Megan Michelle Burgess (born in 1992) is a former Miss Arkansas Teen USA, 2010. She was arrested for public intoxication at the University of Arkansas in January, 2011, two weeks after passing her crown on to the 2011 Miss Arkansas Teen USA winner.
