A recently-married man was just found guilty on 4 of 5 charges -- including sexually assaulting one of his wife's bridesmaids -- but says he'll appeal.

According to local reports, Daniel Carney allegedly forced himself on the bridesmaid after a pre-wedding celebration in Delaware. WFMZ says jurors were shown surveillance video Tuesday which helped to corroborate the bridesmaid's account of what happened.

The woman claims she passed out after drinking too much, and was woken by Carney biting and groping her. She says she lost consciousness again, but when she woke up he was on top of her.

Another outlet, WNEP, says it was the groom's new wife who found the two together in the shower.

There were also texts Carney allegedly sent to the woman after the incident where he begged her to take a Plan B, saying, "We never did do it but would you consider taking plan b to make damn certain just in case? There is almost no chance but still. Please tell me yes I'm begging you."

In all, Carney was found guilty on 4 charges -- including attempted sexual assault and simple assault -- they acquitted him on a charge of attempted rape.

Rihanna and A$AP Rocky are certainly a pair in love, but aren't on the course to get married, at least not anytime soon ... despite what fans may speculate from his new video.

Sources close to the couple tell TMZ the two aren't engaged, despite A$AP's newly-dropped "D.M.B." video, where they flashed their grills at each other -- his says "Marry Me?" while Rihanna's says "I Do."

Of course, fans went nuts, thinking Rocky asked for RiRi's hand in marriage ... or even that they've already gotten hitched.

The music video also contains plenty of wedding-themed imagery, which caused for more theories.

Our sources say the whole thing was just done for fun. As you know, the two are expecting their first kid together ... and the due date is rapidly approaching.

Joe Exotic is getting ready to serve looks while he's serving time ... because a fashion designer is creating a getup that is perfect for tying the knot behind bars!!!

Odain Watson of Odaingerous tells TMZ … Joe's attorneys reached out to him to talk design options for Joe and his fiancé John Graham. The all-white tuxedos will be crafted in Italy and run $11.5K a pop.

Each jacket has a custom silk tiger print lining -- Joe gets the pink version while fiancé John will be sporting a more traditional style.

Unclear if Joe will be able to get his measurements taken -- you know, prison and all --  so Odain will probably have to work off a model of a similar height and weight.

The two have worked together in the past ... the 'Tiger King' star signed a deal with Odaingerous in 2020, releasing streetwear, custom shoes and even a line of underwear. The top seller was the limited edition "Casket Baskin" boxer briefs ... which depict blood-red ice cream in a cone reminiscent of Baskin-Robbins.

The wedding can't go down for 4 to 6 weeks ... that's the length of time it takes to make the tuxes. Hopefully, there won't be supply chain issues.

As we reported, John met Joe while serving time at FMC Fort Worth in Texas ... the bond they have could only be described by Joe as similar to the one in "Twilight."

Joe Exotic is taking cues from Robert Pattinson and Kristen Stewart -- he's got a new fiancé behind bars ... and their love is as deep as Edward's was for Bella.

The 'Tiger King' star details his latest relationship in an eye-opening letter sent from his federal prison in Butner, NC, in which he announces he's a groom-to-be with a man named John Graham -- somebody he was in the pokey with last year and apparently fell head over heels for.

In the correspondence, obtained by TMZ from Joe's attorney Autumn Blackledge, JE says he met John after he was released from solitary, when they were housed in the same unit. It wasn't long before they started seeing each other, he explains, and eventually ... somebody popped the question in August.

As for what John's all about ... well, Joe says he's the polar opposite of his soon-to-be-ex-hubby Dillon Passage -- whom he calls "selfish, younger ... and wanting to be famous."

John, meanwhile, is an old soul -- about 400 years, it seems -- who actually practices witchcraft ... this according to Joe. He describes John as someone who isn't seeking the limelight and who loves Joe for him ... the type of love Joe's never experienced, he says.

Sounds like John's a free man now ... but even so, Joe says they talk constantly -- up to 3 times a day -- and exchange mail nonstop. He says their bond is like the one depicted in 'Twilight' ... adding he still has one of John's shirts so he can smell him in the interim.

