When Nicolette Sheridan decided to highlight her lower body features with see-through black tights, she probably figured a few weasels would stop and stare. TMZ counted only one.
As the "Desperate Housewives" star strutted her leggy way down Robertson Blvd. during a daytime shopping trip, Pauly Shore (who bears no visable marks from his fake comedy club fight) checked out the jackbooted actress from inside a restaurant she was passing.
Once he noticed the camera, Pauly tried to play it cool, quickly turning the other way. Hey bu-ddy, you're bus-ted!

I don't know that he was "checking her out." Perhaps just wanted to see what the fuss was about. BTW--hideous tights or WTH they were on her.

I like how TMZ tries to play it up like he is checking her out. It looks like they were just trying to see who it was the photogs were taking pics of. It must be a slow news days for TMZ. This was a waste of 2 minutes of my life....

Get real. Give the guy a break. It doesn't appear he's checking her out at all. I find it more curious that the photographer stopped shooting Nicolette's butt in those hideous tights to turn his attention to Pauly sitting at a table with a friend. TMZ, you are really reaching with that one!
