The paparazzi tried to get a shot of the elusive Keira Knightley's face at JFK yesterday, and while she paid them no attention, the spawn of Patty Hearst just couldn't get enough!
Keira hid from photogs, but Lydia Hearst seemed giddy to pose for pix and signed autographs -- someone even sent a press release to TMZ describing her outfit in detail -- she just loooooves her Blue & Cream hoodie! Now she's gone and kidnapped our hearts! Thanks, Liddy!

If Lydia Hearst Shaw could be a model, that should give hope to every girl in the America. If a person that ugly could make it, anyone can. So have hope girls!! I guess it also helps to have parents who can afford to buy page in magazines! Paris is hot, the Lydia girl looks like a frog...

Keira has practically disappeared from sight anyway because she has a very serious case of anorexia. She is probably the only actress that has to have pounds air-brushed ON her when she models for ads. for her Chanel magazine ads, even the side of her (non-existent)breast that shows in that ad had to be drawn in for the ad. Shame on Chanel for hiring actress/models that suffer from very serious eating disorders, all that does is make them worse. NO, Chanel, being that emaciated is NOT a good thing! As for wanting to "do" Keira, might as well do a slat off a wooden fence, her body looks like she is from a concentration camp, nothing left but skin and bone that she hides with lots of clothing. Keira needs help, hope she is getting it.

This is like one of those comedies where somebody's ancestor is played by the same actor and looks just like them. Lydia is a dead ringer for her mom. Except she isn't wearing a beret and carrying a gun.

The guy with her is her boyfriend Rupert Friend- and I wish people would leave Keira's weight alone. I don't know if she has an eating disorder but she's ALWAYS been very skinny. That's the way she's built. She's talked extensively about wishing that she had curves. Just like people get mad when someone says women with curves are fat, women who are naturally skinny shouldn't automatically get the "they have an eating disorder" statement. It's a double standard and really not fair.

She had a strong major accent on regis and Kelly the other day. I believe it was English. No one has ever noticed it? I like her she seems down to earth and as said not a media whore. She claimed she hates the red carpet "walk" and is not at all comfortable with being photographed.
