Michael Jackson Fans Flock to Burial Site For Death Anniversary

Michael Jackson's devoted fans made their annual pilgrimage to Forest Lawn Cemetery Wednesday to pay their respects on the 5th anniversary of his death.

Many of the fans wore iconic MJ threads as they placed flowers and pics near his final resting place.

The scene was decidedly more respectful than the sight of Conrad Murray thumbing his nose
at the Jackson family.

RIP.

Michael Jackson Conrad Has a Cow On 5-Year Death Anniversary

Dr. Conrad Murray mocked the 5-year anniversary of Michael Jackson's death by popping into a convenience store for a bottle of milk.

In case you don't remember, Michael's code word for Propofol -- the drug that killed him -- was milk.

Murray has commemorated June 25th in various ways ... having his pic snapped in a tearful pose at MJ's mausoleum, dancing at a wedding and various other hijinks.

This is Murray's first MJ anniversary since being sprung from L.A. County Jail.

R.I.P.

Michael Jackson Fan Sues Estate ... I Don't Hear Enough MJ on This MJ Disc

One irate Michael Jackson fan is suing his Estate because she thinks MJ was not the lead singer on 3 of his songs on the 2010 CD, "Michael" ... the first release after his death.

The woman filed the suit today in L.A. claiming she bought the disc in 2011, but didn't hear enough Michael on 3 particular tracks.

In the suit she claims she hired an audio expert to analyze her CD and he determined it was very likely that MJ did not sing lead vocals on "Breaking News" ... "Monster" ... and "Keep Your Head Up."

The woman wants this to be a class action -- meaning if the allegation is true the Estate would owe money to everyone who bought the full album, or any of the 3 tracks in question.

The Estate's lawyer, Howard Weitzman, has previously said Michael did provide lead vocals for all the tracks on the album.

Michael Jackson Teenage Impersonator Strikes Again

The teenage Michael Jackson impersonator who set the Internet on fire with his "Billie Jean" dance routine is back again ... and this time he's been hit by ... he's been struck by ... a "Smooth Criminal."

Brett Nichols ... who's just 17 ... stole the show at his high school's talent show last month, and even caught the eye of the Jackson family, who flew him out to Las Vegas to catch a performance of Michael Jackson ONE.

Now Nichols tells TMZ he's working on a new video, "Smooth Criminal," and has plans to do "Thriller" at some point. In the video, you see Nichols rehearsing for his "SC" vid ... but he doesn't do the infamous "lean" like MJ did. He's going to need those special shoes.

Nichols' rep (yes, he has a rep) tells TMZ ... Nichols is hoping to parlay this fame into an acting career and he's already gotten a few casting opportunities.

Hopefully he won't get typecast.

Jermaine Jackson Posthumous MJ Music Is Just Wrong ... WITHOUT ME

Jermaine Jackson does not like the idea of new Michael Jackson music being released, but says it would have been cool if the Jackson 5 had worked on it.

JJ went from guarded to bitter when we asked him about the new MJ music Saturday afternoon in Calabasas. He says he's only heard one of the songs so far ... and thought it was good.

But overall, he's against the idea of MJ's music being released without MJ around ... noting the estate passed over the Jackson 5 to work with producers like Timbaland.

Loyal til the end.

Conrad Murray I'm Back in the Medical Biz!

Conrad Murray now has a chance to improve his success record in treating patients ... because he's back in business.

TMZ has learned the patients this time around will be children with heart problems. Murray has taken a gig with the Trinidad Ministry of Health, where he'll be consulting with local heart surgeons.

Murray won't get rich off the new job -- he's volunteering his services, but it's definitely a foot in the door. His medical license has been revoked in Texas and suspended in California and Nevada.

The government wants Murray to use his U.S. contacts to help hook up the sick kids.

Truth be told ... Murray was a successful cardiologist in the U.S. ... beloved by many of his patients. Only one blemish on his record ... you know ...

