Dave Chappelle returned to host "Saturday Night Live" this week, delivering a monologue tackling everything from Diddy’s legal troubles to his message to President-elect Donald Trump.
The comedian pulled no punches on the show this week first addressing the ongoing legal drama surrounding Sean "Diddy" Combs. Chappelle noted he's never seen anything quite like what Diddy is currently going through saying, "I’ve been in a lot of trouble in my day, but this guy Puffy -- buddy, this guy is in an enormous amount of trouble. I don’t think I’ve ever seen anything like this."
Chappelle’s poked fun at himself, recalling how friends of his have questioned his absence from Diddy’s infamous "freak-off" parties with Chapelle saying, "I thought about it for a minute and I said, oh my God -- I’m ugly. That was a tough way to find out. Can you imagine reading the newspaper and finding out everyone in Hollywood had an orgy behind your back? None of y’all called me?"

Check it out ... longtime 'Weekend Update' co-anchor Colin Jost weighed in on the shooting at the very top of the sketch show's segment ... as he roasted New York City officials for the ongoing manhunt and called out the country's thirsty reaction to the suspected shooter's looks.
As Jost put it ... there were two distinct reactions when images of the alleged assassin surfaced this week -- "Yeah, well healthcare stinks" and "Girl, that shooter hot."

Joe Exotic isn't offended one bit by Bowen Yang's impersonation of him on "Saturday Night Live" ... in fact, he's hoping to use the exposure to his advantage.
The "Tiger King" star tells TMZ ... he's given Bowen's impression his stamp of approval, praising the comedian for his accurate take. Not only does Joe think 'SNL' nailed his look -- applauding the mullet and the mustache -- he feels Bowen came very close to matching his voice.
He notes Bowen did a much better job at impersonating him than John Cameron Mitchell did in Peacock's "Joe vs Carole."

The rodent that was suspiciously seized and killed by NY authorities earlier this month was part of a UFC victory speech by one Jim Miller, who told Joe Rogan, "I've got one thing to say first: we need justice for Peanut. It's not just the squirrel, it's all the kids that went hungry that night, and all the other things that the money and resources could've been put to."
Miller wasn't done ... he invoked DOGE, the Dept. of Government Efficiency, which Trump wants Elon Musk and Vivek Ramaswamy to lead. Elon and Vivek were there as Miller said, "Hopefully that DOGE cleans things up at the State level."
