Justin and Hailey Bieber are land barons in L.A., with multiple, multi-million dollar mansions in the same city ... and the latest is a major upgrade.

The singer and his model wife just dropped a whopping $25.8 million on a massive home in the rich and star-studded Beverly Park, an insanely exclusive Beverly Hills gated community ... where they'll live right across the street from Magic Johnson.

The 11,000-sq. ft. mansion comes with 7 bedrooms and TEN bathrooms, sitting on a 2.5-acre estate up high in the Bev Hills mountains.

Among the highlights -- besides the obvious -- checkerboard stone floor in the foyer, a chef's kitchen, a library that opens up to a garden, a master suite with its own patio, a home gym, a movie theater, an outdoor fireplace, and infinity-edged swimming pool, a koi pond ... and a full-size tennis court.

Along with Magic ... some of their other new neighbors include Sofia Vergara, Sylvester Stallone, Eddie Murphy, Rod Stewart and Denzel Washington.

The Biebers still own a 6,132-square-foot, 5-bed, 7-bath Beverly Hills property they bought in 2018 for $8.5 million. However, like we first told you, they were quickly looking for a new place in L.A. to plant roots ... and Justin casually posted about selling it in October.

Scott Disick appears to have accidentally confirmed Khloe Kardashian and Tristan Thompson are back together. OOPS!!!

Lord Disick spilled the beans Friday when he commented on Khloe's bikini pic on Instagram and wrote, "@realtristan13 is a lucky man!" But, Scott must have quickly realized he spilled the beans ... because he was quick to delete it.

As we reported ... Khloe and Tristan have hung out a lot in recent months and they've been quarantining together off and on since the lockdown. She and the rest of the fam also headed to his pad in L.A. to celebrate on the Fourth of July weekend.

Tristan's been hanging out with Khloe and her fam for a bit now ... all but indicating they had given their relationship another go-around.

Tristan, for his part, has more than professed his love for Khloe as of late. They do share a daughter, True, and for a while now it sure has seemed like they've been doing more than just co-parenting.

This is what it's like when reality dating show worlds collide -- a lot of scandal over nothing ... according to sources close to "Love is Blind" couple Damian Powers and Giannina Gibelli.

Fans of the show, along with fans of "Too Hot to Handle" star Francesca Farago, were a bit stunned when a scantily clad Francesca left a trendy L.A. restaurant Tuesday night while holding onto Damian's arm ... lots of folks thought he and Giannina were dunzo.

Turns out ... it's all still status quo. We're told Damian and Giannina are still together and still in love ... he and Francesca are just friends, and Giannina's cool with that.

Our sources say Damian and Francesca share the same lawyer and management team, and their Tuesday outing was actually with the lawyer ... along with a couple of Francesca's friends.

Fact is, it's pretty common for these reality TV stars to run in the same circles and mingle ... which is what went down Tuesday night.

As "Love is Blind" followers know, Damian and Giannina were fan favorites but didn't end up getting hitched after D got cold feet. However, they reconciled right after the show and have been solid ever since.

Katy Perry's officially a mama for the first time ... she and Orlando Bloom welcomed a baby girl, Daisy Dove Bloom!!!

The couple shared the news through UNICEF, an organization they're both Goodwill ambassadors for. "We are floating with love and wonder from the safe and healthy arrival of our daughter."

"But we know we’re the lucky ones and not everyone can have a birthing experience as peaceful as ours was. Communities around the world are still experiencing a shortage of healthcare workers and every eleven seconds a pregnant woman or newborn dies, mostly from preventable causes. Since COVID-19, many more newborn lives are at risk because of a greater lack of access to water, soap, vaccines and medicines that prevent diseases."

You may recall ... Katy revealed they were expecting a girl back in April, when she posted an Instagram photo with Orlando's face smeared with what appeared to be pink frosting. She captioned it, "It's a girl" with the geotag, "Girls Run This World." 💪🏽

As for being pregnant ... the singer made the big reveal a few weeks earlier when she dropped the "Never Worn White" music video. She was seen in the vid cradling her baby bump.

Just days before that, Katy was out shopping and it looked like she was trying to keep the news under wraps ... literally.

After the announcement ... Katy seemed pretty ecstatic to have finally let the cat out of the bag, taking to Twitter to say, "omg so glad I don't have to suck it in anymore" with an eye-roll emoji.

She looked pretty comfy earlier this month in an Adidas hoodie and maternity pants too.

As for Daisy's name, Perry recently released a single called "Daisies" ... unclear if baby inspired the song name or maybe it was the other way around.

This is Katy's first child. Orlando's got a son, Flynn, with Miranda Kerr. Katy and Orlando got engaged on Valentine's Day last year but are not yet Mr. and Mrs. One thing they definitely are now though ... is Mommy and Daddy.

Brad Pitt is flying private on a trip to the south of France ... and he's got quite the new companion on what is shaping up to be a super romantic getaway.

