Tailback with USC who seemed destined for big things until a September 2009 weightlifting accident crushed his neck and larynx, and nearly killed him. Although he made a full recovery, his college career was over, and, it seemed, any hopes of making the NFL. However, he was signed as an un-drafted free agent by the Tennessee Titans on 24 April 2010.On 14 August 2010, Johnson suffered a dislocated right ankle and a broken fibula during a pre-season game.
