IDs Out -- Avril Gets Carded
Avril Lavigne must not be a Green Door regular -- the 23-year-old faux punk hit a roadblock when she was carded by club security last night.
The nerve! Don't they know who she thinks she is?!

13. Sorry #9 (VegasModel), but you're only half right! Yes, Avril Lavigne IS absolutely horrible, but she is not the "worst thing to ever happen to punk." There is nothing about her or her music that even remotely resembles punk. Pre-printed, mass produced anarchy sign tee shirts (ahhh, the hypocrisy) from Hot Topic do not make you a punk, and neither does homogenized, pre-designated, banal music brought to you by swarms of corporate marketing executives.
So, Avril is actually the worst thing to ever happen to POP music, not punk!
