Howard K. Stern's lawyer told the judge that Stern was served by lawyers for Larry Birkhead with a subpoena during the lunch break in the Florida trial.
He was served with a subpoena for his DNA in California, TMZ has learned.
Judge Larry Seidlin stressed to the California judge that he had asked Stern to appear in Florida for "a limited purpose," after Stern's attorney complained of being unfairly served.

8. This was just wrong. They don't need his dna they only need larry and dannielynns. He don't have to prove he is the father, larry has to prove he is. With his and dannielynn dna. 15. Anna Nicole's baby was born in the Bahamas and remains there under court order and Howard Stern was named on the birth certificate and is using that fact to prevent paternity testing. The only power that can do anything about that is the Bahamian government. They are the only ones that can protect Dannilynn and they have an affidavit on file from the nanny that the baby was underfed and in danger.
