywood this afternoon ... sans brothers.

The Jonas Brothers -- Kevin, Joe and Nick -- are close to breaking up ... they are going in 3 different directions and the band has lost its identity ... sources close to the group tell TMZ.

The Brothers Jonas just cancelled their entire upcoming tour -- 19 concerts, which was supposed to kick off Friday.

Our sources say ... the rift exploded over the release of their next batch of songs. Each brother had a different vision of where they wanted to take the band, ranging from pop to hard rock. They all agreed on one thing -- releasing anything new would be a disaster, because the style would be all over the place.

The concert cancellation may be a precursor to an official breakup, but so far no decision has been made. Our sources say the guys are meeting this weekend to try and hash things out.

We're told, "It could go either way."

The JoBros performed last night in Minneapolis ... and gave what could be their last interview as a group.

It was a former Disney dude buff arm battle, as "High School Musical" hunk Zac Efron, 25, flashed his tan, ripped muscles before hurting his wrist while filming his new movie in L.A. this week (left) -- while musclebound "Camp Rock" boy bander Joe Jonas, 23, pumped up his God-fearing biceps in a funny new video clip (right).

Sorry you creepy weirdos ... Joe Jonas did NOT record a raunchy sex tape with his Swiss model GF ... despite reports to the contrary ... Joe's rep tells TMZ.

Reports have been circulating that Joe -- who once wore a purity ring espousing his virginity -- filmed himself doing the nasty with gf Blanda Eggenschwiler while under the influence of pot and alcohol. The reports claim the sex footage features some crazy BDSM stuff, including paddles and ball gags.

But Joe's rep tells TMZ, it's total BS ... no such tape exists.

A Jonas Brothers fan has sued the group, claiming they're so popular, she was crushed during a concert by crazed groupies.

Ashleigh Johnson filed the lawsuit -- obtained by TMZ -- in which she claims she was at The Grove in L.A. back in May, 2010, watching the boys perform an early bird special (3 PM), when she was pushed by an uncontrolled crowd against a guard fence.

Ashleigh says she was "agonizingly crushed" into the fence and suffered serious mental, emotional and physical injuries as a result.

Ashleigh -- who didn't ante up her age -- is suing the group as well as Caruso Management, the folks behind The Grove.

A passionate Jonas Brothers fan waited outside Katsuya in Hollywood last night -- in the cold and the rain -- for a moment with her hero, Kevin Jonas ... only to learn what rejection feels like.

It was SOOOOOO SAD!!!!

FYI -- Kevin DID take pics with a bunch of fans as he left the restaurant with his wife ... trying to please everyone ... but the superfan got lost in the crush and never got a chance to pose with her hero.

Joe Jonas checked into an emergency room in L.A. while doctors inspected his abs -- for severe stomach pains -- 48 hours after Joe did some late night partying in Chicago.

A rep for Joe confirms he went to the emergency room at Children's Hospital L.A. on Sunday. We're told Joe was only at the hospital briefly ... and it's not clear what was wrong with him.

One potential hint -- on Friday night (into Saturday morning) Joe was out at a Chicago hot spot Board Room Nightclub (above) partying ... and performed the next night in Chi-Town.

Whatever the problem was ... Joe felt good enough to eat out -- we spotted him and his bro Nick leaving Katsuya last night. Sushi after stomach troubles? Risky, Joe.

Nick Jonas, 18, and his older girlfriend Delta Goodrem, 26, enjoyed an adult unchaperoned vacation in Mexico this weekend.

Sources tell TMZ ... Alex Welch was on the receiving end of Demi's blow. Welch is a backup dancer on the Jonas Brothers Live in Concert Tour. She was also a member of Beat Freaks, which got the runner-up title on season 3 of "America's Best Dance Crew."

We're told Welch -- who had a pretty nasty shiner from the incident -- has been talking to lawyers and is considering legal action.

Sources close to Demi say she feels "awful" about her behavior and took personal responsibility for it by leaving the tour and seeking help.

A source connected with the tour tells TMZ, "There are no plans to replace Demi for the remaining six days on the Jonas Brothers Live in Concert tour."

As TMZ first reported, Demi decided to leave the tour and seek help for "physical and emotional issues" at a treatment facility.
