A Florida appeals court ruled today and uphold the previous decision ofJudge Larry Seidlin giving custody of the body of Anna Nicole Smith to baby Dannielynn's court-appointed advocate, Richard Milstein. This paves the way for Smith to be buried in the Bahamas next to her son, Daniel.
Justices Barry Stone, Mark Polen and George Shahood of the Fourth District Court of Appeals heard arguments on Wednesday from lawyers representing Virgie Arthur, Howard K. Stern and Dannielynn Smith. Arthur, Smith's mom, wanted the body to be buried in Texas, while the others wanted the body to be buried in the Bahamas.

THANK GOD! It is about time that someone puts all aside and really looks at what ANS wanted..............to be with her son. If her mom loved her so much why did she not fight for her in life as she is doing now in death????????????

As of today, she will be buried in the Bahama's, give her mother less then 24 hours and she will appeal to the Supreme Court dragging this on for another week. This mothe of hers needs to give up and let her daughter be laid to rest beside her son that she loved so much. Enough already.

Though I believe all the parties here are in it for the money, aside from maybe Birkhart, I believe this is a good call.
Anna Nicole wanted to be with her son. That isn't disputed.
Her mother, bless her heart, wasn't a part of her life, for whatever reason. If she really loves her daughter, as she says, she should let her rest with her son. That's what she wanted.

SAD!!! On the bright side, maybe we won't have to see Virgie anymore. It's still remotely possible her team will find a way to take this further, even though we're hearing this is a final decision. You never know with this case...

This was the correct decision and she should have been buried already a week ago! Virgie...start packing and head back to the OK Corral in Texas!! Anna Nicole did not miss you and neither will we!

This is too bad. Because i believe that larry Birkhead will be getting custody of baby Dannilynn. she will be raised in the United States and won't be able to visit her mother and brothers graves without getting a passport and spending thousands to travel there.
