Ashtyn Zerboni says she feels she was totally vilified on "Selling the O.C." ... claiming her fellow castmembers treated her poorly, and the show itself made her look like the villain.

We caught up with the reality star on Hollywood Boulevard earlier this week ... and, we asked her how she felt she was treated on the fourth season of the show, which came out last week. She replied by accusing others on the program of bullying her.

Zerboni points out she was pregnant on the show and going through a lot already ... and, she didn't get any grace from her costars like she might've hoped. Plus, she adds, reality television twists and distorts everything -- in this case, making her seem like the bad guy.

Chrishell Stause is closing the door on "Selling Sunset" after 9 seasons on the hit Netflix show.

The realtor and reality star broke the news during a new interview with Bustle, explaining the show has taken a toll on her mental health ... plus she doesn't need it financially at this point in her career.

She said she has "no ill will toward" the series, though also admitted she's not sure if she'll tune in for any future seasons.

Heather tells us that despite all the chaos, she’s still down for "Selling Sunset" to keep going -- ‘cause everyone deserves to wrap up their storylines before the final "sold!"

Mary Bonnet's had lots of success over the course of her career as a real estate agent ... and one of her proudest achievements is being able to give up drinking.

The "Selling Sunset" star spoke to Gurus Magazine and said her decision to lay off the sauce was part of a spiritual overhaul on an apparent healing journey.

Mary said while she didn't really have a "problem" with alcohol, she started seeing it as an impediment to her health and as a source of anxiety, even though it used to help her relax.

The revelation came when the topic turned to dating horror stories. She couldn't come up with any ... but what she did come up with was definitely horrifying.

She said, "There's so many uncles I've probably banged," completely freaking out Harry ... before she clarified, "Not a real uncle."

Mexican-American actress Vanessa Villela was 43 years old when she sold her luxurious Los Angeles homes and played mediator on Netflix's popular reality real-estate show, "Selling Sunset" back in 2021.

Vanessa joined the dramatic cast that also featured Chrishell Stause ... who was going through her divorce from Justin Hartley ... and Mary Bonet, who was in the midst of a friend break-up with fellow real estate agent Christine Quinn.

Vanessa -- who's also an actress -- (attempted) to mend the fence between Christine and the other women but was unsuccessful. However, she DID sell her Malibu property 😉!

Paps caught up with the reality star Saturday ... and they asked her about being excluded -- along with Chelsea Lazkani -- from an unofficial season 9 premiere party fellow castmate Bre Tiesi threw. Netflix didn't have an official release party for the season.

Stause says it's "all good" ... adding she couldn't go anyway because she was in New York City making an appearance on Andy Cohen's 'Watch What Happens Live.'

The women from "Selling Sunset" are bringing the drama from their reality show to their premiere party ... because Chrishell Stause and Chelsea Lazkani didn't get invitations -- and it was intentional.

Sources familiar with the situation tell TMZ ... Netflix did not have an official premiere party for "Selling Sunset" Season 9, but Bre Tiesi organized an event with her fellow cast members.

Chrishell and Chelsea got the short end of the stick here ... they were MIA from Wednesday night's party at Gravitas in Beverly Hills.