Conrad Murray Hey, My Son Likes Boobies Too

Conrad Murray came back to Trinidad, celebrating Carnival -- and he gave his son an official introduction into the world of BOOBIES!

Murray returned to the place where he became the man he is .... glowing in the sunlight of freedom ... and also glowing from the reflection on his head.

The man who did hard time for Michael Jackson's death brought his family along for the topless extravaganza .... and his son is clearly fully indoctrinated.

That V isn't just for victory.

Justin Timberlake Michael Jackson Tribute at L.A. Concert

JT channeled a little MJ during his show in L.A. last night -- busting out one of Michael's greatest hits ... and the crowd went wild.

Timberlake kicked off the Western leg of "The 20/20 Experience" tour at Staples Center on Tuesday ... and played a bunch of his own hits -- including "My Love," "Holy Grail" and "Sexy Back."

Then he turned to Michael Jackson ... and covered "Human Nature." Check out the clip.

Justin's show was packed with huge celebs -- including Matt Damon, Amy Adams ... and JT's old boyband mate Lance Bass (who had a special "friends and family" VIP pass).

As for JC, Joey or the other one ... so far, it's unclear if they were there too.

Celine Dion Bigger Than Michael So Claims AEG

It's Billie Jean vs. Titanic, and AEG claims the ship wins hands down. Translation -- AEG is trying to convince the Michael Jackson jury that Celine Dion is bigger than MJ.

AEG exec John Meglin is on the stand in the wrongful death case, scoffing at the Jackson family's claim that Michael would have earned $1.5 billion had he lived.

Meglin told the jury it's his opinion Celine is a bigger star and therefore more bankable than MJ ever would have been. Yet according to reports, Celine is worth a measly $400 mil.

Fun facts: Jackson ranks #3 in most albums sold worldwide -- more than a billion (behind the Beatles and Elvis) . Celine ranks #9 at 200 million albums.

As for Grammys, MJ also has her beat with 13 Grammys to her 5.

So we gotta ask ...

Michael Jackson & Children Emotional Home Videos Tug Heart Strings in Court

Michael Jackson was a loving father who cared deeply for his 3 children ... and they suffered an immeasurable loss when he passed away -- at least that's what Jackson family lawyers tried to show in court with MJ's own candid home videos.

The videos -- both shot by Michael -- were played for the jury in the Jackson family's wrongful death lawsuit against AEG.

The first was shot on Christmas Day in 2006 ... when Prince was 9, Paris was 8, and Blanket was 4.

It's pretty touching -- Michael asks each of his children what they want to be when they grow up, and he really does sound like a caring father.

The other clip was shot years earlier -- when Prince and Paris were both toddlers. It's clear from the footage they both adore their dad, calling themselves "daddy's baby."

Michael Jackson's Nephew He Handed Out $100 Bills to Strangers

Michael Jackson was foolishly generous when he was alive ... handing out $100 bills to complete strangers whenever he felt like it -- this according to his nephew.

TJ Jackson -- the co-guardian of Michael's three kids -- testified today as part of the wrongful death lawsuit against AEG, claiming MJ was "extremely generous" ... citing generosity towards his employees, as well as random handouts of $100 bills to strangers.

It's pretty crazy ... considering MJ died a financial wreck, buried in nearly insurmountable debt.

During his testimony, TJ also said MJ's daughter Paris was hit the hardest by the singer's death, saying, "The loss of my uncle has hit her at a different level ... She was daddy's little girl. My uncle was her world."

TJ said he also supports Halle Berry's efforts to block paparazzi from chasing celebrity kids -- claiming the Jackson children are often faced with rogue photogs. He said, "I think it's awful what they get away with."

Michael Jackson Plain Old Dad

Michael Jackson -- who was so elusive and freakish during his adult life -- was privately a doting dad who was adored by his kids -- at least based on the family pictures that were shown to the jury.

