Girls just want to have fun, y'all!

After burning through a poorly reviewed So-Cal mini-tour, Brit-Brit is getting back on the spangly performance wagon with a one-time appearance in Cyndi Lauper's "True Colors tour.

Spears will join Lauper's tour on June 30 in LA, and perform alongside Debbie Harry, Erasure and the Dresden Dolls.

Spears was supposed to audition dancers on Friday but never showed -- a good sign of the train wreck yet to come.

33. Britney can sing. She has sold millions of records. She has been through alot in the past year. Can you imagine how stresful it would be to be followed the way she is? Watch her vidoes, the girl is hot! She will be ok.

37. Would love to ask Cyndi why she would include this trainwreck on the tour. How to bring the fun of the tour & the evening to a screeching halt. Bad, bad choice. Only hope is she will burn her own bridge and not show up!!!

40. Christina was right. She should be credited as the first person to realize that Britney had a problem. Britneys problems started back in 2002,

right after the Justin Timberlake break up. That's when Britney finally lost it. At that point the media still saw her as a singer, but she was just very tabloidy. It wasn't until that VMA night in 03 when Britney proved her point.

She proved to the whole world that her public antics comes first, then her music, by kissing Madonna rather than performing something new off of her album. It was that final straw, that Madonna kiss, that sent Britneys career into the Grave, along with her sanity.

After that, no one cared about Britneys career anymore, all they cared about was her outrageous behavior. 'Toxic' was like her one last hoorah before her career went south. She needed that, but it really didn't do much for her.

Good call Christina. Really, really good call. If only people listened to you back in 2003 about Britney, she wouldn't be in this situation today. At least you tried
