Michael Jackson Bloodstained IV Drip for Sale ... His Final One, Cousin Claims

Michael Jackson's cousin claims to have his last IV drip -- the one that delivered the fatal dose of Propofol -- and she's ready to part ways with the macabre memorabilia.

The IV setup includes the tubing and the bag used to administer drugs, and even has bloodstain from the King of Pop ... according to his cousin, Marsha Stewart, who claims she took it from his bedroom shortly after his death.

Marsha says she swiped the IV from the rented Holmby Hills mansion where Michael died. She claims she saw it near Michael's bed, and that there was a "white milk fluid" -- an accurate description of Propofol -- inside the bag, which has since dissolved.

Still, Michael's cousin says traces of his blood on the device caught her eye and made her want to put it in her purse to take home.

Now, the IV drip is going up for auction through Memorabilia Expert Auctions in Sin City, and the auction house is looking to get at least $2,500 for this gruesome piece of MJ history.

As for the validity of the item? It seems odd to us that police would not have collected the IV as evidence at the scene. We're reaching out to MJ's Estate to see what their take is on it.

Janet Jackson Michael's Legacy 'Will Continue'

Janet Jackson has broken her silence amid new allegations against her brother, Michael Jackson, in "Leaving Neverland" -- and her message is simple ... his rep will be just fine.

Michael's younger sister spoke with The Sunday Times, and addressed what she thought would happen to the King of Pop's legacy going forward ... saying, "It will continue." Janet went on to say that she still sees Michael's influence in the world today ... a reassuring sign.

Janet says, "I love it when I see kids emulating him, when adults still listen to his music. It just lets you know the impact that my family has had on the world." She added, "I hope I'm not sounding arrogant in any way -- I'm just stating what it is. It's really all God's doing, and I'm just thankful for that."

In the interview, Janet did not speak on Wade Robson and James Safechuck's specific allegations head-on ... but it's pretty clear where she stands on the issue. According to Billboard, Janet has been playing Michael's tunes during her concerts without hesitation.

She's also defended him in the past, specifically when Jordy Chandler accused Michael of sexual abuse in '93. At the time, Janet called it a money grab.

Other members of Michael's family have gone to bat for him in the wake of "Leaving Neverland," calling Wade and James' claims full-blown lies. His estate is even taking HBO to court for airing the explosive documentary ... saying the network violated a decades-old contract they signed with him back in the day, in which it agreed not to disparage MJ.

Janet's latest comments come just days ahead of Michael's 10-year death anniversary. TMZ broke the story ... MJ died on June 25, 2009. He was 50 years old.

The Jacksons Perform Songs Featuring Michael During Brazil Concert

The Jacksons put on a show Saturday night in Brazil ... this in the wake of "Leaving Neverland" and the move by some to mute Michael Jackson.

Tito, Marlon, Randy and Jackie hit the stage at the Espaco Das Americas in Sao Paulo to a packed audience. Jermaine wasn't there because he's ill.

The group sang some of the staples of The Jackson 5, including "I Want You Back," "ABC," "The Love You Save" and "Dancing Machine." The songs all featured Michael, who has become more controversial than ever after Wade Robson and James Safechuck told their stories on the HBO documentary.

Tito steadfastly said about the concert, "It will be a tribute to MJ. He is everything and will be represented on the stage."

The concert went down the same day Michael's daughter, Paris, slit her wrists, which law enforcement sources characterized as a suicide attempt. She has been released from the hospital. Family sources tell TMZ Paris was extremely upset over the documentary and the fallout.

The Jacksons will perform another concert on Tuesday, but Jermaine will not be there due to his undisclosed illness.

Michael Jackson Estate Sues The Walt Disney Co. You've Got Balls For Exploiting MJ's Kids!!!

The people who manage Michael Jackson's estate say The Walt Disney Co. has some nerve for profiting off the tears of MJ's kids and stealing a bunch of its property ... all to make a shoddy TV special they claim never came close to documenting Michael's 'Last Days.'

The estate just sued The Walt Disney Co. claiming copyright infringement and saying it never had permission to use a bunch of its footage for its "The Last Days of Michael Jackson" TV special ... which premiered last week to more than 5.5 million viewers.