Prince Jackson testified Wednesday about MJ and how loving he was when no one but the kids were around. The photos that went along with Prince's testimony seem to prove the point.

Check out the pics. It may change your opinion about Michael.

Prince Jackson Conrad Murray Told Us 'Sorry Kids. Dad's Dead.'

Prince Jackson just testified ... Dr. Conrad Murray informed them of Michael Jackson's passing by glibly announcing, "Sorry kids. Dad's dead."

Prince has taken the stand in the Jackson family's wrongful death lawsuit against AEG, saying all he and his siblings could do was cry after hearing the news.

Prince said he recalled being in the sitting room of the Holmby Hills mansion when his father went into cardiac arrest on June 25th, 2009. Prince said he heard screams and Murray summoned him upstairs, where Prince saw his father "half hanging out of the bed" while Murray administered CPR.

He said Paris was hit the hardest by her dad's death, screaming that she "wanted her daddy" while Murray was trying to resuscitate him.

Prince said, "She was my dad's princess. She definitely is dealing with [his death] in her own way."

As we reported, Paris has sunken into a deep and dangerous depression recently, stemming from her father and his death.

Prince Jackson AEG Was Killing Dad

Prince Jackson -- Michael Jackson's eldest son -- told jurors today in the wrongful death case, Michael Jackson had such problems with AEG he would cry and say, "They're gonna kill me ... they're gonna kill me."

Prince testified his dad was amped over the "This Is It" tour but felt he needed more time to rehearse. Apparently, AEG and MJ got into it during phone conversations and the calls made Michael break down in tears.

Prince also testified AEG honcho Randy Phillips came over to the house several times and he saw Phillips aggressively grab Dr. Conrad Murray by the elbow, as if to school him.

Prince got personal and talked about how involved Michael was in his kids' lives -- something that's highly relevant in a wrongful death case in assessing damages. He told the jury about how MJ loved home videos -- one showing Prince on a little car as Paris talked into a mic while "Daddy's Home" (a Jackson 5 song) played in the background.

Prince also said the day MJ went into full cardiac arrest at his home, Paris was screaming that she wanted her daddy. Prince says Dr. Murray announced at the house that MJ was dead from a heart attack.

The point of the testimony -- lawyers for the Jackson family are trying to prove AEG pushed Michael mercilessly and that, combined with Murray's bad medicine, cost MJ his life.

Jackson Brothers Grief-Stricken on Death Anniversary 'We Miss Him Every Day'

Michael Jackson's death anniversary is a particularly hard day for members of his family, especially his brothers, who tell TMZ ... he is still loved and missed everyday.

Jackie, Marlon, Tito and Jermaine tell TMZ ... "Four years ago today we lost one of the greatest musicians, entertainers, and icons the world has ever known. But to us, Michael was first and foremost our brother. We carry his spirit with us always, and we love and miss him every day."

Michael's youngest brother Randy Jackson tweeted, "Thinking about my brother on this day. Thank U everyone 4 your love and support and 4 the beautiful display of flowers at Forest Lawn."

As we reported earlier, fans have been leaving flowers at MJ's mausoleum by the thousands.

Michael died on June 25, 2009 from a fatal dose of Propofol. RIP.

Michael Jackson's Grave FLOWERS EVERYWHERE On Death Anniversary

Michael Jackson passed away 4 years ago today -- you probably forgot ... but MJ's biggest fans definitely did not, leaving massive piles of flowers outside the King of Pop's mausoleum today.

To give you an idea, one MJ fan group -- called "One Rose for Michael Jackson" -- donated more than 10,000 roses to the grave site.

A rep for Forest Lawn cemetery tells TMZ, fans will continue to be allowed to place flowers at MJ's grave throughout the day ... and the flowers will remain on site for the rest of the week.

TMZ broke the story ... Jackson died from a fatal dose of Propofol on June 25th, 2009. His doctor is currently in jail.
