We now have a copy of the law enforcement document listing the items seized yesterday at Dr. Conrad Murray's medical office in Houston.
The items include 1 vial of Phentermine (weight loss drug), 1 vial of Clonazepam (a muscle relaxer), a photocopy picture of Dr. Murray, Rolodex cards, public storage receipts, bio info on Dr. Murray, emails from Stacey Howie (we do not know who that person is), and a Rolodex card with Fed Ex information.

Um what about the hard drive? They said on the news that a hard drive was taken. I think you guys got partial information because all of this seems insignificant.
This guy doesn't even know what the hypocratic oath is. Bad, bad doctor!
Michael Jackson was not a molester - He was innocent- they just wanted to get rich off of him-
Dave, You are an idiot... EVERYONE knows that Jackson didn't commit any crimes against children... Only those living in a jar would still be talking like you...
As for the doctor... It would seem that there will be more search warrants served based upon the items collected from the search...
WTF??? This is all they got? After all those hours and all those feds & cops, etc. and this is it?? Man what a dissapointment, because this doesn't sound like its much help, unless someone can fill me in on something I'm not getting.
common tmz this is getting boring and too predictable you need to dog deeper investigate AEG and show us the contract between mj and AEG
He is just a drug dealer. We have alot of them docs in houston that will give you any meds you want.So i hope he goes down.
Why would MJ need phentermine? Dr's prescribe that for people who need to lose weight--at least 25 lbs. I wonder if he had an addiction to it, which possibly led to his gaunt appearance. IF he was being prescribed phentermine while he maintained a skeletal frame, criminal negligence will come into play for the doc who prescribed it...definitely.
Uh, Lakersfan....
they didn't say a hard drive was taken, rather a forensic image of the hard drive...
Meaning they copied the drive... I'm sure that's where the email info came from as well as the rolodex info
I sincerely doubt a doctors office in 2009 is keeping records on paper....
Hey TMZ why don't you put up a caricature picture of Dr. Evil from Austin Powers in place of Dr. Death, I think it would be more appropiate. This smiling doctor is creepy!