In docs, obtained by TMZ, the estate claims Disney's lawyers told them they were making a documentary, so use of the MJ clips was fair game. But the estate calls BS ... saying the special "did not focus on his last days ... rather it was simply a mediocre look back at Michael Jackson's life and entertainment career."

The estate goes on to claim Disney jacked a bunch of MJ's songs -- including recordings of "Billie Jean" and "Beat It." The estate says Disney even exploited MJ's kids when they aired Paris Jackson's heartbreaking remarks about her father at his 2009 memorial service. The estate says it's never licensed that footage for commercial use.

The estate says it was never approached by Disney about the making of the TV special, much less asked for permission to use its intellectual property. The estate says that's ironic since Disney goes to great lengths to protect its copyrighted characters ... citing how Disney once sued a couple on public assistance for $1 mil when they dressed up as an orange tiger and blue donkey that looked too close to Tigger and Eeyore.

Estate attorney Howard Weitzman tells us, "Can you imagine using Disney’s intellectual property – like Mickey Mouse, Cinderella, Star Wars, The Avengers, Toy Story, and so many other works – without asking Disney’s permission or getting a license? The Estate has no choice but to vigorously protect its intellectual property, which is the lifeblood of its business.”

The estate is suing for profits Disney made off the special and other damages. We've reached out to The Walt Disney Co., so far no word back.

Katherine Jackson I Don't Need to Be Blanket's Guardian Anymore

Katherine Jackson is bowing out of the guardian biz when it comes to Michael Jackson's youngest child, Blanket.

According to docs filed by Katherine ... there's no longer any need for her to be the 15-year-old's guardian. Katherine had been appointed joint guardian -- along with TJ Jackson -- of all 3 of Michael's kids in 2012.

Both Paris and Prince are adults now, but Katherine says because Blanket has reached his adolescence ... TJ can handle guardianship on his own. She also points to her own age, 87, as a reason she's stepping down.

Worth noting ... Katherine had not seen her grandchildren for several months earlier this year. It's still unclear how much contact she's had with MJ's children.

A judge still needs to approve Grandma Jackson's request.

Bobby Brown No Free Moonwalk Lessons!!! (I Forget How to Do It)

DON'T ASK ME!
TMZ.com

Bobby Brown can reminisce about teaching Michael Jackson to moonwalk, allegedly ... but that's about it.

We got the R&B legend outside the Dream Hotel in Hollywood Thursday night where our photog went looking for a freebie -- a dance lesson from the man who this week claimed he taught MJ the iconic move.

By the way, Bobby's story is highly disputed. Michael's own sister, La Toya Jackson, says it was Shalamar member Jeffrey Daniel, and there's video proof to support that.

In any event, Bobby ain't quite ready to live out that alleged part of his glory days. The other takeaway here -- do NOT ask him about "Dancing with the Stars."

Paris Jackson My Dad Would Be Proud of Me On His 59th Birthday

TRYING TO MAKE HIM PROUD
TMZ.com

Paris Jackson did her dad proud at the VMAs, and she knows it.

We got MJ's daughter at LAX Monday and she's confident her dad would be smiling at her zero tolerance message about white supremacists.

Tuesday is a special day for Paris and her siblings ... it would have been MJ's 59th birthday. Paris telegraphed her feelings via Instagram, calling him the "love of my life, the one person who showed me what passion truly was, the one that gave me solid morals to live by and how to dream."

She went on ... "I will never feel love again the way I did with you."

Waiting for your permission to load the Instagram Media.

Michael Jackson Estate Hey, Lifetime & Netflix ... Make Your Movies, Just No MJ Tunes

The new Lifetime and Netflix movies about Michael Jackson and his pet monkey, Bubbles, won't feature any of MJ's music if they know what's good for them.

Sources close to Michael Jackson's estate tell TMZ the new flicks, 'Searching for Neverland' and the recently announced animated feature, "Bubbles," are not authorized -- therefore, they're not allowed to use ANY of Michael's materials ... especially his music.

