Ex-WWE Star Enzo Amore Booted Off Delta Flight For Vaping On Board

11/15/2018 1:55 PM PST
Exclusive Details

3:45 PM PT -- TMZ Sports has obtained video of Enzo after he was forced to leave the plane.

Ex-WWE star Enzo Amore was kicked off a Delta airlines flight Thursday afternoon ... after taking a hit of a vape pen on the airplane.

Amore was on a Delta flight -- scheduled to fly from JFK to LAX -- but the plane never got off the ground with him.

Our law enforcement sources tell us Port Authority police were called to the aircraft ... but did not arrest the wrestling star.

We're told Delta refused to put Amore on another one of their planes ... so he had to find another way to travel to Los Angeles.

A rep for Delta tells us ... “A customer was removed from Delta flight 747 operating from New York to Los Angeles for not following crew instructions."

"The flight returned to the gate at John F. Kennedy International Airport where the customer deplaned without further incident."

FYI -- Amore was once one of the biggest stars in the WWE ... but was fired in January 2018 amid rape allegations. Enzo was never charged in connection to the alleged incident.

Pro Wrestling Sheet first reported Enzo getting the boot.

Lil Xan I'm Off to Rehab ... Need Help Kicking Opioids

11/15/2018 12:50 PM PST
Exclusive Details

12:50 PM PT -- Before he left for rehab Thursday, Xan came on "TMZ Live" to explain exactly why he's going, and it's interesting ... he says he's nowhere near "rock bottom."

He told us he's been far more strung out on opioids in the past, but feels he needs treatment now to get him "over that last hump." Perhaps not coincidentally, he's entering rehab on the 1-year anniversary of Lil Peep's fatal overdose.

Xan also broke big news about his plans when he completes his treatment. He's making at least one huge change. Lil Xan is dead serious about kicking his drug addiction because he's headed to rehab ... something he hinted at when he spoke to us earlier this month.

The rapper announced Thursday he'll be checking himself into a facility by next week, and said he's looking forward to being clean so he can finish his Mac Miller tribute album.

As we reported ... Xan reached out to us when we broke the story about Mac's cause of death -- cocaine and fentanyl -- and he opened up about his current struggles with addiction.

Xan said the death of his hero, Mac Miller, coupled with the death of Lil Peep almost a year ago, really opened his eyes. He said he'd curbed his drug use, but still wasn't clean.

Xan recently canceled a slew of tour dates ... saying the work he's doing on Mac's tribute album has really taken its toll on him. He told us his fight to kick drugs also played a role.

11/15 -- Platt has broken his silence and apologized for the incident ...

"What I did is totally unacceptable and not justified in any way. I got frustrated and lost control over my behavior. I know these words cannot undo my wrongdoings. In the future I promise to make better choices.

"I’m not only apologizing to Nate Tenaglia but also to my teammates, the coaching staff, the University and the whole basketball community."

10:07 AM PT -- Fitchburg State has suspended Platt and barred him from campus for an unspecified amount of time.

"The Fitchburg State community is appalled by the conduct displayed during Tuesday night’s home basketball game."

"His behavior is antithetical to our community values and good sportsmanship. Fitchburg State does not tolerate behavior that violates those standards. The case is being reviewed at the student conduct level for consideration of further sanctions."

9:57 AM PT -- We spoke with the athletic director at Nichols College ... who says Tenaglia was able to return to the game and is doing fine ... and says the Fitchburg State athletic director called him to apologize for the incident and will hand down punishment accordingly.

This could be the dirtiest play in sports history ... a scumbag college basketball player straight-up elbowing an opponent in the FACE after shooting a 3-pointer ... and the video will piss you off.

This all went down on Tuesday night ... when Division III teams Fitchburg State and Nichols were playing in Massachusetts.

The guy who throws the 'bow is Fitchburg junior guard Kewan Platt ... ironically enough, he's a criminal justice major.

The man on the receiving end of the punch is Nichols guard Nate Tenaglia.

People are RAGING about the video on social media ... and Michael Rapaport is calling for Platt to be arrested.

Platt was called for a flagrant foul ... and Fitchburg ended up losing the game.

We've reached out to Fitchburg State, Nichols and the Massachusetts State Collegiate Athletic Commission for comment ... so far, no word back.

Stan Lee was smiling and cheerful during what would be his final sit-down with the man he trusted to run Marvel Comics.

This is the last known pic of Stan, taken on Saturday, as Stan smiled next to his protege, comic book writer Roy Thomas. Just 2 days before Stan died, we're told he was in good spirits during the visit.

Roy's manager, John Cimino, tells us Roy and Stan talked for about 30 minutes and, surprise ... they discussed comics and superheroes. John tells us Stan's last words before he and Roy left were ... "God bless. Take care of my boy, Roy."

Roy released a statement about his last moments with Stan, noting the Marvel legend "lacked much of the old Stan Lee energy" most people had come to know him by. He also says Stan seemed enthusiastic about future Marvel movie cameos if he could do them without being too much of a burden. Roy called Stan "one of the most important mythmakers of the 20th century."

When Stan stepped back from his Marvel Comics duties, he handed the reins to Roy ... who took over head writing duties for "Spider-Man" and eventually became Stan's first successor as editor-in-chief at Marvel ... in 1972.

10:21 AM PT -- Jemel's mother, Beatrice Roberson, filed a lawsuit Monday morning against the police officer who killed her son.

In the suit, she says the shooting was unprovoked, unjustified and "excessive and unreasonable."

