8. She hosted two parties that night. She very well could have been tired. I wonder if she thougt about her children at midnight? Her youngest son is just a baby. When Denise Richards separated from Charlie Sheen you always saw her with her kids. I understand her need to regroup and get back into the limelight but I don't think she should have hosted the party at all when she has a two month old at home. At least her hair looked cleaned and washed.

9. this is sad I guess, however, if any of us were to be watched and photographed every second, would any of us look that good? Like none of us has ever done anything foolish in the name of fun. I would not want to be a celebrity in this day and age, anyone who still thinks it is glamorous is in a dream world, which is what this hollywood bullshit was supposed to be.

14. this girl has been out at parties until 3 or 4 in the morning for the past 2 months, and on new years eve, she just happens to be tired? yeah, right. Her reps will spin this however they can, but she has ruined her reputation! She needs to start hanging out with her kids more, how about a park or at home you loser!

15. While I agree that she should have been home with her kids [my husband and I took our 2 month old to a gathering but left at 10:30 to bring her home for bed while all our friends had fun] I don't think she looked drunk. Then again, looks can be deceiving. If there were video of her talking, I think we'd be able to get a better idea.
