Dane Cook has apparently decided renting apartments is for people who don't make zillions and have a dog that craps in common areas.

After losing an eviction case because a jury decided Dane's dog was pooping with aplomb in the common areas, Dane dropped a pile on a Hollywood Hills mansion -- $7,078,412 to be specific.

Now Beast the pinscher can pinch a loaf wherever he feels like it, including on the Travertine Navona floors!

8. Does anyone think Dane Cook is funny? I know some folks think he's getting by on his looks -- 'cause he sure ain't funny -- but he's not that good looking, either. Just shows America will buy whatever Hollywood shoves down our throats. It's a world where people like Dane Cook can afford a $7 million house and Spencer and Heidi are famous for doing nothing... we just live in it!

12. I think Dane Cook is hilarious. His movies are a little corny & over the top, but that is his shtick. He is not the first (ie: JIm Carrey etc.) . That is how & why he is cast in these movies. I would love to see him in a different type of role to show some range. His comedy show "Vicious Circle" was reallly funny. He is a great story teller.

The three things I've seen him in (all stand up, two on Comedy Central a decade ago) made me laugh. Is he some kind of douche in real life that everybody hates him so much? Aside from letting his dog sh*t all over the place, which is just lazy.

15. Hilarious. The guy is hilarious. Movies are not good. But he has sold millions of albums, because he is FUNNY. Original and Funny. Definitely not for everyone but at least he does his own stuff, unlike Carlos Mencia. The house is ugly.

On another note, where do all of your dogs take a crap? On the grass right? So whats the big deal. Do all of you pick up your own dogs crap? I highly doubt it. Get over it...