We're told MJ's estate is holding off on legal action for now, but if they hear anything like, oh let's say "Billie Jean," "Thriller," "Beat It," "Rock with You," "Don't Stop 'Til You Get Enough" or any of his hits ... they'll round up the lawyers.

The reason they're not heading to court now? The estate reps haven't seen the movies. 'Searching for Neverland' drops next week, though, so things could change by Monday.

Here's the real question ... can a movie about Michael Jackson even exist without his music, his videos or his pictures? We think not. Soooo, good luck with that, guys.

Paris Jackson Family Dinner with Little Bro Blanket

Paris Jackson took matters into her own hands ... breaking bread with little bro Blanket as grandma Katherine remains MIA.

TMZ broke the story, Paris has been upset that Blanket is without his grandmother, and she doesn't think this is Katherine's doing. The 86-year-old matriarch has not spoken to Paris, Blanket or Prince since January, when she left for London. Since returning, she has been absent from the family house in Calabasas and has been staying with her daughter, Rebbie.

Paris and Blanket were joined by TJ Jackson, who's been staying with 15-year-old Blanket at the house. TJ, a co-guardian with Katherine, also hasn't heard from her since January.

Paris Jackson Worried About Blanket Living Without Guardian MJ Wanted

Paris Jackson is deeply concerned her little brother, Blanket, is essentially living alone without the guardian Michael Jackson wanted in the event he died.

Multiple Jackson family sources tell us, Paris is especially upset with her aunt Rebbie, whom she believes has been lording over her grandmother ... keeping her away from all of Michael Jackson's kids. Everyone we've spoken with says Paris loves her grandma and is worried Rebbie and several other siblings of Michael's have intentionally put a wall up to control the matriarch.

Paris has complained Blanket is a 15-year-old boy essentially living by himself in Katherine's Calabasas home. Katherine has not been back to her home since January -- she was in London for 2 months and then returned to L.A. but she's staying at Rebbie's -- and Paris feels her little brother is living without real family.

We're told TJ Jackson and his wife split duties and at least one of them will stay at Katherine's home to supervise Blanket, but Paris thinks that's not good enough.

Our sources also say Katherine has not spoken to Paris, Prince, Blanket or TJ since she went to London, and Paris blames Rebbie, Randy and some of her other aunts and uncles for the blackout. Paris believes some of her aunts and uncles are trying to control Katherine for financial motives.

The good news ... Blanket, we're told, is getting almost all A's at his private school and has become extremely social ... a big change from when he was almost painfully introverted.

Joe Jackson Now Solidly Behind MJ Estate

Michael Jackson's Estate has an ally who was once it's arch enemy -- none other than Michael's dad, Joe.

We've learned Joe is now a staunch supporter of the Estate he once claimed was robbing members of his family of their just deserts. Michael's will cut Joe out completely, as it did MJ's brothers and sisters, and Joe called the document fraudulent and went after the Estate and the executors.

It's a different story now for several reasons. Jackson family sources tell us 3 factors changed Joe's tune ...

-- The 88-year-old suffered a stroke in 2015 and the Estate paid his medical bills and other expenses.

-- Joe was moved by a documentary produced by the MJ Estate for Showtime, called "Michael Jackson's Journey From Motown to Off the Wall," which acknowledged Joe for moving the family from humble beginnings in Gary, Indiana to Hollywood. Joe loved the way he was portrayed.

-- Joe came to believe the Estate was actually taking good care of Katherine, along with Michael's 3 kids.

Joe had tried influencing Katherine to challenge the Estate, but that has stopped in a big way. As we've reported, now some of Katherine and Joe's kids have picked up the mantle trying to carry on that challenge, but the patriarch is no longer in their corner.

Michael Jackson Cousin Trent Says Some of Singer's Siblings Out for Money Grab

The nephew ordered to stay away from Katherine Jackson says he knows what is really going on ... some of Michael Jackson's siblings are plotting a money grab against the MJ estate.

A judge clearly sees it differently, siding with Katherine, who claims Trent Jackson has been fleecing her out of money and isolating her from her family. Trent, who Katherine says she is now scared he may physically harm her, has been ordered to stay 100 yards away from her and her home.

