Madonna more than dropped trou in front of a camera when she was 18 years old ... she went au naturel, and TMZ has the photos that are about to hit the auction block.

Gotta Have Rock and Roll -- the same guys that had Tupac's confession letter to M -- will auction off a bunch of Madge's earliest known original nude pics with original negatives and copyrights. To be exact ... 108 images and each with an opening bid between $800 and $1,200.

The pics show Madonna at the Art World Institute of Creative Arts where photographer Cecil I. Taylor got behind the lens. Madonna met the photographer when she lived in Ann Arbor, Michigan.

There's also young M's signature -- along with Cecil's -- on the model release form she signed on May 19, 1977. It's also up for bid, and it all goes down Wednesday.

Madonna has fought tooth and nail to keep other items off the auction block, including her underwear and a letter to Tupac.

O.T. Genasis says he's all for Janet Jackson getting another crack at the Super Bowl ... especially if she busts out a finale like the first time!!

We got O.T. at LAX ... and the rapper told TMZ Sports he wouldn't perform at the big game himself 'cause there's too much BS going on between the NFL and its players right now.

Jim Irsay's Twitter followers got a very x-rated surprise -- a spread eagle vagina pic!

The photo went out on the Indianapolis Colts owner's Twitter page early Thursday morning -- but was promptly deleted 12 minutes later ... which is an eternity on the Internet.

The question ... was it an innocent mistake or was he actually HACKED?!

Neither Irsay nor the Colts have issued an official statement yet. We're guessing it's just a matter of time at this point.

Amanda Seyfried's legal team is going after a site that posted her nude photos ... some of which include "intimate moments" with her ex-boyfriend.

The actress's lawyer fired off a threatening letter to Celeb Jihad, demanding they immediately take down the images that were meant to be private. The letter states the pics were illegally obtained by a third party, and leaked to the site without Amanda's consent.

Amanda's legal team wants the site to preserve any evidence related to the leak, most likely for future litigation.

A man is in custody for allegedly trolling the Internet for Justin Bieber fans, targeting young girls and strong-arming them into sending him nude photos ... or else.

Bryan Asrary allegedly found a 9-year-old girl back in 2014 who was viewing Bieber's Instagram page. Asrary direct messaged the girl and said he knew Bieber and said he could arrange a text meeting.

Asrary then pretended to be Bieber, and demanded the girl send nude photos of herself and threatened to hurt her if she refused. The girl sent nude selfies and video.

Last year Asrary allegedly contacted the girl again ... this time threatening to publish and broadcast the photos she had sent him unless she sent more. She told her mom, and the cops got involved.

According to cops, they confronted Asrary and he confessed to extorting the girl and other victims around the country into sending him nude photos.

Porsha Williams says Kordell Stewart is DEAD WRONG for insinuating she had anything to do with the release of a naked video featuring the ex-NFL star ... saying the whole thing smells like a publicity stunt.

We broke the story ... Kordell says a naked video of him was stolen and released without his permission and he pointed the finger at his ex-wife, Porsha, claiming she had something to do with it.

But we just spoke with Porsha -- and she ain't havin' it.

"This is obviously a publicity stunt that Kordell and maybe one of his partners in crime came up with."

"The truth is I have not spoken with Kordell Stewart since the day I signed our divorce decree. I have nothing to do with Kordell 'TOOTING' his derrière to the camera for the world to see."

She adds, "I would suggest Kordell find another hobby and wish him a very Happy New Year."

Lucy Hale's legal team is going after a site that posted topless selfies of her in a bed.

The "Pretty Little Liars" star's lawyer, Marty Singer, fired off a threatening letter to Celeb Jihad, which posted 2 racy photos from her phone that were apparently sent to a friend. The pics show exposed breasts and nipples, and a breast tattoo came along for the ride.

Singer could not be clearer ... Lucy owns the pics and insists they were meant for a friend, but someone hacked into her phone.

We're told the site is reviewing the letter, but for now ... the pics remain front and center on the site.

If you thought Bella Hadid looked awesome at the Victoria's Secret Fashion Show, you're right -- but it gets even better without all the fancy lingerie.
