Paternity a Lock -- Custody Still in the Air

Larry Birkhead & Howard K. SternLawyers just announced the judge has not made a ruling on who gets custody of Dannielynn, despite the fact that Larry Birkhead is the biological father.

Also, Birkhead says of Anna Nicole, "I think she would be proud I fought."
