Next step in the divorce play book is for Madonna to call 911 for domestic violence (she felt afraid). Then a divorce judge will issue the restraining order (order of protection) against Guy, which will later be used to have hubby removed from the home because of "safety" reasons. Boom - dad/husband is easily separated from kids and property - in divorce regular law possession is 9/10ths of the law.

I was never into Madonna, so I just didn't listen or watch her. I really couldn't think of a reason why I should expend energy hating her, like many of you seem to do. She never did anything to me. If she and her husband do get divorced, (and at this point it's nothing but a rumor) they would be no different from about 60% of non-celebrities. I'm sure they will both do what is best for the kids. I've never seen any insinuation or indication that Madonna has been a bad mother. And why some of you would rather see David sitting in an African orphanage rather than being loved and cared for quite well, is beyond me. Are you just following TMZ's lead or are you really that bitter and cruel towards people who have more than you?