She's suing the officer as well as the Village of Midlothian, and she's demanding damages in excess of $1 million.A security guard who took down a man who opened fire in a bar was shot dead by a cop who responded to the 911 call.

Jemel Roberson was working security at Manny's Blue Room Bar Sunday at 4 AM in a Chicago suburb when several drunk patrons were ordered out. The guys left, came back with a gun and opened fire.

Roberson returned the fire and apprehended one of the men. Roberson placed his knee in the gunman's back and point a gun at him to stay still. An officer who responded to the 911 call fired at Roberson ... shooting him dead.

One of the bar patrons who witnessed the shooting said the cops "saw a black man with a gun, and basically killed him."

Roberson was a musician who played at several Chicago-area churches and wanted to become a police officer.

The Cook County Sheriff's Office has opened a criminal investigation into the bar shooting.

A GoFundMe account was established to pay for the 26-year-old Roberson's burial.

Camille Grammer is one of the many people who lost their homes in the terrible California wildfires.

Firefighters fought valiantly to save the home, but the fire was just too ferocious. It burned to the ground Saturday night.

Camille has had a rough go, we're told her assistant died last week,

So far, 177 homes have been lost in the Woolsey fire and things could get a lot worse. The Santa Ana winds are expected to kick up Sunday morning and last for 2 days. The winds are the most treacherous condition firefighters have been battling.

All of Malibu has been evacuated. Lots of people are enraged that Donald Trump has cast blame on Californians on the fires ... a baseless claim that only makes a terrible situation even worse.

Tekashi69 Shots Fired on Set of Music Vid with Kanye

11/9/2018 7:04 AM PST
Exclusive Details

7:35 AM PT -- 50 Cent posted this pic of a bullet hole in a bedroom window at the house where Tekashi's video was shooting.

7:04 AM PT -- Our Tekashi sources say, for now, production for the video is stopped ... and there's currently no plan to start things back up. It's apparent whoever shot up the set knew Tekashi's schedule, making a reshoot that much more dangerous.

6ix9ine's attorney, Lance Lazzaro, tells us he doesn't believe the shooting violates Tekashi's probation because the rapper was a victim. That being said ... law enforcement sources tell us the Manhattan D.A. is "looking into" whether there was a violation. Shots rang out at a Beverly Hills home where Tekashi 6ix9ine was shooting a music video with Kanye West and Nicki Minaj ... and we're told Tekashi and Kanye were inside.

Tekashi's crew rented the $80 million estate which was supposed to be the backdrop for the music video for one of the songs on his new album ... a song featuring Kanye and Nicki. By the way ... it's one of the most exclusive, expensive streets in Bev Hills.

Cops say at 10:25 PM they got a "shots fired" call and raced to the home. Someone on set tells us there were approximately 8 shots fired. No one was hit. It appeared to be a drive-by.

At least one bullet went through a bedroom window.

We are told Kanye was there but Nicki had not arrived. Kanye immediately left.

We're told production was halted and the crew was shaken up.

Detectives are now reviewing surveillance video.

3:45 PM PT -- An Instagram user just posted video from inside Borderline Bar & Grill during the shooting. In the video you can see a shadowy figure moving around as gunshots ring out -- the IG user claims that figure is Long, and he was firing shots at injured victims at the time.

8:52 AM PT -- According to more dispatch audio -- obtained by TMZ -- officers can be heard communicating Long suffered 3 gunshot wounds to the chest and is down. They describe him as wearing all black with a beard.

8:35 AM PT -- Long served in the U.S. Marine Corps from 2008-13 and was deployed to Afghanistan from 2010-2011, his last duty assignment was in Hawaii. His military occupational specialty was machine gunner.

He was decorated too ... some awards included the Navy Unit Commendation (x2), Navy Meritorious Unit Commendation, Combat Action Ribbon, Marine Corps Good Conduct Medal, Afghanistan Campaign Medal, Global War on Terrorism Service Medal and the National Defense Service Medal.

7:40 AM PT -- President Trump has ordered flags flown at half-staff on all public buildings and military facilities until sundown on Saturday.

6:45 AM PT -- The shooter's been identified as 28-year-old Ian David Long -- a retired Marine who served in Afghanistan.

We found this pic of Long at a cemetery that appears to be in the L.A./Thousand Oaks area.  We're told he was heavily tattooed.

A horrific scene unfolded at a bar packed with college students Wednesday night as a gunman opened fire, and at least 12 people are dead.

Borderline Bar & Grill in Thousand Oaks was hosting its weekly College Country Night. College students from the area were enjoying themselves, line dancing when, at around 11:20 PM, shots rang out.

A man dressed in all black began firing a handgun. Several patrons broke windows to allow others to escape, cutting themselves on shards of glass as they exited.

Sheriff's deputies responded quickly and as they rushed the bar the gunman opened fire on them, killing Sergeant Ron Helus.

Long reportedly drove his mother's car to the bar.  He threw smoke bombs into the crowd before opening fire.

No word yet on the number of injured, but around a dozen people are known to have gone to the hospital. It appears some may have driven themselves and may not be accounted for yet.

President Trump tweeted, "Great bravery shown by police ... God bless all of the victims and families of the victims. Thank you law enforcement."

We spoke with multiple coaches from Long's high school baseball team who remember him as a sad loner who didn't have many friends. As one coach put it, he had "sad eyes" and never appeared happy. We're told he also wore an army jacket to school often and it was clear he had ambitions to join the military. One coach tells us, "He was a quiet kid. Respectful. But kept to himself."
