Kenneth Waters

Kenneth Waters ( 1954 - September 19, 2001) was a man who was convicted of the murder of Katherina Brow in 1983, and served an 18 year sentence, before DNA evidence cleared him of the crime. His sister obtained a law degree and fought for his freedom, believing her brother was innocent. The story is told through the 2010 movie, "Conviction" starring Hillary Swank. Waters died in a fall just six months after his release from prison.
