13. Slick willy? A gentleman wouldn't touch a lady this way in public unless he's a slime. Even if he thinks she likes it, still discredits him. Many powerful men think they can. I had a famous speaker at a conference grab my hand. When a strange man feels he has the right to take liberties with a lady, it's just sickening.
