That's Madge dressed as a 1920s flapper, with hubby Guy Ritchie as a Dragnet era cop. The getups were part a Purim celebration at the Kabbalah Center in Los Angeles. Purim is a holiday that celebrates the delivery of the Jews from Haman's (boo!) plot to get them all.
Besides the masquerade, the holiday also involves making charitable donations to the poor and eating extremely dry triangular-shaped danish, called hamentashn.

you are right- she is not a Jew. But to remind you- you can meditate whithout being a buddhist. Each one can take someothigs from a different religion- it does not make him/her belonging to this religion.
I dont know about the Kabbalah Center in Los Angeles, but at Purim you give an equal donation - it the same amount for each one who want to donate (whether you reach or poor). It is a small amount .
At Purim (if you are a Jew) you have to be happy and wearing masks have a spiritual meaning .
