Joy Pierce is a casting director/producer and owner of JoyJoy Casting. She worked as a casting producer for Rock Star: INXS, The Contender, Crash Course and MTV's Top Pop Group. More recently, Pierce is the alleged mistress of Survivor producer, Bruce Beresford-Redman, who is accused of murdering his wife, Monica Beresford-Redman.
