64. what ever!!!!!!!!!!!!!! lindsay is just a coked-up dui driving futrue hasbeen, and the only reason she entered rehab is because she does not want to go to jail where she belongs, because she is still underage and driving while drunk!!!!!!!!! when are these stupid hollywood "starletts" finally going to get what they deserve. ooo and another thing last time i checked coke was an illegal drug

65. Going into rehab will help her in court. I just hope she takes it seriously this time or she's gonna die! I think her mom, who has been partying with her in public opening should be charged with "contributing to the delinqency of a minor" something anyone of us would be charged with had we taken our kids to clubs!!! I went here: http://www.govmail.ca.gov/ and asked Arnie why a 20 year old can get into any club she wants when you have to be 21! I suggest others do the same unless you have no problem with a 20 year old drunk and on coke driving a 600 hp car thru your neighborhood!

67. What a sad pathetic little girl and what an even sadder mother who parties alongside her when Lilo is too young to be in these clubs. Shame on the local law people for allowing them to enter underaga when they know it is happening. I hope she ends up next to Paris in jail. Her biggest punishment will be to not see herself in the public eye for a while. That may be just too much for her.

This is your first step in a serious and protective program to get "clean and sober" (while confronting issues) so as to see the world, chosen "friends", and family from a different perspective so as to make (new) adult choices required for future success.

Substance abuse is an enormous problem in today's American society and these young Hollywood people only serve as mirrors on behalf of the enormous number of young abusers who are not followed by the papparazi. The young people today are extraordinarily sensitive souls who have been confronted with the fast-moving age of technology, a crazy White House Administration, a senseless Iraq War, beheadings, hangings, peculiar murders in society, Hip Hop music that promotes excessive alcohol and drug use, irrational promiscuous sex, disrespect of the feminine gender, thievery, and violence.

As an older mother of a 19-year-old son, my heart goes out to these young people. There is a proliferation of everything (imaginable) available to them (while individuating from their parents) and GREEDY and corrupt adults who have no personal ethics (only an interest in money) bringing them down at a crucial time in the history of mankind.

TMZ and the papparazi....

Please honor these young people in Hollywood once they do go into therapy as they are at an extraordinarily vulnerable stage in the long-term healing process.

72. i wasn't suggesting that her parents pick her up. but that she should not drink and drive. well, she shouldn't drink at all since she has a problem. i was also implying that some decent parenting could have helped her avoid this mess.

73. I agree about the double standard...Lindsay has been getting drunk and partying since before she was even 20.... Movie stars get away with it on probation or rehab or whatever while joe blow gets months if not years in prison...All these wanna-be starlets need to realize that carrying on and underage drug/alcohol use will kill them sooner than later...Have we not learned from our past...like Anna Nicole?? Just my opinion, I could be wrong.

74. But in the end Morris the Cat, she dies, just like ANicole. However, these girls are far worse than Anna, far worse dumber, and drugs far less lethal. The rate they're going, they won't see ANicole's age. ANicole didn't drive drunk, recking expensive cars and endangering other people???? NO, give ANicole respect. She only hurt herself, and left her baby (motherless) to fin for herself. These women are not in ANicole's league, so don't compare!!!!!

75. Addiction of any kind is just sad. This child has the worst parents.. Her mother is a self centered bimbo who is desperately trying to get into her daughter's shining light and her father is an ex-con. Geese, the media needs to lighten up a little bit, but Lindsay, girl... self respect and responsibility. Wake up and join the rest of the world, you live a life that only other dream about and you're blowing your life and your well being.