The "Once Upon a Time in Hollywood" star made a low key arrival at France's Le Bourget airport Wednesday, accompanied by stunning German model Nicole Poturalski.

Brad and his rumored new flame wore face coverings and dressed casually as they boarded a private plane to the South of France.

Some folks think Nicole bears a striking resemblance to Brad's estranged wife, Angelina Jolie.

As we reported ... the Oscar winner wasn't focused on the dating scene back in March, shooting down rumors he was seeing Alia Shawkat or getting back together with Jennifer Aniston after a warm embrace at the SAG Awards. Not the case.

Nikki Bella and Artem Chigvintsev did not get hitched ... despite what you may have heard on a morning talk show.

Here's the deal ... "Good Morning America" referred to Nikki as Artem's "wife" in a promo clip announcing his return to "Dancing with the Stars." Fans quickly caught on, with lots of folks under the false impression they got married on the low.

Sources close to the couple tell TMZ ... Nikki and Artem are NOT legally married and it was just a funny accident on 'GMA.'

Our sources say Nikki and Artem both still want to get married, but they don't have a date for the wedding due to coronavirus restrictions. They're far from alone there.

We're told the engaged couple does not want a socially-distanced wedding, so Nikki and Artem are just gonna ride things out until the pandemic passes and then start planning their special day for friends and family.

With wedding plans in a holding pattern, our sources say Nikki and Artem are focusing on his return to 'DWTS' and their newborn baby.

We broke the story ... Nikki listed her home in Arizona after only 3 months living next to her sister, Brie ... and now we're told she's relocating back to Los Angeles, where Artem is shooting 'DWTS.'

"Selling Sunset" stars Mary Fitzgerald and Romain Bonnet pulled a fast one on their fans when it comes to love ... 'cause TMZ's learned they actually got hitched LONG before they started filming their Netflix show.

TMZ's got a copy of their license and certificate of marriage ... and it shows Mary and Romain got married March 9, 2018 at the Ventura Courthouse. Check out the doc ... a deputy commissioner of civil marriages officiated the ceremony and a woman named Nicole Young was a witness.

It's super interesting for several reasons. For starters, the 40-year-old high-end realtor -- married twice before -- tied the knot for a third time 4 months after her divorce from her second husband was finalized.

Secondly, the Netflix show started filming around July, 2018 ... meaning Mary and Romain had been legally married for at least 4 months before filming started. But, hardcore fans are very aware in season 1, Romain proposed to Mary while they relaxed and laid in bed.

And, one more thing ... season 2 was centered around Mary planning her wedding, shopping for a wedding dress and scouting venues. Her venue fell through, and then one of her clients offered his elegant L.A. house. And, that's where the TV wedding went down ... on October 12, 2019.

Now, it's possible Mary and Romain fell in love fast and raced to the courthouse. But, they certainly made it seem on the show they were taking things slow. She introduced him as her boyfriend and during a 1-year anniversary dinner, they talked about kids in their future. Romain didn't seem totally interested ... prompting Mary to respond with, "We should probably talk about this if we are thinking about a future together."

Then there's this ... when Romain met Mary's co-workers at Mary and Chrishell Stause's combined bday party, the girls grilled him about how long the 27-year-old's been dating Mary. He said a little over a year. The show's villain, Christine Quinn, then asked Romain if marriage is in their future. Romain played it off as ... we'll see.

More legal trouble for the woman accused of stabbing NFL star Terrelle Pryor ...

TMZ Sports has learned Shalaya Briston -- who officials say nearly killed Pryor in a Nov. incident -- was arrested months later in March for allegedly attacking her mom.

According to court docs ... officers responded to a call about a domestic disturbance at a residence in the Munhall, Penn. area at around 1 AM on March 15.

When cops arrived, they say in the docs Briston told them she had been in an argument with her mother.

Cops say when they were able to locate Briston's mom ... she told them Briston had attacked her, hitting her several times in the face.

In the docs, officers say they noticed a small laceration and swelling around the woman's lower lip. They also say the woman complained that her right eye "felt swollen."

Cops eventually arrested Briston ... and prosecutors ended up hitting her with a misdemeanor charge of simple assault.

But, a court official tells us the case was dropped on Aug. 19 ... after the alleged victim did not appear at the scheduled hearing.

Briston, though, still ain't out of the woods yet ... as we previously reported, she's still facing a felony assault charge in the Pryor stabbing case.

Kendall Jenner and Devin Booker were out again Friday night, making it hard to believe it's just a friendship thing.

They looked super stylish leaving the super exclusive Giorgio Baldi restaurant in Santa Monica.

They've been out on the town since Devin left the Orlando bubble a week ago. His first stop -- Nobu in Malibu with ... Kendall Jenner.

They were also seen on the beach in the 'Bu this week, and it looked pretty cozy.

With road trips, dinners, beach excursions, even ordinary things like taking Devin's dog to the vet ... not that tough to connect the dots.

Sofia Richie is saying SUP after her split from Scott Disick ... going stand up paddleboarding, and looking hot enough to make her ex-BF think twice!!

