Is TomKat Getting Suri a Little Brother?

TomKatTom Cruise and Katie Holmes may be expecting a visit from the stork sometime soon.

TMZ has learned that a TomKat confidante went to trendy West Hollywood baby boutique Petit Tresor last week, looking for four "scenarios" for a boy's nursery. The TomKat friend was overheard saying, "We want to be prepared for a baby boy." We're told the interested themes for the room were: sports, nursery rhyme, cartoon and the color blue.

The estimated cost for the eggshell blue-themed room alone is $45,000 -- and would include a custom-made blue and white antique crib, blue bedding and blue walls with floating clouds. The shop was also given a deadline of April 15, three days before Suri's first birthday, to come up with the designs.

If the Cruises are expecting a little brother for Suri in the near future, the question is: Will he be biological or come via a Third World shopping trip?

4. Third world shopping trip? As a mother of an adopted baby I find that phrase offensive. We most certainly didn't "shop" for our daughter.

11. I think that baby girl IS biologically both of theirs, she looks like both of them, BUT I think that baby was born before they admitted to it. My daughter is slightly older than theyres and shes smaller, etc. Suri just doesnt seem to be less than a year old.

12. If she's about to do a movie and isn't even showing, there's no way they could know the sex of the baby if she "WAS" preggers. They will definitely be buying the baby - but you know there will be alot more attention paid to the size of Katie's belly this time around if she says she's having it. Think they'll use the same belly pillows? Maybe this time they can get them in the right order . . .

14. Third world shopping trip is a very insulting phrase. I adopted my daughter from China because I wanted to give a kid a chance that didn't have much of a future and didn't feel right about creating another life when there are so many kids who need homes. We all create our families in whatever way feels right for us - there is no one way to become a parent.

15. How does one get a "custom-made blue and white antique crib"? By definition a bed has already been made and has become an antique due to age. Custom making a bed does not make it antique.
