Kiara Mia says there's no way in hell her date with Jimmy Garoppolo cursed the Niners QB ... but the porn star doesn't exactly mind the take, saying, "I'm flattered!"

Of course, Jimmy's season came to a catastrophic end just a few weeks after his famous night out with Kiara ... and some fans pegged her as the bad juju that caused his ACL tear.

But, Kiara says, for as much as she's honored that people think she has that kinda power -- she tells TMZ Sports it's just not possible.

"I'm impressed that people look at me as a God," Kiara says.

"Like, only God has the power to, like, control someone's journey in life. So, I'm flattered people think I have that much power in my life to control somebody's life!"

Kiara tells us she really hasn't been keeping up with Jimmy or his team -- we had to break the news to her that the Niners really suck -- but she says she's already moving on to a new squad.

"I'm Mexican and I'm from L.A., so I have to say the Raiders!"

President Trump didn't fork over hush money to Stormy Daniels to keep their sexual liaison from his wife, because Melania knows his "history" with women ... so says U.S. Rep. Marcia Fudge.

The Ohio congresswoman scoffed at the notion Trump might argue his motivation for the Stormy pact was saving his marriage. As for whether it was a cover-up for election purposes ... Fudge says it's not definitive one way or the other.

For the record ... Trump has denied all of the affairs alleged by women since he was elected.

Stormy Daniels went back to her home state to protest a law setting minimum age requirements on strippers, which she calls an illegal attack on women and a bad precedent.

The former porn star was in Baton Rouge, Louisiana Sunday, standing in front of the steps to a courthouse, where she and a bunch of other protesters decried an appeals court's recent decision to uphold the controversial L.A. law after it was challenged by 3 women.

The bill was originally called SB 468, and it stated that strip clubs couldn't employ dancers under the age of 21 (aka no 18, 19 or 20-year-old strippers allowed). It got signed into law in 2016, but will be reinforced again this month ... which is why Stormy is pissed.

She definitely didn't miss the opportunity to bash the legislation, calling it "f***ing sexist" ... and claiming it targets female dancers and not males. We checked the language of the law, and while it doesn't flat out say it's aimed just at women, many have interpreted that way.

Dr. Joseph Brownfield was busted Monday night at LAX as he and Mary were going through TSA. We're told agents pulled the good doc aside when they noticed a potential weapon in his carry-on ... which turned out to be a collapsible baton.

Unfortunately for Dr. B., it's illegal in California to carry one of those if you aren't law enforcement or a licensed security guard. He was booked for misdemeanor control of a deadly weapon. He was released form jail after posting a $5,000 bond the next day.

Jesse Jane might have celebrated a bit too much after a big win for her University of Oklahoma football team -- she was lying on a sidewalk after the game ... and got hauled off to jail.

The adult film star and OK native was busted for public intoxication in Norman on November 10, shortly after after the Sooners beat Oklahoma State in the Bedlam Series. Jane shared a video of her and a friend scarfing some food earlier in the day at the game.

Apparently they didn't eat enough. According to police, Jesse "pissed her pants" and seemed highly inebriated as she tried to answer an officer's questions.

Jane kept repeating "I didn't do anything," and was unable to provide a phone number for a ride or confirm with the cop she had cash for a cab ... so she got arrested instead.

YouPorn is now all about the D -- as in, Dunkin' -- because it's getting revenge on Starbucks for blocking Internet porn in its stores ... TMZ has learned.

Reps for YouPorn tell TMZ ... the porn giant is now strictly pushing Dunkin' coffee on its workforce. The company's VP sent a memo to employees announcing a ban on all Starbucks products from YouPorn offices effective New Year's Day.

Starbucks just announced it's blocking customers from watching XXX material while on their free WiFi, this after mounting pressure from the Internet safety group, Enough is Enough. YouPorn is simply responding in kind with a blockade of its own.

The blind are leading the blind ... right into a class action lawsuit against Playboy.com for operating a website that can't be enjoyed by the visually impaired.

Donald Nixon just filed the suit, claiming Playboy.com is violating the Americans with Disabilities Act, because its websites -- Playboy.com and Playboyshop.com -- are not compatible with his screen-reading software.

In docs, obtained by TMZ, Nixon says he's legally blind and visually impaired people like him, "cannot fully and equally use or enjoy the facilities, products, and services." He doesn't spell it out, but we're sure Donald's just there for the articles.

He's suing to force the media outlet to make its websites accessible for the blind ... as well as unspecified damages. We've reached out to Playboy.com ... so far, no word back.

Michael Blackson thinks Kim Kardashian should quit blaming ecstasy and spend way more time sucking up to Ray J for his sizable role in launching her celebrity.