As we reported ... Dillon's signaled he's ready to finalize his divorce with Joe, with some conditions -- which Joe here calls "extortion," while noting he too wants to be done with it so he can hurry up and marry John.

Of course, he says he's still trying to have his case heard on appeal ... and believes his latest team of attorneys is going to achieve that with "new evidence" Joe says has been obtained in his favor.

Ne-Yo and his wife, Crystal Renay, are as serious as they can be about giving their marriage another go -- TMZ's learned, they just walked down the aisle again, and they did it up big!!!

Witnesses tell TMZ ... Ne-Yo and the former reality star got re-hitched Sunday night on a rooftop at Resorts World in Vegas, exchanging vows and throwing a lavish reception for all their guests.

They had all the bells and whistles, too -- the room was filled with more than 10,000 roses, and we're told it took 3 days to set up. The enormous cake was about 8 feet tall with 4 different flavors!

The guest list included close family and friends like 'RHOA's Nene Leakes, Tammy Rivera from "Love & Hip Hop" and Melody Holt from "Love & Marriage: Huntsville."

And, the night wouldn't be complete without a performance from the singer ... of course, he sang some of his hits and danced along with his renewed bride.

The couple originally tied the knot back in February 2016. The "Sexy Love" singer filed for divorce in March 2020, but quickly withdrew it.

Since then they've been working things out, and Ne-Yo ended up popping the question, for the second time, on New Year's Eve 2020. He's credited the pandemic for saving their marriage.

All that back and forth looks to be a thing of the past for Crystal and her man.

Dustin Johnson and Paulina Gretzky had a self-proclaimed "American Bad Ass" at their wedding this weekend ... with none other than Kid Rock taking the stage to perform for the newlyweds.

DJ and the hockey legend's daughter tied the knot at a lavish event at Blackberry Farm resort in Tennessee on Saturday ... and Paulina shared a short video of the reception, which featured the controversial singer.

"You are the joy of my life @djohnsonpga," Gretzky said on Instagram. "Thank you @kidrock."

Now, KR has a history of being unapologetically himself on the mic -- dropping homophobic slurs and going after Oprah Winfrey in the past.

His performance over the weekend seemed to be free of controversy ... as Rock sang a cover of Chris Stapleton's "Joy of My Life."

The musical act might not be as random as you think -- Rock is tight with DJ and Wayne ... and they've hit the links together over the years.

Their kids might've been in search of plastic colored eggs this AM, but Ben Affleck and Jennifer Lopez are on a different hunt ... pounding the pavement for their new home.

The couple -- who are newly engaged (again) -- was checking out different properties all throughout Easter weekend ... including on Sunday itself, when they popped up in Bel Air on what appears to be a site that was very much so under construction.

We can't see any actual house here -- it might be getting built as we speak -- but Ben and Jen were out and about taking a look around before heading back to their SUV.

On Saturday, it was more of the same ... only that time, they were in Brentwood looking at a mansion -- and seemed to be taking in the views from up on an elevated portion of the home, where they didn't really seem all that impressed -- at least outwardly.

These are just the latest stops Bennifer's made in their real estate search -- which has been kickstarted again after their deal for the coveted Bel Air estate fell through last week.

Since then, they've perused the Holmby Hills area as well as Bev Hills proper ... peeping massive compounds -- one owned by the ex-wife of Mr. Chow and another designed by Mohammed Hadid -- but it seems they haven't been able to make up their minds yet.

This, of course, comes after they walked away from the would-be $55 million purchase -- which they apparently felt wasn't right for them after entering escrow.

While these fancy abodes are sitting around for the picking among the rich and famous in L.A. -- there's probably a lot that's going into their decision beyond the crib ... especially with their kids in the picture still. So, they wanna make sure they choose correctly here.

Then again, they are set to get married ... so maybe there's a little urgency on the table. Don't wanna drag this out too long -- the engagement or the house-hunt, that is.

"Riverdale" star KJ Apa is setting the record straight, saying he is NOT married to his girlfriend Clara Berry ... at least, not yet.

We caught up with Apa at Blue Bottle Los Angeles, Thursday ... and he cleared up rumors about tying the knot with Clara.