Sources close to Trent tell TMZ, he's adamant he did nothing untoward and believes some of MJ's brothers and sisters want him out of the way so they have a clear path to Katherine and MJ's estate.

We're told Trent believes some of Katherine's kids will now try and influence her to put pressure on Michael's estate to give her a bigger piece of the pie, and he believes they want to cut themselves in on the action.

Here's the problem with Trent's theory. Katherine has no right to simply get more money because she wants it. She gets a healthy stipend, and the duty of those in charge of the estate is to preserve and grow the assets for the benefit of Michael's 3 kids and his designated charities.

And, Trent has another problem. We're told he refuses to surrender the keys to Katherine's guesthouse where he's been living, but the restraining order is clear ... he has to give up the keys and move out.

Paris Jackson 'My Dad Was Murdered'

Paris Jackson says Michael Jackson was murdered and there were a lot of people who wanted him dead.

Paris is on the cover of the latest Rolling Stone mag, and said all signs point to murder, adding, "It was a setup."

Without saying it, she insinuates Dr. Conrad Murray was a patsy for someone who wanted her dad dead. She says Dr. Murray caused Michael's dependency on Propofol, despite the fact that Jackson had been abusing the drug long before Dr. Murray entered the picture.

She says Michael would tell her people were "out to get him," saying, "They're gonna kill me one day."

She also has harsh words for AEG Live, which was producing Michael's tour when he died. She says, "AEG Live does not treat their performers right," adding, "They drain them dry and work them to death." She says she's "scared" for Justin Bieber because of the way they're working him.

Zak Bagans I Scored MJ's Propofol Chair!!!

DANCING WITH DEATH
TMZ.com

Zak Bagans just added to his creepy collection of memorabilia and bought Michael Jackson's old chair ... from his death room.

The chair was decor in MJ's Holmby Hills mansion ... and primarily used by Dr. Murray to monitor the singer when he was pumped full of Propofol.

The "Ghost Adventures" star tells TMZ he scored the seat for around $15k ... and plans to put it in his Las Vegas Haunted Museum, along with Dr. Kevorkian's van and his body part cauldron.

Zak also wants Dr. Murray to come to Vegas and talk about the chair in person -- and considering the good doc's history with strip clubs -- that might not be out of the question.

Jermaine Jackson Divorce I Want HALF Our Michaels ... Says Estranged Wife

Jermaine Jackson's estranged wife is making a list -- and checking it twice, we're sure -- to make sure she gets half their stuff, and she's especially eyeing two fancy Michael Jackson paintings.

Halima Rashid's divorce docs include a list of assets the couple amassed during 11 years of marriage. There's little stuff, like an Apple TV receiver and flower pots, and plenty of big ticket items too ... like the MJ portraits, entitled "Abstract" and "Sofa."

She doesn't include the current value of the paintings, but only because she hasn't had them appraised yet. As for vehicles -- she says their Ferrari and Jeep are worth about $133k, and she wants her cut.

MIchael Jackson Maids Say Neverland Mansion Laced with Pee and Poop

Michael Jackson threatened his staff with animal poop balls ... and would freely piss all over the house ... so claim 3 former Neverland maids.

The 3 maids spoke with the New York Post, but did not want their names revealed. They tell scatological stories that paint a shocking tale of uncleanliness. One maid says when the urge hit, MJ would just unzip his pants and pee in the grand entry of Neverland.

The maids were shocked, because when guests like Oprah or Elizabeth Taylor would visit the floors would be waxed but all they could think of is ... they're stepping where Michael took a wiz.

Another maid says Jackson would track in animal poop from his mini-farm on the property and then threaten to throw poop snowballs at the help.

The maids say Jackson lived like a pig ... his bedroom was littered with half-eaten chicken, potato chips, empty wine and whiskey bottles. One maid said it was so bad, the place was infested with bedbugs.

And there's this ... one maid claims, when MJ would see pictures of the Jackson 5 in magazines, he send someone out to collect as many as they could and then he'd shred them, saying, "Yuck, they don't deserve to have my name. They are gutless moochers. I'm the only star. They should be cleaning my shoes."
