Pepe Garcia’s keepin’ it real ... fresh off "Love Island" fame, he tells us dating hasn’t exactly been a breeze ... in fact, he admits he’s actually struggling to find love out here!

We bumped into the reality hunk outside L.A.’s celeb-fave spot Via Alloro on Thursday ... and he admitted it’s been a rollercoaster since the villa days -- but at the end of it all, he’s just focused on finding the one.

1 PM PT -- The former professional dog-sitter who lost her job at Rover.com has now been kicked off her jiu-jitsu club.

Miami's Fight Sports Club tells TMZ they just learned of the incident, and said both the pet-sitter and her boyfriend have been banned from the team.

The academy said ... "We are very sad and deeply sorry for this situation. ... We want to make it clear that we have no involvement or responsibility for anyone’s personal life or business outside the academy. Fight Sports stands for truth, values, and integrity, and we will always take action when something goes against those principles."

The HGTV couple who say their dog was killed while supposedly in the care of a professional pet-sitter is demanding accountability ... and, they're thinking about ways they can redefine the legal status of dogs in Florida.

We spoke with Eilyn and Ray Jimenez -- best known for starring in the hit reality show "Divided by Design" -- on "TMZ Live" Friday ... and, they ran through the events surrounding their dog's death, which they previously laid out on social media.

ICYMI ... Eilyn and Ray were told their dog Aria -- a 12-year-old Shih Tzu -- died of a heart attack while in the care of a pet-sitter while they were out of town for 2 days. However, they said they learned from the cremation center where their dog was taken before they got home that their pup was actually killed by another dog.

Kim Kardashian must have some sort of ESP ... 'cause the actress and model is sure she passed the bar exam ... and will be a lawyer within weeks.

Kim just visited the BBC’s "The Graham Norton Show" to promote her new series "All's Fair" ... and while there, she made it clear she's 100% confident she'll be a "qualified lawyer" in two weeks -- which is when the results of her test are released.

This is a big deal to Kim ... not only was her famed father Robert a well-known attorney -- Kim told Norton she sees law as the next phase of her career, and says she ultimately wants to be a trial lawyer.

HGTV stars Eilyn and Ray Jimenez are devastated ... their beloved pup Aria died in what was supposed to be the care of a professional pet-sitter ... who they claim made up a story to cover up the fact their pooch was brutally killed by another canine while they were out of town.

In an IG post this week, the "Divided by Design" couple shared sweet shots of their 12-year-old Shih Tzu ... with a chilling message splashed across the pics -- "If you think your pet is safe with your pet sitter, think again."

In the caption, they said when they got back to their Miami home on August 29 after two days away, their Rover.com pet-sitter was in tears ... claiming Aria had passed away peacefully in her sleep.

10/24/2025 5:45 AM PT -- A family source tells us Kim does NOT blame Kanye for the aneurysm. The creative editing for the Season 7 trailer only made it seem that way… and we gotta admit, we fell for it hook, line and sinker.

Kim Kardashian had a scary medical discovery during the Season 7 premiere of "The Kardashians" -- she suffered an aneurysm ... and she's blaming Kanye West.

Check the clip -- she's at the doc getting a routine MRI when the "little aneurysm" is discovered, and she's told aneurysms can be caused by stress.

BTW, an aneurysm is a "bulge or ballooning in a blood vessel in the brain," according to the Mayo Clinic. A ruptured aneurysm causes internal bleeding ... which can be life-threatening if untreated.

Kendall Jenner just dished on her sex life -- a rare move for her -- and let’s just say the spicy details left momager Kris Jenner totally gobsmacked!

Kelli Ferrell was a new addition to "The Real Housewives Of Atlanta" last season, but she's already making waves ... her ex is suing Bravo for claims made about him on the show.

In court documents, obtained by TMZ, Chuvalo Mark Ferrell claims Kelli spread lies on the show in a fabricated storyline on the show that he abused Kelli and didn't pay back money.

He says he and Kelli jointly applied for a $420K loan back in 2022 to build out a restaurant called Nana's Chicken-n-Waffles. He says Kelli spent a bunch of the loan money on her birthday and other unauthorized expenses and then fabricated a story that Chuvalo stole the money from her. He says he repaid the loan, but she's still pressing forward with the false claim he stole the $420K.

TMZ has learned ... Kim closed on the SoCal home for $7,000,000 and will be expanding her already spacious property in a beautiful neighborhood near Los Angeles.
