Paternity a Lock -- Custody Still in the Air

I just wanted to mention something about the video where Anna is saying how much she hated her mother. Everyone is saying that she obviously didn't mean it d/t her being on drugs. I have been through HELL and back with what my mother 'did' and allowed to happen to me. Since then I have been strung out on drugs, drunk out of my tree and all along I maintained my hatred for her. So my point is, regardless of her state of mind at the time of the video. She obviously knew what she was talking about. Otherwise she wouldn't have said it on National T.V

Oh and BTW, I forgot to mention, I'm not on drugs or alcohol, I've been clean for over 20 years and have a great job in Nursing now. In case anyone was about to bash me :-)

and another thing,,,,,,,if you think back to when she was over-weight, she was on Larry King and Larry asked her if her and Coward $ were dating,,,,,,,she got this like EEEWWWW look on her face and said "NO!" and Coward said, "I wish!",,,,,,,,,,,moving along,,,,Danial found something out about Coward and was in the process of hiring a PI, then when Dannielyn was born Coward killed Danial because he knew Danial was on to him. Then when Anna sobered up enough from the drugs, she realized something was up. During the time in the Bahamas, she realized what was going on and started to push Coward away and keep a straight head about herself. Coward knew that if this continued, he'd be out......so he drugged her and kept her drugged to the point where she died......He still had the money train even without Anna. Now he wants to continue a relationship with Larry knowing he can still get $$$$ being the trustee of the will......He's a lawyer,,he knows what he's doing >:->

Congratulations, Larry, I knew from the beginning that you were telling the truth. Best of luck to you and Dannielynn, I think you will be a great father . As for Howard, he knew he wasn't the father, that's why he didn't come forward right off the bat to do the paternity test. He really should be held accountable for this. So don't feel too sorry for him, he's getting what he deserves. He kept your baby away from you all these months, during the bonding months that you should have had with her. You can now do what is right for your little angel, no deals with Stern. I hope you don't let him see her once you take her home with you where she belongs. If I sound bitter, I am sorry, but when supposedly smart people try to pull the blinds on innocent people and get away with it, that kills me. He should go to jail for kidnap, and lying under oath (perjury). No, he'll get off . This is only my opinion.

Larry has not job and he will let Dannielynn with nannies all the time, he is a single adventurous paparazzi. Although he is the biological father it does not mean he is the appropriate daddy for the baby. Howard is the real father because Anna wanted him to be.

For those of you who have forgotten,,,,,us fathers DO HAVE RIGHTS!!!!!!!!!!! Anna is gone.....what she wanted doesn't matter anymore,,,,it does........ but it doesn't...Larry is there, let him do what he thinks is best. He's the FATHER. It's been proven by a court and science.Coward was on drugs and was supplying Anna with drugs,,,,,however that situation was,,,,,at least it was proven that Larry was NOT doing drugs of any kind! So let it go!
Dannielyn is better off with Larry. Paparazzi or not. At least he has a good paying job and not living off the avails off someone else like $tern was !

Larry your sister is wonderful. I was so impressed with her on Larry King. You have a wonderful loving family that will give Danni the love that she will need.
Protect yourself from the people that have sued you as they are your enemies!! They are well armed to over power you!!!! You are kind and forgiving , but don't be foolish!!!!
Get yourself the best lawyers in the US who will take on your lawsuits and interests for a %. You don't want this advice for free because it won't be in your best interest. Let them fight for their fees so that you won't have to live like this the rest of your life. Anna @ Howard liked screwing people and fighting in court . You DON'T NEED HOWARD STERN IN YOUR LIFE. You want to get the best advisers that you can find.
Enjoy your daughter with your family!!! She needs all of you to love and kiss her sweet face.
You don't have to rush into making any quick decisions other than a plan to get her away from the Stern clan. Everything happens in threes, and there were 2 deaths already!!! Mr Stern can't be too happy or stable now.

Lots of speculation going around in the media been observing them as much as I can tonight and I was really happy to see a new face on CNN, an exclusive from Larry Birkhead’ sister Judy who spoke very candidly to Larry King.

After listening to her I’m satisfied that Larry B. will get full custody of the baby, furthermore satisfied that his sister Judy is smart and knows that Howard probably intends to prolong the transition time frame and as she said “that’s nice” but would only hurt the child by delaying it further so its very clear to me that it won’t be nearly as long as Howard would like.

I heard annoying Ron Rale do his spin tonight trying to throw off some curves to suggest that it won’t be as quick as everyone thinks, he is looking at doctors…. Blah blah blah and I’m just sitting there saying no no no way!!!

Judy said to Larry that she believes Larry will manage with the full support of the family and they want the changeover as soon as possible so she is not buying into their spin at all!!! The great news is that Larry is hiring his own social services, like a new nanny from California and so there is really going to be some changes and he is not going to be bamboozled into any more delays!!!
Judy and John O’Quinn both confirm also that Larry and Virgie will have talks on Thursday!!! Judy also says that they are from a big family, they believe in family values and they see no problem in letting Virgie into their lives as Dannie-Lynn’s grandmother!!! The hugging outside the courthouse was from her point of view what Larry will graciously do because he is a good person she didn’t have too much to say about Howard K. Stern, because she didn’t know him well enough to judge and did not have an opinion and he never comes up in the family conversations – thank goodness for common sense people!!!

I liked her, really liked her a lot and I’m confident that the end of the week will be the end of Howard’s meddling as far as paternity is concerned. The custody issue – that will be interesting to see if he makes true on his promise!!!

One thing is clear Judy the sister and family members are non too pleased with Howard K. Stern ……….. have a feeling that they will not go to the house just Larry B…. my opinion!!! Judy spoke openly about how much Larry has suffered during these many months and that it has been extremely difficult for him!!!

Interesting enough the panel present – Ron Rale and Krista Barth offered no apology – they listened to her words but remained silent but Krista Barth was eager to talk about the law suits but honestly when I heard these two talk I hit the mute button!!! Just not interested in hearing what they have to say!!! They have said enough and done enough!!!

So I'm hoping for the best for Thursday and Friday and hope the Judge rules that Larry is granted full custody and that talks with Larry and Virgie will take place giving Howard no opportunity to interfere. Good Luck Larry & Virgie!!

Larry, not that you are a bad person, but STERN IS THE FATHER WHO WAS WANED BY ANNA, AND SHE IS THE MOTHER!
You weren’t with her during the pregnancy and she definitively didn’t want you in the little girl life!!!!!!!!!!!!
So, don’t lie publicly that Anna is happy that you find out that you are the father. I guess she is moving in her tomb and you took away her peaceful rest!

let's just remember that howard was just continuing to do what anna wanted. TO KEEP LARRY AWAY FROM THE BABY! howard loved anna and was raising dannielynn for 7 months. would you just want to hand over a baby that you have been a father to for 7 months? i don't think so. so give him a break. he has lost everything that he has ever loved. oh yeah and to all you people who say larry is not after money, lets just remember larry never came out in public untill anna was all over the news after her son died. When in the Florida courtroom, Debra Opri asked HKS to identify a piece of paper she showed him. Howard gasped slightly and identified it as one of the missing documents that were stolen, and it was a check made out to a maid. How did Birkhead manage to obtain a document that was stolen during Ford Shelley's treasure hunt at the Horizons after Anna's death?
