Supermodel Kate Moss was a no-show at an event hosted by designer Zac Posen in New York last night.

A source tells TMZ that Moss was on her way to the party when, ironically, the zipper on her Zac Posen dress broke.

The fashion faux pas didn't keep celebs like Kate Bosworth, Jamie-Lynn Sigler or Carson Kressley from arriving on time.