Tayshia Adams is back shooting a new, very unique, season of "The Bachelorette" and it's a good bet her suitors will be very pleased with her wardrobe.

The fan-favorite wore the hell out of a bikini Thursday in Palm Springs on her first day back as the new 'Bachelorette.' Tayshia looked pretty relaxed ... as most people tend to be in the desert resort city.

It's unclear how many dudes showed up for this first day of taping ... but it's safe to say one guy wasn't there -- John Paul Jones. 'Bach' fans will recall these two love birds had a huge spark while filming 'Bachelor in Paradise' and things looked promising when the cameras disappeared.

But, alas, that spark fizzled even though millions of fans were definitely rooting for them. JPJ's already said he'll be watching Tayshia's season ... so that'll be interesting.

As we reported, Tayshia replaced Clare Crawley mid-season. Clare cut things short after finding her perfect man early in her season which forced producers to switch things up.

Then again, Bach Nation thought Tayshia found her perfect man in JPJ ... so who knows.

The newest season of "Temptation Island" will test more than the strength of the couples' relationships ... it's going to test them for coronavirus, and frequently.

The risque reality show is making its way to Hawaii this weekend, as the cast and crew's preparing to film for the next 2 months at the Andaz Maui at Wailea Resort in the midst of the pandemic. Maui's Mayor, Michael Victorino, made the announcement, but he's far from thrilled.

The mayor says he's not keen on about 100 people setting up shop on his island for a TV production, but it was approved by the State Filming Commission, and he's hopeful all the necessary COVID-19 protocols set by Gov. David Ige will be followed.

Victorino says the cast and crew will operate in a bubble-like atmosphere at the Andaz resort and be constantly monitored by medical professionals, but he's still not happy, and adds ... "If anything does go wrong, we will shut it down as quickly as possible."

The mayor says the only reason he's not pushing harder to put the kibosh on the show is because it's providing employment to the hotel workers who've been out of a job for 4 or 5 months.

This will be the 6th season of "Temptation Island" if it makes it through filming ... the third of the revamped version on USA Network.

Gucci Mane's giving a first look at his first child with Keyshia Ka'oir ... from inside her belly.

The rapper shared a couple sonograms from his wife's recent ultrasound exam, captioning the pics ... "My baby otw."

Gucci's clearly still beaming with fatherly pride after announcing last week that he and Keyshia are expecting their first kid together. He posted a photo of her in lingerie flaunting her baby bump and said ... "My wife pregnant my life is great."

The rapper has a 12-year-old son with his ex and Keyshia has 3 children from a previous relationship, so their big blended family's about to get bigger.

As you may recall ... the couple wed in 2017 in a star-studded, million-dollar affair all on BET's dime. It was all part of a 10-episode reality series about their nuptials called 'The Mane Event.'

Britney Spears' ex-husband -- not Kevin Federline, the other one -- is back in her life and seems to be shooting his shot for another chance ... he's joining the #FreeBritney movement.

Jason Allen Alexander -- who you may recall was married to Britney for a whopping 55 hours after their wild, 2004 Vegas wedding -- was outside the L.A. courthouse Wednesday where a hearing took place over her conservatorship ... which has been in force since 2008 after her breakdown.

Jason reps himself as a bit of an expert on these conservatorship court proceedings -- though it's unclear why -- and tells us he believes it's long overdue for her to be rid of it ... much like thousands of other Britney fans.

More interesting though, is Jason says he's back in touch with his longtime friend and brief spouse after not hearing from her for a decade ... and suggests he's been heavily involved in major recent developments in her life.

Jason even admits he's there with the hope of rekindling things with Britney -- claiming their marriage was never given a fair chance ... and he's down for a do-over.

As we reported ... Britney's looking to make some big changes to her conservatorship -- mainly, she wants her father, Jamie, to no longer be in charge of it.

And, Boyfriend of the Year honors go to ... Las Vegas Raiders rookie Henry Ruggs!!!

Scott Disick and Sofia Richie are not just taking a break, on-again-off-again, or having some relationship issues -- they're donezo ... this time for good.

Sources close to the former couple tell TMZ ... while they have been trying to work things out for the past few months, they've officially broken up following their initial split back in the early days of the coronavirus shutdowns.

As you'll recall ... Scott entered rehab not long after they went bike-riding together on the beach in April, and then there were other signs they were on the outs.

Mainly, Sofia was hanging out with another guy in mid-May -- just days after Scott's brief rehab stint -- and rumors began to circulate she was dating other people.

However, our sources say she was the one really pushing to get back together with Scott ... it just didn't happen. We're told Scott recently called it off definitively, and they're no longer on speaking terms.

As for what led to the breakup ... our sources say the 15-year age difference became a growing source of friction, as well as Scott's family commitments. We're told he's also seeking a quieter lifestyle to focus on his business ventures ... and it didn't mesh well with Sofia's life.

Our sources say Scott was very clear in his decision that this is it -- he doesn't see them getting back together. We'll see.
