46. On The View they discussed Lindsay and the incident. They said the "poor girl" should be given a break,etc. Poor girl my eye. She has so much more in life then alot of young people and she abuses. Yes she is young, however she is a spoiled rich girl who thinks that she is above everyone because she is a celebrity that acts. Big deal. Try life being poor and un noticed and see how you like it Lindsay.

50. I will not support tv, movie, perfumes, and clothing lines with any of these drunks, misguided fools. I don't want to see my money/support going up their nose, in their expensive cars they total, nor influencing my children. And, if we think any of these misfits are every going to get better, we are sadly in denial too. These youngsters are not in the same drugs as Bonaduce and Downey, Jr. Their drugs/enviornment flip them out immediately. Rehab is a joke to their drugs.

One wonders why the State of California never put a stop to these *exclusive* clubs serving alcohol to minors. Yank their liquor license already!

Celeb parents are no better, they allow them to go out and get wasted so the kid keeps bringing home the big checks.

It's upsetting how Lilo just got out of the car and ran - a clear felony! Hell! If I did it, there'd be K9's and helicopter lights looking for my ass to put in jail with NO chance of rehab until whenever I get a court date, assuming I make bail.

More disgusting is that she will get credit for time served in rehab from any jail time, just watch!

54. # 13 This is not an essay question, it is a comment section, get it? # 15 It is Lindsay's first crime she won't do any jail time. The amount of drugs found was too miniscule. She left the accident site and went to the hospital but no other vehicle was involved, so no serious crime. No one that I know has ever gone to rehab for 4-6 months, what do you know about insurance companies? They now pay a standard of 30-45 days, no longer. Get real. Do you just make up these numbers? Have you given her a medical exam? Most stars have the option of staying longer than 6 weeks because tthey pay for it themselves, and the facilities love them to stay as long as possible, so they can make money.

57. Cancer is a medical matter. Heart disease is a medical matter. Guzzling alcohol may be a medical matter and there are groups like AA that do a wonderful job of allowing a person to live with the problem. It can't really be cured as such. Snorting coke is not a medical matter. It's something that undisciplined and uncaring folk do to flaunt their ability to ignore the rules that everyone else is supposed to obey. Driving a car into a curb is not a medical matter if it happens while drunk. It used to be called DUI and there is jail time available if necessary.
Lindsay Lohan is a talented young woman. She is throwing that talent down a sewer and ruining her career for the sake of partying with her "friends." Can you think of a studio that will take an actress without insurance, and can you think of an insurance company that will insure this train wreck. What a waste.

I guess people like lohans and hiltons havent figured that out yet. what a loss of life.
feel sorrow for lost youth, and lost dreams. Somethings never turn out the way you figure they should.
I know with all their money and fame, it wont keep the badness away. sorrow doesnt know your income or last name. sorrow only knows it has a job to do, and lots of people standing in line. Just wish for better, better sense, better judgement, better choices.

60. Getalife you are so freaking right on!!! This girl should be in jail, just like any one of us would be if we had broken the law as she has done. What the hell is the LAPDepartment doing in California???? What the hell IS MAAD doing???? They are the ones who brought all these laws and yet they are letting the police dept and courts excuse this type of behavior because these druggies and lost children have money???? This girl should be in cuffs, locked up, charged with a bond $$$$$ (get their attention), bail out, and then off to rehab. MAAD WHERE ARE YOU????