He said, "I don't think we need to put a label on love, but do I want to get married? Yes." ... and if that wasn't telling enough, our photog flat out asked him ... to which he replied no and pointed at his naked ring finger.

Of course, folks have every reason to believe that KJ and Clara may have secretly gotten married ... he hinted at it, himself. In an Instagram post, he referred to the French model as his "wife" ... back in October 2021.

As you may know .. the two confirmed their romance, back in 2020. And, a month before calling Clara his wife, they welcomed their baby boy, Sasha Vai Keneti Apa.

We should also add ... KJ has openly toyed with the idea that he might, in fact, be married to Clara many times but never officially made it clear ... at least, until now.

Jennifer Lopez and Ben Affleck are not about to get upstaged in Hollywood's publicity wars -- and, obviously, have no problem giving the paparazzi what they want ... a perfectly-timed public kissing session!!!

Ya gotta see the video, J Lo played it perfectly ... as Ben pulled into the driveway Thursday, she rushes up to the car, throws her arms around his shoulders and starts making out with him. Ben even seemed kinda shocked, but quickly got into it.

We're not saying the sparks aren't real for the recently engaged couple -- we're just saying they went over the top here ... intentionally, we're thinking. They're both pros in the PR game by now, and know what catches fire on the internet.'

It's back to the mega-mansion drawing board for Ben Affleck and Jennifer Lopez ... we've learned they'll no longer be moving into a $55 million estate in Bel-Air.

Sources close to the seller tell us ... the deal fell out of escrow. Unclear exactly what triggered the collapse, but a buyer is always able to pull out during an inspection period ... so Ben and Jen pretty clearly decided there was something they didn't like about the pad.

Nonetheless, the newly-engaged couple was back on the hunt for homes over the weekend -- checking out estates in Beverly Hills and Bel-Air -- valued at $64 million and $72 million.

Of course, it's now crunch time to find the perfect family home. J Lo revealed over the weekend she and Ben were engaged ... showing off a massive green diamond ring while exclaiming "you're perfect."

TMZ was the first to point out Ben may have popped the question when Jennifer was spotted out furniture shopping with her daughter Emme and wearing a giant rock. She tried to hide the diamond once she and Emme left the store ... but it was pretty easy to spot.

'NSYNC is BACK -- well, partially -- the boy band hit the stage after Alexa Bliss and Ryan Cabrera's wedding over the weekend ... and the WWE Superstar joined them on stage!!

Alexa and Ryan got hitched in Palm Springs on Saturday ... and we're told it was a star-studded crowd with some of the biggest names in wrestling and music.

The wedding looked awesome, but the reception turned into a freakin' rock concert ... with O-Town, Yellowcard, Bowling for Soup and We the Kings playing multiple songs for the crowd.

Of course, it's pretty rare to see 'NSYNC performing nowadays -- especially with Justin Timberlake and JC Chasez distancing themselves over the years.

The quintet reunited in 2013 to perform at the MTV VMAs ... and a JT-less 'NSYNC joined Ariana Grande at Coachella in 2019.

Alex Rodriguez was epically teased over his ex, Jennifer Lopez, getting engaged to Ben Affleck ... with Michael Kay hinting at it during the Yankees vs. Red Sox game -- and the moment is hilarious.

The ex-MLB slugger was chopping it up with his co-host during the "KayRod" broadcast of "Sunday Night Baseball" on ESPN 2 ... when Kay decided to poke some fun.

"It's a great time in sports," Kay said in the 9th inning. "You have a new Masters champion, NBA playoffs are about to start, baseball's in full swing, people getting engaged. I mean, it's a happy time in the world."

A-Rod's reaction is priceless -- he awkwardly plays along and says, "Happiness and world peace is what we're looking for."

The best part -- after 2 seconds of piercing silence, A-Rod returned his focus to the game ... saying, "The 2-1 pitch."

Remember, J-Rod started dating in 2017 ... and were engaged in 2019. They never made it to the alter, as they broke up in 2021.

As for Kay and Rodriguez, they didn't always have the greatest relationship ... but it seems like they're all good now.

