ARE YOU KIDDING ME? THIS IS NOT AN AROBIC WORKOUT. You get a better workout having SEX with someone then this contraption. What a novelty and most likely a RIP OFF too. This divice looks llike something Hugh Hefner would like to watch his girlfriends ride. WHAT A JOKE. I'm glad I didn't invest any $$ in this thing. Good luck to idiot who did.