We got the comedian at LAX Tuesday and asked him about Kim claiming she was high on ecstasy when she and Ray shot their infamous sex tape, and in a word ... he's disappointed.

Michael thinks it's wrong for her to make it seem like the drug is the only reason she banged Ray J on cam, because that doesn't give enough credit to Ray's family jewels.

As we first reported ... sources close to Ray J insist Kim never touched ecstasy during the taping of their sex tape. Michael thinks it's a bit fishy for Kim just now mentioning the drug ... so many years after doing the deed.

Kim claimed she took ecstasy twice -- once when she married her first husband back in 2000 and again when she filmed the tape in 2003 -- and she says both experiences were bad for her.

Our Ray J sources say Kim took no hard drugs nor did she drink alcohol during the filming of the sex tape. They do say, however, she smoked pot around the time the tape was made ... and it was from a pipe shaped like a penis.

As for Kim saying her lip quivering was evidence she was on ecstasy, the Ray J sources fire back ... "her lip was quivering because she was getting ******."

Sources close to Kim tell us she stands by the claim she made on the show -- she did in fact take the drug before the tape was shot -- and she has nothing to gain from lying about it at this point in her life. We're told Kim is thankful to have learned early on from the experiences with drugs and attributes those lessons to her decision to not get heavily involved in drugs or alcohol through adulthood.

Our Ray J sources add he's offended that Kim would suggest she did the sex tape because she was in a significantly altered state. They say she was down with it from the beginning and all the way through.

Stormy Daniels isn't letting her attorney's legal trouble derail her mission -- she jetted off to merry ole England Thursday to make 'em even merrier by talking porn in a super-tight red dress.

Stormy Daniels is taking an "L" in court in her legal war with President Trump -- a judge just dismissed her defamation suit against him.

Stormy had sued the Prez for saying she lied about the mysterious man she claims threatened her in 2011 to stop talking about Trump. She had even released a sketch of the man ... which Trump immediately shot holes in on social media.

He tweeted, "A sketch years later about a nonexistent man. A total con job, playing the Fake News Media for Fools (but they know it)!"

Monday, a federal judge tossed the suit, describing the tweet as "rhetorical hyperbole" against a political adversary. The court said it would be an unreasonable standard if politicians could sue every time an opponent fired verbal jabs.

It's interesting because ... the judge is characterizing Stormy as a politician. In the rule, he wrote ... Stormy had tried to "publicly present herself as a political adversary to [Trump]."

Stormy's lawsuit seeking to nullify the so-called "hush agreement" with Trump is still active.

Stormy Daniels is living in fear of Donald Trump supporters ... so much so, the ex-porn star is banning everyone from taking selfies with her at her book signing.

Stormy is signing copies of her book, "Full Disclosure," Thursday night at the Barnes & Noble at The Grove, and a selfie ban is in full effect.

Stormy's lawyer, Michael Avenatti, tells TMZ ... she will have her normal security detail, and the selfie ban was put in place because of safety concerns.

If you're dying for a pic with President Trump's nemesis, Barnes & Noble staffers will snap a photo with your phone ... but there will be a table between you and Stormy.

We're guessing Stormy was spooked by the FBI probe into possible police corruption in connection with her arrest at an Ohio strip club. We're told some of the officers were pro-Trump and it appeared to be a personal vendetta.

Remember, Stormy's book details her alleged sexual encounter with Trump ... and she also claims Ben Roethlisberger tried to kiss her the day after she banged DT.

Jacquees fans flocking to Pornhub to hear his viral remix of Ella Mai's song, "Trip," can go ahead and log off ... the show's over because the adult website won't touch the track for fear of a lawsuit.

If ya missed it ... Ella's label slapped Jacquees with a cease and desist over his unauthorized remix -- but one savvy music fan, with the handle Jman890, went ahead and uploaded the song to Pornhub.

Jacquees had only uploaded it to YouTube and Soundcloud, but those sites took it down after the cease and desist. Fact is, the remix was getting way more streams than Ella's OG track.

Anyway, Pornhub was one of the last places the song was still streaming. Was. Pornhub finally took matters into its own hands ... and scrubbed the track.

The FBI is now involved in investigating possible police corruption in connection with Stormy Daniel's arrest at a Columbus, Ohio strip club.

As we reported, Stormy was arrested in July while she was performing at Sirens strip club after several patrons made physical contact with her. It appeared the vice cops were lying in wait for Stormy.

Fact is ... there was no basis to arrest Stormy because the law under which she was arrested did NOT apply to her since she was not a regular performer at the club. The police chief apologized and launched an internal affairs investigation.

What we're told ... some of the officers were pro-Trump and it looked like a personal vendetta.

Well, now the FBI's Public Corruption Task Force has been called in at the request of the police chief.

The task force includes the Ohio Bureau of Criminal Investigation.