Jennifer Lopez tried throwing folks off the engagement scent hours before announcing she's going to marry Ben Affleck ... because she lost the huge rock while out with her fiancé.

Bennifer were out and about Friday checking in on some commercial real estate in L.A. they may, perhaps, be in the market for -- which isn't all that crazy, especially since they just snapped up a massive estate together ... and are now going to be man and wife.

As you can see, the love birds were showing off PDA as they perused what's been described to us as an empty office studio housed in a warehouse of some sort. While they were outside, Jen had her arms wrapped around Ben's waist .. and THAT finger was exposed.

Clearly, there's no ring there ... unlike from just a few days earlier, when she was spotted doing furniture shopping with the emerald green diamond perched nicely on her digit.

Jen wasn't hiding the fact she'd ditched the hardware either ... even inside, you can see there was no ring in sight. So yeah, it would appear she wanted to keep it low-key before going public later that very same evening -- at which point, the cat was outta the bag.

Jen told the world through a video message on her website On the JLo -- where she posted a video of her apparently receiving the ring from Ben and tearing up. It's a beaut -- and she even threw her old ode to BA 'Dear Ben' as the overlaying track played in the background.

As the quick clip fades out, you can hear the opening lines of the song -- "You're Perfect" -- which itself is kinda perf ... in that it can refer to both Ben and the diamond as well.

So, now that everyone knows they're due to get hitched (again) -- the question is ... will Jen wear the ring out in public all day, every day??? Considering how head over heels they are for one another, our guess would be yes. And why the heck not ... it's real purrrty, after all.

Brooklyn Beckham and Nicola Peltz pulled out all the stops for an off-the-hook wedding, and lots of celebs were there to watch.

The son of David and Victoria Beckham strolled down the aisle at the family estate in Palm Beach Saturday night, and man, who wasn't there?

Here's a partial list ... Serena Williams, Eva Longoria, Gordon Ramsay, Spice Girls Mel B and Mel C. But wait, there's more ... Gigi Hadid, Nicole Richie, Elizabeth Hurley, Tom Brady and Gisele Bündchen.

The bash costs a reported $4 mil, and maybe more.

They tied the know under a chuppa festooned with flowers ... honoring Nicola's Jewish roots. BTW ... David's maternal gramps was also Jewish. After they said their vows, they smashed a glass enveloped in a napkin ... another Jewish tradition.

As for the best men ... Brooklyn chose brothers Romeo and Cruz. His sister, Harper was a bridesmaid.

The Beckham's erected a ginormous white tent on their lawn which has a spectacular ocean view.

The dinner was dished out by famed chef Thierry Isambert ... he was President Bill Clinton's cook so can't be too shabby.

And we haven't confirmed ... but it looks like Snoop Dogg may have DJ'd the reception. He told The Mirror, "Brooklyn’s wedding is going to be a big affair and my gift to him and his wife-to-be is I will come down and do a set for them on their big day."

Nicola, who appears in "Transformers: Age of Extinction," has not only taken Brooklyn's name ... she has it tattooed on her back!

The couple recently found a buyer for their Beverly Hills mansion, they reportedly were shopping around for a more humble abode on the west coast and also a home in Miami.

The engagement comes on the heels of another very significant step for the couple -- they recently plunked down around $55 million on a massive Bel-Air estate together.

The home has plenty of room to blend their families with 20,000 sq ft. 10 bedrooms and 17 bathrooms ... not to mention a pool with stunning views.

Jack White is an impatient man ... he proposed to his girlfriend and then married her. That's not unusual, except that he did both the same night, in the middle of his concert!!!

The famed rocker was performing in Detroit Friday night, when he summoned his GF, Olivia Jean, onto the stage for a White Stripes "Hotel Yorba" duet.

White, ring in hand, popped the question. Olivia said yes, and then Jack inquired of the crowd, "It's been such a great day, mind if we get married right now?"

Jack's parents, bandmates and an officiant then did their thing, and poof ... Jack and Olivia were hitched!!!

Loved the officiant ... "Dearly beloved, we are gathered here today to get through this thing called life." Sound familiar?

Jack's done this before ... this is his third marriage.
