Sofia Vergara may be stinging the morning after the "Magic Mike XXL" premiere, after a slew of pro-life protesters swarmed the Chinese Theatre in Hollywood, raging over her decision to leave her frozen embryos in limbo.

Sofia and Joe Manganiello were all smiles as they were safely tucked inside the movie house, but outside protesters roared over her decision not to bring her 2 frozen embryos to full term. As TMZ reported, Sofia's ex, Nick Loeb, is suing Sofia, claiming she's destroying life by not going forward.

Protesters also vandalized Sofia's star on the Hollywood Walk of Fame with the words, "#embryodefense."

Donald Trump's smack in the middle of a full scale Mexican backlash -- his Miss Universe Organization just lost a major TV deal over his rant about Mexican immigrants being rapists and drug dealers.

Univision announced Thursday morning that it will not air the hugely popular Miss USA (owned by Miss Universe) competition ... which is coming up next month. Colombian singer J Balvin also pulled out in protest -- and as did co-hosts Roselyn Sanchez and Cristián de la Fuente.

Trump made the now infamous rant -- saying Mexico's not "sending their best" -- when he announced he was running for the Republican nomination for president.

Trump responded ... "Univision wants to back out of signed contract because I exposed the terrible trade deals that the U.S. makes with Mexico." He added that he loves Mexico, but not the bad deals.

Univision planned to air the first ever Spanish language simulcast of the pageant, but ... no dados.

Fher Olvera, front man for Mexican rock band Maná ... thinks Donald Trump could have a revolución on his hands after his incendiary comments about Mexicans.

Olvera says Trump was "full of hate" during his Presidential announcement ... by saying most Mexican immigrants are drug dealers, robbers and rapists.

As he was leaving Toast in L.A. ... Olvera sheepishly told us Donald forgot one very important thing -- he's probably got lots of Mexicans on his payroll.

Oscar De La Hoya has made up his mind ... the 42-year-old boxer says he's NOT going to unretire and get back in the ring ... even if Floyd Mayweather wants to fight.

As we previously reported, Oscar has been saying he thinks about making a comeback EVERY DAY of his life ... and told TMZ Sports he has his eyes set on human wrecking machine Gennady Golovkin.

But Wednesday night, seems common sense finally set in ... and De La Hoya said he's 100% DONE -- even if Mayweather offers big money for an extra-belated rematch from their 2007 fight.

By the way, Mayweather "retired" from boxing after that fight ... but ended up coming back.

Aaron Hernandez is throwing the most desperate Hail Mary ever ... trying to challenge his murder conviction by claiming one of the jurors may have had it out for him BEFORE the trial started.

Aaron's legal team just filed new court docs in an apparent effort to find a flaw in the Odin Lloyd murder case -- in the hopes Hernandez could get his murder conviction overturned.

Hernadez's main argument -- his lawyer says he received a tip from an anonymous woman AFTER the verdict ... saying she recognized one of the jurors whose ID was revealed on TV.

Aaron's lawyer says the woman also claimed she could prove the juror was familiar with the Lloyd murder and was "hoping" to be on the Hernandez jury.

If true, AH's lawyer claims it would mean the juror would have LIED during voir dire when asked if he/she had knowledge about the case.

The problem -- the lawyer doesn't know the mystery woman's identity ... since she called him from a blocked number and refused to give her full name because she was afraid.

Now, the judge will rule on whether or not the court should look into the matter further.

Love at first sight doesn't always work out, especially when the guy allegedly threatens to kill his spouse.

Jessica Castro just got a restraining order against Ryan De Nino, the husband she met on the show "Married at First Sight," claiming he had been threatening and menacing, but the last straw was when he told her, "I plan on killing you and your family."

The couple married in December, not having known each other even for a day. Producers of the A&E reality show paired them after psychological testing for compatibility.

The show chronicled the marriage for 6 weeks, and they've been living privately ever since, but not without drama. They reportedly had blow out fights and alleged substance abuse.

The restraining order was granted last Friday and requires Ryan to stay clear of Jessica and her family.

Danny Trejo emerged unscathed from a gnarly looking car crash Tuesday afternoon -- and he's blaming a little old lady for causing the wreck.

Trejo tells TMZ he was driving in Chatsworth, just north of L.A., when a woman (he's guessing around 70 years old) made an illegal left turn in front of him. DT's sweet ride -- a Caddy El Dorado -- crashed into her car, and she ended up getting the worst of it.

Trejo, who is 71-years-old himself ... says there's little damage to his car, but hers got torn up. More importantly to the "Machete Kills" star ... he says no one was injured, they exchanged info, and went about their way.

Trejo was in such good spirits after the crash, he posed with paramedics and police.

12:17 PST: Law enforcement sources tell TMZ ... Charlie was taken by ambulance to a local hospital after complaining of chest pains. He was treated for dehydration and released after an hour and a half.

Charlie Sheen had a medical emergency Monday night ... paramedics were called to his home after getting a call the actor had a bad case of food poisoning.

We're told Charlie (or one of his people) called the fire department directly at around 11:00 PM Monday. It's curious why they didn't call 911 directly, which by the way, automatically records the conversation.

Sheen's people tell TMZ it was nothing more than a really, really bad case of food poisoning and the actor was treated in his home and that was that.

We're told Charlie's doing fine.

Oscar De La Hoya is calling out the SCARIEST boxer in the world -- telling TMZ Sports if he does decide to get back in the ring, he wants to fight undefeated human annihilator Gennady Golovkin!!!!!

The 42-year-old Golden Boy was leaving the Belasco Theater in L.A. when we asked how he felt about being called out by Shane Mosley and Roy Jones Jr.

ODLH appeared on "The Cruz Show" on Power 106 yesterday and said despite the fact he's 42-years-old (ancient for a boxer) he keeps himself in decent shape and thinks he could still compete in the ring.

That's when he sent a thinly-veiled shot at Mayweather -- saying, "If I did make a comeback, I would fight the best, whoever it is ... but I would want to fight someone that's gonna FIGHT ME BACK!"

Our Ariana sources say the One Direction singer was invited to her concert in London Monday night. After the performance, she and Niall hung out backstage, but it was anything but intimate. Ariana's manager Scooter Braun and both of their entourages were also there.

After the backstage pow-wow, the group headed off to Cirque Le Soir nightclub -- and stayed out till 3:30 AM. But when the fun was over ... we're told they went their separate ways.
