Japan got a heavy dose of Britney Spears this week -- and we mean heavy. The very pregnant pop star is shocking people throughout the country, after subway bosses reversed a decision to censor an advertisement showing the US pop diva in the nude.

The advertisement for the October issue of Harper's Bazaar features a nude Spears crossing her arms over her breasts.

Tokyo Metro initially asked the publisher to cover Britney below the elbows as the sight of her naked midriff and thighs was inappropriate for impressionable Japanese youths and more sensitive commuters.

But bosses later back-tracked after the story hit the local headlines, prompting dozens of commuters to contact the subway operator to request the pop sensation be displayed in her full glory.

What are you talking about? TMZ just reported what happened and the public's reaction to it. Japanese people actually wanted to see that freaky airbrushed mess of a has-been. It's the US public that loves to put her down...because really, what are we supposed to say, that she really looks that good when we know she's so trashy she has to be photoshopped six ways till Sunday?

Michelle do you personal know this girl? I thought not...I have seen her in person....She doesn't need all the airbrushing......I just think people come on here to bash people cause they are jealous.....

All you people out there that have nothing better to do then bad mouth people seriously need to get a life! I have been a fan of Britney since she first started and I still am a fan. Everyone makes mistakes (famous or not) you can't hold things against her that she did a long time ago. She is a person just like us (except she has multi millions) and if she wants to get pregnant and pose nude for a magazine then more power to her, she has the body that we all wish we had so let her do what she wants with it and quit making such a big deal out of what she does with her life! Go with the rule that your mother should have tought you IF YOU DON'T HAVE ANYTHING NICE TO SAY, DON'T SAY ANYTHING AT ALL!!!!!!
