Travis Kelce quite literally went balls-out in an interview with comedian Andrew Santino a few years back ... 'cause as it turns out, the NFL superstar continuously suffered a wardrobe malfunction throughout the podcast!!

The "Dave" actor revisited the hilarious 2019 mishap in the latest episode of the Kelce Bros' "New Heights" show this week ... explaining how the Kansas City Chiefs tight end's "boys" made a few guest appearances as they chopped it up about life, sports and other topics.

Taylor Swift's boyfriend rocked some yellow basketball shorts for the occasion ... but admittedly, he "didn't have my Tommy Johns on" that day.

Santino said his "Whiskey Ginger" podcast editor hit him up shortly after recording the pod and sheepishly alerted him of Kelce's nudity ... asking if they should try to reshoot the whole thing to avoid an X-rated show.

Santino said he had a better -- and more funny -- idea ... claiming he told his employee to just smack a huge Chiefs logo over Travis' crotch throughout the hour-long episode.

The end result is pretty chuckle-worthy ... and it's still up on Santino's YouTube page to this day.

Mark Wahlberg seems to be telegraphing a certain message with his latest thirst trap post -- which comes on the heels of David Beckham's lawsuit against his fitness company.

The actor threw up a video Wednesday on his IG page, and while it wasn't the first thing he's posted since David filed suit against Mark's F45 training brand ... it is the first one where he's shirtless and barking aggressively, interesting considering what's going on BTS.

The video's pretty simple ... it's Mark standing outside in the wee hours of the morning -- 4 AM, apparently -- which seems to be the start of whatever workout routine he's getting into.

Reggie Bush might not have his Heisman Trophy back today if not for a chance meeting at Rob Gronkowski's Super Bowl pool party ... where the USC star ran into his attorney Levi McCathern, who fought like hell and got the prestigious award back to its rightful owner!!

Cops are continuing to make headway in their investigation into Nikola Jokic's brother ... telling TMZ Sports they've located the man who Strahinja Jokic punched in the face earlier this week.

A spokesperson for the Denver Police Dept. said on Thursday morning they've "been in communication" with the fan who Strahinja socked after Game 2 of the Lakers vs. Nuggets game at Ball Arena on Monday night.

The rep did not reveal, however, if the man is seeking to press charges -- or if he's formally filed a police report.

The organization broke the news, releasing a statement announcing Bird, 43, would be joining the Storm's ownership group.

Plummer played in the NFL at the same time as Harbaugh in the late 1990s -- and it's clear as day he grew a ton of respect for the Bolts' head man. So much so, he believes Herbert's game will soar to new heights under his tutelage.

Now that Reggie Bush's Heisman is back where it belongs, Tim Brown thinks it's time for the NCAA to correct some of its wrongs ... saying he wants the org. to look into its past punishments and consider reversing them too.

Brown joined Harvey and Charles on "TMZ Live" on Wednesday to gloat about the Heisman Trust's decision to give its trophy back to Bush ... and then he said the NCAA should attempt to perform similar actions.

Specifically, the former Notre Dame star wide receiver said the organization should contemplate lifting bans for anyone who was thrown under the bus in the past for things that are now legal.
