Fighting back tears and with his voice shaking, Larry Birkhead detailed the heartbreaking moment he found out Anna Nicole Smith had been rushed to the hospital, where she was pronounced dead.
In a sit-down interview with "Access Hollywood," which aired this morning on "Today," Birkhead revealed he was at the dentist's office when he found out Smith had collapsed at the Hard Rock. He added that a friend called him saying, "We don't want you to hear about this on television, but it doesn't look good."
Birkhead also talked about the first time he saw the baby -- in a magazine -- and said "there's no doubt" Dannielynn's his child. He added that Howard K. Stern knows he's not the father.
TMZ reported yesterday that Birkhead was able to finally meet Dannielynn over the weekend in the Bahamas, where Stern is currently living, though during the interview, Larry was mum on the meeting.
