For the first time since his liver transplant, Apple co-founder Steve Jobs has put himself back in the spotlight -- taking center stage moments ago at an Apple event in San Francisco.

4. seems to me he used to be kind of fat so i guess liver desiece is a great way to drop the pounds,,apple still sucks and for being an american company they sure do rip off people because they charge too much for their stuff

10. Glad to hear him talking about his transplant, as a kidney transplant recipient myself, we need more people talking about organ donation and getting out awareness.

11. That is not a photo from the current Apple event. At the current event, Jobs is wearing a belt. I normally wouldn't care about such a thing, but people are overly anxious to see what he looks like today.

14. That is not a current photo of Steve Jobs. At today's event, he is wearing a belt. Normally, I wouldn't care about such a thing, but there are many people who are overly anxious to see how he looks after his liver transplant. That photo is from a year ago.
