Actor Daniel Baldwin is back in trouble with the law.
TMZ has learned that Baldwin is currently at UCLA Medical Center in police custody and could face DUI charges after crashing into a pair of parked cars while driving at what police estimate was 80 miles per hour through Los Angeles.
A police spokesman said Baldwin was spotted weaving through traffic in a silver Thunderbird. He ran a red light before crashing into two cars, including a Hummer, which was launched 20 feet by the impact. Police say Baldwin was driving the car, a rental, with a suspended license.
In March, Baldwin was charged with drug violations after being arrested in a Santa Monica hotel. Cops claim that when they arrived, they found cocaine on Baldwin and another man.

dont worry whichever-baldwin-you-are... i am sure you will get the same quality justice as Paris Hilton.
It's a shame. The guy needs help before he kills himself or someone else. He was extremely lucky and luck does tend to run out.

You know, I think all the Baldwin brothers are nice looking and talented.
But, this guy seems to have a death wish. People have begged him to get help and I think he does to some extent then relapses, big time!
He needs to find out through extensive rehab and therapy just what is driving him to deliberately hurt himself and take all these life threatening chances.
I pray somebody can help him. Honey, if I was there, I'd do all I could for you. but, in the mean time, I will pray that God will somehow get his attention and he will realize he is worth a lot more than he thinks he is.

He's just another Hollywierd pretty boy. A little prissy sissy with limited talent. His immaturity is shining through here. Let him spend a few weekends doing some manual labor on the side of a freeway to make him grow up. He and Paris should do some 'time' together.

Wow, 80 miles an hour. Glad he didn't hit a car with some innocent children in it. But most celebs that have drink or drug problems do not believe they need help.
I hope the Judge throws the book at him, and maybe he will remember, and think about it before he gets stupid again.
By the way I think all the Baldwins a great actors, and ver good looking as well. Be a shame to loose one of them.
Daniel, You should have a heart to heart with your brother, Steven. Ask him to pray for you. He sounds like the only Baldwin brother who has his head on straight!! Actually I don't know anything about Billy Baldwin but everyone knows Alec is nuts!!!!
I agree with #4, please get Danny some help before he kills himself and/or some innocent person.
Maybe if you and your family would of held true your so called threat to leave the country if Bush got elected as President, you could have gotten away with this in what ever country would have excepted your clan of screw-ups.
