Joseph Sun is a retired mixed martial arts fighter and manager as well as an actor known for his role in the 1997 blockbuster movie, Austin Powers: International Man of Mystery, as Random Task, a parody of the James Bond character Oddjob. Son has also appeared in several other movies, including Bloodfist V: Human Target. He is currently serving life in prison after being convicted of torture in connection with a 1990 gang rape. Son was born in South Korea but moved to California at an early age. In addition to acting, he was a mixed martial arts fighter and retired with a record of 0–4. Son was also a professional wrestler in Japan for a short time. He also appeared at UFC 3 as the manager of MMA fighter Kimo Leopoldo. Son pleaded guilty to felony vandalism in 2008 and was placed on probation. As a condition of his plea agreement, Son was required to provide a DNA sample. In 2008, the DNA sample was linked to a 1990 gang rape.
